'ROGUE OF THE DAY' - Page 5 Empty Henri Exton

Post by Jill Havern 07.02.17 14:39

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
Bindmans' letter to The Madeleine Foundation, 29 September 2009, warning the Foundation that Exton's identity was protected by Standing DA Notice 5

Henri Exton

Henri Exton is a shadowy figure. So shadowy that no photo of him can be found on the internet. However, you can catch glimpses of him on the 2014 Channel 5 documentary 'The McCanns and the Conman', where he appears in silhouette from time to time, link here:

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

In the video, he makes out that he was deceived by arch-rogue Kevin Halligen and never got paid by him. Shame.

Henri Exton’s main claim to fame in the Madeleine McCann case is to have knocked up these two e-fits, probably in the spring of 2008:

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

They then gathered dust
until 5½ years later when, out of the blue, DCI Andy Redwood of Operation Grange suddenly produced them on the BBC Crimewatch McCann Special, claiming that this man was now ‘the centre of our focus.

The problem for many people about these two images was that they hardly looked like the same man. The man on the left had these features:

  • triangular-shaped chin and lower face
  • crew-cut hairstyle
  • very long nose
  • a ‘younger’-looking face.

The man on the right was different in each respect: rectangular face and chin, wavy hair, short nose, ‘older’-looking.

It was claimed that e-fits of this man, or these men, had been drawn up with the help of a Mr Martin Smith, pictured below, a resident of Drogheda, Ireland:

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

It was hard to see how any member of the Smith family could have drawn up any image of a man they claimed to have seen, let alone two quite different images. The Smiths admitted that:

  • they’d only seen the bloke for two or three seconds
  • on a dark night
  • in a ‘weakly-lit street.

Moreover, when Martin Smith and his two children were interviewed by the Portuguese police on 26 May 2007, they each said they would never be able to recognise him again if they saw him. Yet these efits were drawn up about a year later, when their recollections must have faded even further.

How could Henri Exton have drawn up any efit at all, never mind two quite different ones? It is a complete mystery.
----

Well, perhaps not quite complete, for let’s see what we know about Exton.

Exton has lived for many years in a house in Bury, just over the border from Rochdale. The McCanns’ co-ordinating solicitor, Freemason Edward Smethurst, now lives just a few hundred yards away from him. As the McCanns’ co-ordinating solicitor, he must at least have been aware of Exton being employed by the Directors of the Find Madeleine Fund.

Exton was employed in the Madeleine McCann case by Kevin Halligen, one of the biggest rogues in the entire case, whom we’ve already covered in ‘Rogue of the Day’.

Halligen was a serial fraudster and crook, yet Exton happily agreed to work for him.

Exton had previously been employed doing police undercover work, and had gone on to a career in MI5, where he had eventually reached the high rank of ‘Head of Covert Intelligence’. He would therefore have been in the thick of all the dodgy dealings and cover-ups that MI5 are involved in. An ideal choice for the McCann Team perhaps?

Exton himself had had a run-in with the law, having shoplifted a bottle of expensive perfume from Manchester Airport. He pleaded guilty, but later his friends in MI5 made quiet arrangements to have his crime scrubbed from the record.
------
Exton was livid when he saw his precious efits, kept under wraps, shown to 7 million viewers on prime time television, 5½ years after he’d drawn them up. He claimed that Halligen hadn’t paid him for all his work. He moaned that the McCanns had kept these ‘vital’ efits secret for years.

The Sunday Times promptly recycled Exton’s allegations, only to find themselves at the wrong end of another McCanns’ lawsuit. The Sunday Times settled for £55,000 plus costs, handing them another valuable boost to the coffers of the Find Madeleine Fund.

'ROGUE OF THE DAY' - Page 5 Empty Jim Gamble

Post by Jill Havern 08.02.17 18:54

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Jim Gamble

Jim Gamble has had an intensely close relationship with the McCanns for years. If you use the search bar, you’ll find lots of information about him on CMOMM. A good introduction to his association with the Madeleine McCann case is this article on the forum, ‘Joined at the Hip’, link:

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Gamble’s first job was in the Royal Ulster Constabulary. He moved rapidly up the ranks. He was an intelligence officer during the Kincora Boys Home child abuse scandal, and ended up Head of the RUC’s Anti-Intelligence Unit, a very powerful position indeed. Then he went on to head up Special Branch for the Belfast Region.

Many years later, Baroness Nuala O’Loan was asked to hold an enquiry into the Northern Ireland security services, dealing specifically with a series of murders in the 1990s. The report was shocking. Senior Special Branch officers had murdered people and covered up other murders. Undoubtedly Gamble was right in the thick of all this. Luckily for him, perhaps, Baroness O’Loan decided not to name individual officers in the report, so if Gamble was involved in any serious skullduggery up there, we will never know. Clearly, however, he was very much a ‘chosen one’ by the powers-that-be that were running the police and security services in the province.

From Northern Ireland, he became Deputy Chief Constable of the National Crime Squad, which later became the Serious Organised Crime Agency, or SOCA. There, he had special responsibility for dealing with the problem of child sexual abuse, and in 1999 was asked to head up the controversial Operation Ore.

This operation was inspired by information received from the United States about a company called Landslide, through which you could view all manner of ’porn’ but also violent child sexual abuse images. The whole operation, led by Gamble, was littered with controversy.

