Sorry we are off topic but the health mags advise standing to watch one's fav. tv programmes plus stand up breaks when using computer for long periods.

Maybe a "backs" topic in members lounge giving tips would be good?

Have a look at this photograph from the 100 Days Missing parade :

The guy on the left - dressed up in a black ninja suit with a bunch of red flowers -

- a suspicious-looking rucksack and chunky heels capable of hiding God-know-what in them -

- and the red-and-white cross'd flag and the black twirly pole/spear, well...!

Just about a Jihadi for Jesus. He is the fabled 'Secret Cardinal' -

brought to our attention by those wholesome fellows at Control Risks.

Has anybody here ever been to Praia da Luz? Is this guy for real?

Mrs Miniskirt-and-Crocs seems to think so - she's slipping him some coins into his begging bowl.

I must say that some in the happy clappy crowd appear to be a little disturbed by him whilst the stars of the show seem to be studiously avoiding looking his way.
I'm never really sure where you're going with your photos and comments Miss B but always read and look at them hoping that one day something will click and I'll see the light. Where DO you get your fantastic pictures from by the way?

The above photo reminds me of the film Amadeus. Mozart is struggling against illness to finish the commissioned Requiem and the long nights are punctured by knocks at the door by a sinister stranger come to see if the piece is completed.

It keeps being referred to as a "Monument"
It is a TRIG point.