During Operation Ore, there were thousands of arrests and 1,451 convictions for viewing child sexual abuse online. The authorities have always regarded Operation Ore as a great success, and it is true that most of the accused pleaded guilty. But significant numbers denied ever having viewed child sexual abuse images. It is generally agreed that there were a large number of false arrests. Dozens of those accused of viewing child sexual images online committed suicide; no-one knows how many of them were actually guilty of having committed a criminal offence.

Then there was the controversy over persistent reports that the list of those investigated by Operation Ore included senior politicians, judges, celebrities and other VIPs. But none of these were prosecuted, apart from Pete Townshend of The Who, who seemed to some to have been picked on just to raise the profile of Operation Ore.

Whatever the truth about Operation Ore, the Blair government in 2006 used its success to appoint Jim Gamble as the head of a brand new task force - the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Service - or CEOP.

Less than a year later, CEOP, and Jim Gamble, were at the heart of the reaction to the reported disappearance of Madeleine McCann. Jim Gamble appealed for holiday photos from Praia da Luz to be sent to him personally. Goncalo Amaral later complained that Gamble never sent any to him. He sent out two of his top staff to Praia da Luz - Dr Joe Sullivan (who’s already featured in ‘Rogue of the Day’), and Graham Hill (I plan to include him on the Rogues Gallery). Why? Unless he had private information on what had really happened to Madeleine McCann, as far as he knew, she could well have been found alive in the days that followed the alarm being raised.

But perhaps he did know. There was a credible claim - not yet proved - based on information from the Wayback Machine, that CEOP had set up a dummy page for Madeleine McCann on Monday 30 April, which would confirm the suspicions of many CMOMM members that Madeleine died the day before, Monday 30 April.

And ever since Madeleine was reported missing, there has been an uncannily close connection between Gamble and the McCanns. Look at the record:

  • May 2007 – sent his top CEOP staff to Praia da Luz
  • Has spoken regularly on the McCanns’ behalf ever since
  • Featured the Madeleine McCann case heavily on the CEOP website throughout 2007 & 2008, claiming that she must have been abducted by a paedophile
  • In October 2009, the McCanns had a private interview with Jim Gamble. Following that private interview, several press reports revealed that the then Labour Home Secretary, Alan Johnson, had asked Jim Gamble to recommend a new British police force to carry out a review - and possibly a full re-investigation - into Madeleine’s disappearance (see also below). It was baffling why the Home Secretary, knowing Jim Gamble’s extreme closeness to the McCanns, should choose him of all people to recommend who should carry out any independent review into Madeleine’s alleged disappearance.
  • On 5 November 2009, issued on behalf of CEOP and the McCanns a 60-second video ‘A Minute for Madeleine’, which again suggested that Madeleine had been snatched by a paedophile. It featuring an age-progressed sketch of Madeleine as she might be, aged about six, and it was narrated by Gamble’s old friend Dr Joe Sullivan, also from Northern Ireland.
  • On 26 January 2010, Jim Gamble organised a CEOP conference and invited Dt Gerry McCann and Dr Joe Sullivan and Detective Chief Superintendent Graham Hill to speak. The speakers could have been billed as ‘Jim Gamble’s groupies’. The conference was titled: “Taken: Sexually-motivated child abductions - an event for law enforcement officers only”. It was not quite clear why Gerry McCann was invited as there has never been any evidence that Madeleine was the victim of a sexually-motivated abduction. Jim Gamble was asked by e-mail why Gerry McCann had been asked to speak at a conference on sexually-motivated child abductions. He organised a reply via his Training Officer, who replied on 19 January:

“Thank you for your interest in the work of CEOP and your comments. The fact that we invite a speaker does not mean that we endorse their views. Our conferences allow people to exchange and challenge views. The current position regarding the McCanns is that they are the parents of a missing child who is presumed to have been abducted: that being the case anything that Gerry McCann has to say will be of interest to those who work in [law enforcement] and will attend the conference”.

  • In March 201, Jim Gamble was formally asked to do a feasibility study for a police review into Madeleine’s disappearance. On 19 March, the Yorkshire Evening Post reported (19 March) that Jim Gamble of CEOP was spearheading the carrying-out of a ‘scoping exercise’ to assess the feasibility of a review by a British police force into the disappearance of Madeleine McCann. It was headed: “Scoping exercise for Home Office : Shannon cops join hunt for Madeleine McCann”. Bruce Smith’s report continued: “The West Yorkshire Police squad which found missing schoolgirl Shannon Matthews is to help in the search for Madeleine McCann. The move follows a private meeting between Madeleine's parents Kate and Gerry McCann and the Home Secretary Alan Johnson. CEOP has now approached West Yorkshire Police's major inquiry team which found missing Dewsbury nine-year-old Shannon Matthews in March 2008…the approach to West Yorkshire Police is believed to have come direct from CEOP, but they have refused to comment…”
  • In May 2010, the General Election saw the election of a Conservative-Liberal Democrat coalition, with Theresa May being made Home Secretary. She soon proposed that CEOP be brought back under the Serious Organised Crime Agency, now the National Crime Agency. Seeing it as a threat to his power, Gamble told May that he would resign his post as CEOP Chief Executive if she went ahead with her plans. This prompted the McCanns, supported by some of the media, to loudly praise and thank Gamble for his ‘excellent’ work and condemn the Home Secretary for effectively scrapping CEOP as a separate organisation. “A huge loss to child protection”, cried the McCanns. This once again suggested a very close ‘tie’ between the McCanns and Jim Gamble. Also, why were the McCanns so ‘thankful’ to Gamble? After all, he hadn’t found Madeleine. In the event, Gamble did resign, and soon began a new career as the owner of iNEQE, selling very expensive courses on child protection to local authorities It was called iNEQE, said Gamble, because “it is both innovative and unique.
  • As boss of iNEQE, Gamble organised conferences, in September 2013 and March 2014, with the peculiar title: 'Glimpse CSA'. The CSA stands for 'Child Sexual Abuse', so the bizarre title of these two conferences reads: "Glimpse Child Sexual Abuse". As leading speakers at these conferences, he invited his trusted friends Dr Joe Sullivan and Mark Williams-Thomas, both names from our ‘Rogues Gallery’
  • On 10 April 2010, as the Independent reported, Gamble declared that “paedophiles convicted of looking at child pornography should not necessarily go to prison”. The report added: “Jim Gamble of CEOP told the BBC he believed some sex offenders should be encouraged to seek treatment rather than be threatened with jail terms…some offenders should receive a police caution, then be managed within the community…too many people are being convicted of paedophilia to be dealt with in the criminal justice system”. Gamble went on: “It is time to adopt a more intelligent posture in tackling the problem…people with a deviant sexual interest in children should get help before they live out that fantasy and are caught!. The BBC reports also featured yet another individual from our ‘Rogues’ Gallery’, the McCanns’ friend, sex- and witchcraft-obsessed Ray Wyre. He was interviewed and said: “Not all people accessing illegal images are paedophiles; some users are motivated by anything from stupidity to curiosity”. Gamble’s views were attacked by Michelle Elliott, Director of the charity Kidscape. She told the BBC: “They are just as guilty as the people taking the photos. If they didn't view, the child wouldn't be abused. Therefore I think those people deserve prison.”.
  • On 14 October 2013, the BBC screened an extraordinary ‘McCann Special’ edition of CrimeWatch. It featured ‘Smithman’ as the No .1 suspect, and featured yet another ‘reconstruction’ based solely on the McCanns’ version of events. Jim Gamble had written a lengthy article in the Guardian that very morning, in which he said: “Madeleine McCann's abductors should beware, the police will not give up. This is not the time to criticise parenting or policing [but] ...as those first few hours disappeared in confusion and miscommunication, valuable minutes will have been lost. As hours turned to days there was little sense of pause, planning or direction…” He concluded: “Many people have opinions about Kate and Gerry McCann. The rights and wrongs of their meal at the Tapas bar and their approach to checking on the children. I am of the view that there but for the grace of God go I…No-one but the person who took Madeleine is to blame for what has happened to her”. A week earlier, Gamble had been featured in a Daily Mirror article, where he said: “It's a secret that somebody has been keeping for six long years. But sooner or later, the mystery of little Madeleine McCann will be unravelled. Next Monday night Crimewatch will release an appeal for new information, reconstructing the fateful hours before she vanished. The programme will disclose ‘fresh and substantive’ information and hopefully jog a few memories. This is not just about revisiting a cold case. It is about responding to new leads – and the dawning reality that Kate and Gerry’s relentless efforts to reinvigorate the investigation have paid off. The 37-strong team from New Scotland Yard is well funded and detectives have built a solid working relationship with their Portuguese counterparts. They have processed thousands of lines of enquiry, engaging 31 law enforcement agencies worldwide, and revisited evidence gathered but not fully followed up six years ago…” It was crystal clear from this article that Gamble and Operation Grange had linked up to share what DCI Andy Redwood was going to announce on Crimewatch. To describe ‘Smithman’ and ‘Crecheman’ as ‘fresh and substantive information’ shows that many people were involved in the deliberate deception by the BBC and Operation Grange as to the real facts of the Madeleine McCann case.
  • Despite his new career as owner and boss of iNEQE, Gamble continues to obsessively tweet about the Madeleine McCann case on Twitter, aggressively challenging anyone on Twitter who questions the abduction myth.

In a 2015 TV documentary about the island, Branson, posing like a second-rate Hugh Hefner [ rotfl ] , boasted about how often his good-looking staff ended up sleeping with the guests.

Meanwhile, Necker’s head of finance, ‘Milly’, boasted how she loved to let guests eat sushi off her naked midriff. ‘I love that I get to be an accountant and then go lay on a table and get people to suck soy sauce out of my belly button. Who else gets to do that?’ she said.

Surely Tony Parsons should be on the list, for his vulgar abuse of the Portuguese ambassador.

'ROGUE OF THE DAY' - Page 5 Empty Tony Blair

Post by Jill Havern 10.02.17 8:07

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
War Criminal/Peace Envoy
Tony Blair

Not everyone would agree that Tony Blair is a rogue. Some, for example, would give him credit for having broken the ‘log-jam’ in Northern Ireland and brought relative peace to the province.

Most, however, would regard joining the U.S. in their invasion of Iraq as a crass and costly mistake based on a campaign of utter lies about ‘weapons of mass destruction that led one famous protester to burst in to the Leveson enquiry hearings and brand Blair, probably correctly, as a ‘War Criminal:

After resigning as Prime Minister in 2007, Blair has offered the PR services of his company, Tony Blair Associates, to all manner of corrupt and oppressive regimes, notably to President Nazarbayev of Kazakhstan, reportedly for a fee of £5.3 million a year. The regime tortures its citizens and massacred 15 protesters in 2011:

Tony Blair (right, in 2006) touted his firm's services to Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev for £5.3million a year

Link: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

But what about his contribution to the Madeleine McCann case, which broke while he was Prime Minister?

On CMOMM, many members here suggest that Madeleine McCann may have died on Sunday 29 April or Monday 30 April. At that time, there was no suggestion or even hint that Tony Blair would not remain Prime Minister for year to come.

Yet on the Wednesday of that week - 2 May - just over 24 hours before the McCanns reported Madeleine missing, Blair suddenly announced that he was going to resign as Prime Minister ‘within weeks’. Was the timing of his resignation a mere coincidence?

This is how Wikipedia records this momentous decision:
On 2 May 2007, Tony Blair announced that he would be stepping down as Prime Minister in a matter of weeks. He further encouraged Gordon Brown as his successor as leader of the Labour Party. On 3 May, it was further clarified by Downing Street that the exact date of resignation would be announced on 10 May. The following election of a new leader of the Labour Party was expected to take 48 days. On 10 May 2007, Blair held a Cabinet meeting where he told his ministers about his resignation plans and later making a speech at the Trimdon Labour Club in his Sedgefield constituency before announcing at a press conference that he would step down as Prime Minister on 27 June 2007…”

Blair made at least one very crucial decision which set the tone for the entire conduct of the Madeleine McCann case over the next 10 years. He appointed Clarence Mitchell to oversee the government’s PR campaign on behalf of Gerry & Kate McCann. Mitchell at the time was the Head of the government’s Media Monitoring Unit at the Central Office of Information, which reported direct to the Cabinet Office at 10 Downing Street.

Exactly when Madeleine died and exactly when the British government first became aware that she was dead we may never know for sure. But whether Blair knew on Friday 4 May, as everyone else did, that Madeleine McCann was missing, or whether he knew much earlier that week, we can be pretty sure that he personally authorised these decisions:

  • To send Clarence Mitchell to Portugal as the government’s top PR support for the McCanns
  • To instruct the British Ambassador to Portugal to go to Praia da Luz immediately and help the McCanns
  • To get the Chief Constable of Leicestershire Police, Matt Baggott, to set up on 8 May, and chair, the top-level, top secret committee under his chairmanship to manage the news about Madeleine’s disappearance
  • To authorise Jim Gamble to directly interfere in the Portuguese police investigation and send CEOP’s top staff immediately to Praia da Luz, and
  • To authorise three top police officers from Leicestershire Police to go and do likewise.

Blair ceased to be Prime Minister on Wednesday 27 June.

The very next day, Thursday 28 June, the prophet Gerry McCann was able to make this remarkable prediction which, 10 years later, has been fulfilled to the letter:

I have no doubt we will be able to sustain a high profile for Madeleine’s disappearance in the long-term”.

Early in 2007 Blair was being questioned under caution in relation to the cash for honours scandal - another coverup.   Lord Levy, head of his fundraising team was arrested.  Levy was assisted in his fundraising duties by Magaret Hodge.  Is this why Blair quickly resigned?

According to evidence presented and discussed on this forum, the Last Photo (pool photo) was actuall ytaken on Sunday 29 April 2007, the second day of the McCanns' holiday. Not on Thursday 3 May.

After that day, there is not one undisputed photo of Madeleine on holiday.

The very next day, persons unknown summoned over to Portugal Robert Murat, who was then in Devon. He flew to Faro on the very next flight from Exeter. He subsequently lied to the Portuguese police about what he was really doing during the three days before Madeleine was reported missing.

For reasons that are wholly unconvincing, the giant PR company Bell Pottinger, who were subsequently paid £500,000 by the McCan Team for keeping the on the front pages for a year, sent the two top people from their subsidiary PT company, Resonate, over to Praia da Luz at the beginning of that week.

Some time during that week, persons unknown spoke to Nuno Lourenco and told him to frame holidaymaker, Wojchiech Krokowski, as Madeleine's abductor. He was so successful that he derailed Goncalo Amaral's invesiagtion on only its second day (Saturday 5 May).

There has been credible evidence from the Wayback Machine, not yet proved and disputed by some, that Jim Gamble, then Head of the Child Expoitation and Online Protection service, set up a dummy Madeleine McCann page for the CEOP website on Monday 30 April.

Against the above background, Tony Blair announced his resignation on Wednesday 2 May, just over 24 hours before Madeleine was officially reported missing.

There is therefore room for speculation that the Madeleine McCann matter may have triggered Tony Blair's sudden decision to resign

Dr Martin Roberts: "The evidence is that these are the pjyamas Madeleine wore on holiday in Praia da Luz. They were photographed and the photo handed to a press agency, who released it on 8 May, as the search for Madeleine continued. The McCanns held up these same pyjamas at two press conferences on 5 & 7June 2007. How could Madeleine have been abducted?"

Amelie McCann (aged 2): "Maddie's jammies!".

It is like the Watergate scandal.....it goes right to the top, or bottom, more like. This case is about so much more than an unfortunate, small child whose parents couldn't care less about. How do they all sleep at night??

According to evidence presented and discussed on this forum, the Last Photo (pool photo) was actuall ytaken on Sunday 29 April 2007, the second day of the McCanns' holiday. Not on Thursday 3 May.

After that day, there is not one undisputed photo of Madeleine on holiday.

I agree Tony and you are probably right but, if we consider that:

Blair was facing possible charges in the cash for honours inquiry

Most of the McCann supporters hold honours, possibly received in return for illegal loans or donations

Some McCann supporters have turned out to be paedophiles

There are links to an elite paedophile ring

Paedophiles with honours have been protected until their death

Tony Blair must have panicked when he appointed Mitchell as McCann spokesman and sent various other officials over to PDL.

Could it be a case that these elite paedophiles were protected because the were funding Blairs government illegally?  Was it a case of protect us or else?

Not a rogue as such but nonetheless on the payroll at some juncture.

Sonia is a specialist in developing television ideas for on-screen talent and an established media trainer working with leading arts organisations and individuals.

Sonia started her own talent agency in the late 90s, representing presenters, international music and entertainment acts and worked all around the UK and in the United States. As well as looking after the talent, Sonia produced events and productions such as the Lionel Richie concerts from the Great Pyramids of Giza and the Way Out Spice Girls tour.

Highly experienced in working with creative faces Sonia developed the specialised skills to train people to perform at their peak - on and off screen. This, coupled with a highly creative thinking brain led to training people to reach their creative potential in the corporate sector where she currently holds training seminars facilitates creative business meetings and works one-to-one with CEOs and MDs
or large corporations.

Whilst working alongside Clarence Mitchell on the Find Madeleine Campaign Sonia helped coach Kate & Gerry McCann in facing the world's press on and off screen during the intense news scrutiny that their story generated.

She specialises in press, media and screen presentation techniques and coachesindividuals, teams and CEOs in camera techniques, handling the press and personal presentation skills.

Papers apologise to Madeleine McCann parents  -  19th March 2008  [snipped]

Damages understood to be in the range of six figures will be paid to the Find Madeleine fund. Sky News reported that the sum could be as high as £550,000.

Express Newspapers will also pay all legal costs.

"All the money is going to the fund, none of it is going to the family," said Sonia Beldom, a spokesman for the fund. She declined to give details on how much the damages were worth.

As part of the terms of settlement, a solicitor for Express Newspapers today also read out an apology before a High Court judge.

Clarence Mitchell, the spokesman for the McCanns', said: "An agreement has been reached with the Express Newspapers but I cannot go into detail before a hearing at the High Court."

In its apology today, the Daily Express - which sells around 700,000 copies a day in Britain - says it took the "unprecedented step" of making the apology on its front page.

...as an aside.......rather than keep the profile of 'Maddie still missing' iin the media spotlight, wouldn't it be better to keep the profile low, as such a long time has passed, then there would maybe more chance of her 'abductor' and Maddie coming out into the open?
Just a thought.

'ROGUE OF THE DAY' - Page 5 Empty Tim Craig-Harvey

Post by Jill Havern 11.02.17 14:55

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Tim Craig-Harvey

Not many people had heard of Tim Craig-Harvey in connection with the Madeleine McCann case until the Channel 5 documentary in October 2014: ‘Madeleine McCann: A Global Obsession’, which briefly featured him. And probably not many members or guests even now associate his name with the Madeleine McCann case.

Who is he, and what did he do in the Madeleine McCann case?

Tim Craig-Harvey or, as he likes to style himself, Major (retd.)Tim Craig-Harvey was an associate of Kevin Halligen, one of the biggest rogues in the entire case - the man who wasted over £½ million of the Find Madeleine Fund’s money while living the high life with his girlfriend Shirin Trachiotis in Britain and the United States.

Let’s just see how deep the relationship between Halligen and Craig-Harvey goes.

In February 2003, Kevin Halligen was appointed Director at the Inkerman Group. At that time, Tim Craig-Harvey was also working for Inkerman. In August 2003, allegedly after a drunken outburst, Halligen resigned from Inkerman. On the 27th of that month, Tim Craig-Harvey, still working at Inkerman, Natasha Duval and Kevin Halligen registered a company to be known as ‘The Chimera Partnership’, using an address used by General Major John Holmes on his SOE International application - 15 St Botolph Street, London.

In an article discussing the above, ‘Blackwatch’ wrote: “Kevin Halligen and John Holmes used Inkerman's 1 Cornhill Head Office address as their contact address for SOE International Ltd, while Tim Craig-Harvey also used Inkerman’s Cornhill address when registering the Red Defence website (see below) with Halligen. Inkerman continued using the 1 Cornhill address until January 2005. Why both Halligen and Holmes still used the Inkerman office during this time isn't clear, especially when several parties alleged that Halligen's drunken departure from Inkerman was so emphatic and acrimonious.”

On 30th July 2004 Tim Craig-Harvey, Natasha Duval and Halligen set up Red Defence Ltd (Company No. 05193728). It remained a dormant company for much of its lifetime.

On 19 January 2005, the domain name RedDefence.com was registered by Halligen and Tim Craig-Harvey; the administrative address still being given as 1 Cornhill, London. And on 17 March 2005 Halligen and Tim Craig-Harvey registered a second ‘Red Defence’ company: Red Defence International Ltd (Company No. 05396823). Tim Craig-Harvey became its Company Secretary and Director, and provided a new contact address: Flat 2, 113A Jermyn Street, London SW1Y 6HJ.

Then, on 3 April 2009, Kevin Halligen and Tim Craig-Harvey set up a company called VIGIL LIMITED, at 5th Floor, 26-28 Great Portland Street, London W1W 8AS (Company No. 06868379). By this time, Halligen had been sacked by the Directors of the Find Madeleine Fund. Halligen was at this time wanted by the U.S. authorities for a $1.5 million fraud and was officially ‘on the run’. Why was Tim Craig-Harvey still so intimately involved with this rogue?

In October 2009, Kevin Halligen was finally run to ground at the £700-a-night Bank Hotel in Oxford, and bundled off to Belmarsh top security prison, where he spent the next 3½ years trying to resist extradition to the U.S. His attempts finally failed in 2012, when he was extradited to the U.S. admitted the fraud, and completed his 4-year jail sentence.

Tim Craig-Harvey featured in the Channel 5 documentary: ‘The McCanns and the Comman’, transmitted on 6 April 2014. The documentary was available on YouTube here:

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] – and elsewhere on YouTube, but has since been pulled for ‘copyright reasons’ .

Only a very short clip of him remains on YouTube - Craig Tim Harvey speaks for 2 seconds at 0 min 5 secs on this 20-second trailer for the documentary: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

But fortunately, the entire and bizarre documentary has been preserved for us on Vimeo, here: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Basically, Craig Tim-Harvey acts as the main narrator for much of the film. Here is a list of the clips of him:

32 secs - 2min30 to 3min02
30 secs - 3min30 to 4min00
24 secs - 4min10 to 4min 34
25 secs - 7min05 – 7 min30
15 secs - 7min55 to 8min10
20 secs - 8min18 to 8min38
29 secs – 14min54 to15min23
61 secs - 15min37 to 15min38
19 secs - 16min57 to 17min16
21 secs - 17min30 to 17min51
9 secs - 18min22 to 18min31
52 secs - 19min06 to 19min58
65 secs - 20min29 to 21min34
31 secs - 22min29 to 23min00
39 secs - 26min41 to 27min20
21 secs - 27min38 to 27min 59
12 secs - 28min27 to 28min39
11 secs - 31min26 to 31min37
10 secs - 37min32 to 37min 42
17 secs - 38min21 to 38min38
12 secs - 38min54 to 39min 06
13 secs - 39min33 to 39min46
9 secs - 40min44 to 40min53

So, altogether, Tim Craig Harvey gets 23 speaking parts, lasting a total of 577 seconds, or 9 minutes 37 seconds, out of a total running time of 45 minutes. So he gets over one fifth of the documentary to give his ‘take’ on the McCanns’ private investigation.

I would recommend everyone to watch this film while it is still available on Vimeo.

The line taken by Tim Craig-Harvey and Henri Exton in the film is that all the following people were completely duped and conned by Kevin Halligen:

Henri Exton, Ex-Head of Covert Intelligence at MI5
Tim Craig-Harvey, an ex-Major in the British Army
Wealthy Cheshire-based businessman, Brian Kennedy, who headed the McCanns’ private investigation, and who is worth £250 million
All the Directors of the Find Madeleine Fund: Dr Gerry McCann, Dr Kate McCann lawyer Edward Smethurst, accountant Michael Linnett, and Madeleine McCann’s godfather, Jon Corner.

All of the above were innocent, naïve people who fell for Kevin Halligen’s lies??

We don’t believe you, Tim.

Perhaps a case of the "McConns and the Canman?"

All these "security services" surrounding Madeleine's disappearance  and not one on earth could find her!

I remember watching that rather strange apology for a documentary.  The 'covert operation' they so proudly boasted was like something out of a television spy spoof - even James Bond I don't believe was ever that surreal.

If I remember rightly, their main point of contact whilst working undercover on the streets of Praia da Luz and surrounding areas, was a homeless man who appeared to have been on the myths and some kind of soothsayer who claimed to be contracted by the Pope - yes, that's the Pope, to uncover the truth.  He said he's sure she's dead and he knows who did it but couldn't say anything because if he did, he would never get out of Portugal alive  roll .

Apart from the Fund Co. Ltd. being made-up (in more ways than one) of family members and friends who should frankly know better, the appointment of Halligan and his weird world of spooks was a farcical extravagance and illegal in terms of Portuguese law as they were on Portuguese soil, running a private investigation (cough!), at the same time as a live official investigation by the PJ.

Why on earth did the McCann team go along with this facade, pay Halligan and then let him get away with it?  They, the McCanns, were apparently receiving updates on progress during the contract so it can't realistically be said that they were unaware of Oakley International's shenanigans.

The bloke, who was in to money laundering, was living in a mansion. All the McCanns had to do was freeze his assets and make him get divorced then take him to Court.

But they saved all that for the man who really did try to find Madeleine.

'ROGUE OF THE DAY' - Page 5 Empty Dr Graham Hill

Post by Jill Havern 12.02.17 12:50

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Graham Hill

We discussed Graham Hill on an earlier thread in 2015, soon after this video was released, here: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

A full 40-minute interview with Graham Hill on TheLipTV can be seen here:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Dr Hill is a criminologist, he is also a retired UK senior police officer and former [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] at the Child Exploitation Online Protection centre (CEOP) in London. His research interests include the behaviour of male and female child sex offenders, interviewing child sex offenders and male non-familial child abduction/murder.

From 1985–2011 Graham Hill was a Police Officer with Surrey Police. For some of this time one of his colleagues was another rogue. Mark Williams-Thomas, whose career with Surrey Police ended in mysterious circumstances. In 2000 he was promoted to the rank of Senior Investigating Officer, Surrey Police.

In early 2007, he was appointed as Head of Behaviour Analysis at the Child Exploitation Online Protection centre (CEOP). It appears that he was still technically on the payroll of Surrey Police, so maybe this was what is known as a ‘secondment’ to CEOP.

Very soon after this appointment, he was delegated to fly out to Praia da Luz to ‘help’ with the Madeleine McCann investigation, alongside another ‘rogue’ from CEOP, already featured in ‘Rogue of the Day’, Dr Joe Sullivan.

Very early on, on Thursday 10 May, he got his name in the mainstream press, via this article in the Daily Telegraph:

QUOTE

Hunt focuses on paedophile abductor

by Richard Edwards and Matthew Moore

12:01AM BST 10 May 2007

Police investigating the disappearance of Madeleine McCann are following up four "very useful" pieces of new information, it was revealed this morning.

The tip-offs came from callers to a telephone number set up by the British charity Crimestoppers. Many of the hundreds of calls received by the charity have come from Portugal, where local police have been criticised for failing to involve the public in their inquiry.

Crimestoppers has passed the information on to Leicestershire Police, who are working alongside their Portuguese colleagues on the case. No details of the nature of the leads have been revealed. Two Portuguese newspapers reported this morning that police are investigating the possibility that three-year-old Madeleine was snatched by a group of three - two men and a woman.

24 Horas and Correio da Manha both reported that CCTV footage from a petrol station just outside Praia Da Luz could hold the key to the inquiry. Last night police sources in Portugal said that the investigation will have to be scaled down within days, due to a lack of manpower. There are currently 180 senior detectives and 800 beat officers on the case but there numbers will have to be "radically" slashed.

The Portuguese authorities will be forced to make the cut despite criticism about alleged errors in their investigation. Madeleine's grandmother has accused local police of making mistakes, and of lacking experience. New allegations of failures in the search for Madeleine emerged last night.

There is continued confusion over a number of different e-fits circulating of potential suspects, and it also emerged that three different police organisations on the case failed for several days to share a sketch of a suspect.

British police sources linked to the investigation also criticised the failure of police to post appeal pictures of Madeleine across Portugal as soon as she disappeared. Under growing pressure, police finally set up a belated online appeal to help find Madeleine yesterday.

However, while detectives are following up to 350 leads, there is no sign yet of any breakthrough and one week from the day when Madeleine was snatched from her bed, the anguish continues for her parents, Gerry and Kate.

Mistakes could have been made by police, Madeleine's grandmother Susan Healy said last night. "It was difficult for them (Madeleine's parents) to get across to the Portuguese police what they thought had happened," she said. "Mistakes were made initially, possibly due to inexperience. There's not much crime in that part of Portugal."

But she added: "I'm sure the Portuguese police are doing everything they can now. There's not too much point debating what went on, it doesn't achieve anything. We just have to move on and pray that because of the publicity, someone will come forward. Kate has been cuddling a little toy who we call Cuddle Cat. Kate has taken comfort from that. She can probably smell Madeleine".

Staff at hotels, restaurants and bars in Praia da Luz where the McCanns are staying, and nearby towns, have been shown at least six different sketches of suspects.

One depicted a white, tanned man aged between 30 and 35, with dark medium length floppy hair. Others have shown a bald suspect, the back of a man's head and the silhouette of a man.
Simon Russell, 40, a half-English, half-Portuguese video store owner said yesterday that he was visited by officers who showed him a computer-generated image which looked like "an egg with hair".

Police have refused to release any of the images to the public because of strict laws demanding police investigations remain confidential.

However it has also emerged that the PSP - the beat police in Portugal, 800 of whom are scouring urban areas for Madeleine - did not receive a sketch of one of the key suspects in the inquiry until Monday morning. The picture had been created by the Judiciary Police, who are leading the investigation, four days previously.

Police sources last night called for infighting to stop as the search continues to falter.

Privately, police fear that Madeleine was kidnapped by an international paedophile network. While they believe the suspect may be British, undercover officers yesterday concentrated on Monchique, an area 25 miles from Praia da Luz, known to be a haunt of German sex offenders.

A British investigator, Graham Hill, a former superintendent from Surrey police force has joined the inquiry. He was part of the team which solved the murder of schoolboy Roy Tuthill more than 30 years after the crime.

The conviction of Brian Lunn Field in November 2001, 33 years after he abducted, raped and murdered the 14-year-old schoolboy, was hailed a major success for British police, who used modern investigative techniques and DNA profiling.

Gerry and Kate McCann issued a statement last night in which they said: "We continue to remain positive."
UNQUOTE

From 2011, the year he resigned from Surrey Police after 26 years’ service, Hill has been an ‘Independent Criminal Behaviour Analysis Consultant’ for KLIK Protective Services. During this period he studied for a degree in Criminology, and so is now entitled to call himself 'Dr Graham Hill'.Looking at that long interview him by TheLipTV, he comes across as what Stalin might have called a ‘useful idiot’. That is, someone, like his former colleagues Jim Gamble, Mark Williams-Thomas and Dr Joe Sullivan who - in this case - could be relied on, whenever needed, to parrot the McCann Team version of what really happened to Madeleine McCann.

The best that can be said of him in that 40-minute interview on TheLipTV is that, at least, he remembered his lines pretty well.

Oh Dear! Is there really a necessity for this type of sectarian vitriol? What purpose does it serve? I have fought and campaigned against the sexual abuse cover up in the Catholic Church more than most people during my working years,  but really bringing up the Reformation and giving sermons on the "evils" of Catholicism will neither help bring justice for Madeleine and will alienate many people who want the truth about this case and drive them away from this forum.

AND given the state of the world we are living in, forgive me (as an atheist) for respectfully suggesting that it is time for CHRISTIANS to stick together.  Perhaps if you had seen people murdered in the streets of Harlow based on their perceived belief in Transubstantiation you would be a little more careful and moderate in making public your personal religious beliefs in such a vociferous manner.

We are off topic here except, of course, that in the early days after Madeleine was reported missing, the McCanns were routinely described in the media as 'devout Roman Catholics', a claim that can hardly be sustained today - and even in her book, 'madeleine', Kate McCann admits that she scarcely believes in God, let alone is a 'devout' Catholic.

We then had the Pope giving his seal of approval to the McCanns' tale of woe within three weks of Madeleine's disappearance and the local Catholc priest, Father Pacheco, saying he would - in line with official Catholic policy - 'take his secrets about the McCans to the grave'.

@ Annie'sGranny  may I suggest that if you are so concerned about Madeleine McCann, why do you not write about her here, and what happened to her, instead of bringing to the forum your own rather strident views - as an atheist - on Roman Catholicism?

Finally, as a Christian who believes that God has spoken to us primarily through the Bible and the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, but also in the wonderful world of His creations of the universe and all the amazing designs of life on the earth, I can say without fear of contradiction that the Roman Catholic-Papal system is not Christian, but rather is deeply anti-Christian. Here is a short introduction to the subject:

Or try just posting about Madeleine McCann

Dr Martin Roberts: "The evidence is that these are the pjyamas Madeleine wore on holiday in Praia da Luz. They were photographed and the photo handed to a press agency, who released it on 8 May, as the search for Madeleine continued. The McCanns held up these same pyjamas at two press conferences on 5 & 7June 2007. How could Madeleine have been abducted?"

Amelie McCann (aged 2): "Maddie's jammies!".

'ROGUE OF THE DAY' - Page 5 Empty Re: 'ROGUE OF THE DAY'

John Geraghty

Something to ponder - make your own mind up..

Geraghty the Tycoon Friend of the McCanns

John Geraghty is a friend of the McCanns and some of the first reports of this man surfaced when he was said to be storing the Renault Scenic for them after they fled Portugal after being made Arguidos.

A shy character and seldom interviewed, John Geraghty is certainly a major player in the case and he is named in the PJ’s police files (see below).

In an article in The Times on September 24, 2007, which you can read on this site [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.], it said;

John Geraghty A 68-year-old businessman from Leicestershire who now lives on the outskirts of Praia da Luz. Offered to store the McCanns’ hire car so that they could commission independent forensic tests

Geraghty Speaking to Sky News

An elusive man, John Geraghty is presumed to be the Mountsorrel businessman, John Geraghty of Geraghty Construction Ltd based in Sleaford, Lincolnshire. In a rare piece of footage on Sky News, John Geraghty appears briefly in the following video clip. He is the white haired man reading the newspaper, and speaking with a Yorkshire accent.

Geraghty in the Police Files

John Geraghty appears in the police files  – Volume VIIIa – Father Jose Pacheco’s testimony on page 3925:

Translated it says:
As the key to the church, they were delivered on May 07 or 08, what happened the suggestion of a person resident in the parish, John Geraghty, so the couple could attend church, calmly, without the pressure of communication social. The key was delivered by someone from the church to John Geraghty, the faith to reach the couple, with the permission and consent of the deponent.

So, Jose Pacheco gave permission and consent of the church keys to the McCanns via John Geraghty but two obvious questions are;

  1. Was Madeleine hidden in the church or not?
  2. Why was Geraghty the go-between for the keys to the church…what was his role?

Father Jose Pacheco “a shell of a man

Father Jose Pacheco who comforted Gerry and Kate McCann in the days after Madeleine vanished later claimed that he had been the victim of some form of deception.

The priest even ordered every trace of the Madeleine appeal removed from his church of Our Lady of the Light.

Friends of Jose Pacheco said he could no longer bear to discuss the case.

“Even when his friends broach the subject he immediately changes it,” said one.

“He says it is an extremely unpleasant situation and the McCann family only ever brought him problems.

“He even told one friend they ruined his life.

“There are two completely different Pachecos, the one before the McCanns and this shell of a man after the McCanns. He is a nervous wreck.”

What were the problems that forced Father Pacheco to become “a shell of a man” after the McCanns?

Geraghty Construction Incident

After Geraghty Construction failed to pay a bill to one of its clients, the client – Paul Young – marched into the company’s headquarters in Sleaford Lincolnshire, armed with a five-gallon drum of industrial sealant and poured it all over the office computers and furniture.
Despite causing £24,000 worth of damage Paul Young walked free from court after Lincoln Crown Court Judge Michael Heath took sympathy on him and said he had acted out of “understandable frustration”.

Conclusions

Some amateur sleuths in website forums have surmised that John Geraghty is in fact a Freemason and is acquainted to Gerry McCann through this association. A “John Geraghty” shows up on a NHS document for an Infection Control Committee where he is listed as “Estates”. Whether this is the same John Geraghty who is a friend of the McCanns is unknown and attempts to find out through the hospital at Leicester proved fruitless. Our emails and phone calls were not answered.

The Geraghty in Praia da Luz certainly had access to the church and from the interview above we know he attended the church and is the same man. For more speculation, read the article on Pat Perkins and her friend Aurelio.

Unfounded speculation and media reports carry no weight with me, it can't however be disputed that John Geraghty of Portugal had some connection with the McCanns being given the keys to the church.  Question remains unanswered - when, where and why!?!
