IS THERE NO END TO CLARKE'S "MISPREPRESENTATION OF FACT" ?

Two weeks ago (June 2024) the Tabloid press of the world started reporting that the German Police BKA were in possession of emails which definitively linked Brückner to Madeleine McCann’s death.

On close inspection of several papers they were all the same story, using exactly the same language, and are very simply Copy and Paste ‘churnalism’.

And already we are discovering that even this is not what it seems
We now have evidence that Clarke was not in the court that day, – from someone who WAS
Which in turn means that he obtained the transcript second hand, either copied it from a local newspaper, or bought it from someone who had made it :–
But then – in either case – passed it off as his own under the Rubric. EXCLUSIVE in his paper
And then sold it as if it were his to sell, to the gutter press of the world

As they used to say in Police Exams, : "List the offences revealed"

Could it have been someone else from the Olive Press who was sent there in his place to do the transcript - in which case it could still have been an Exclusive?

Maybe he was on holiday ~~with his wife~~?

CHAPTER 60 NOW AMENDED

We discovered that Clarke was not even in court to hear the "evidence' which he reported, and that he had taken it from an article in the Mail the previous day.
He had not, obviously, bothered to check the facts or the accuracy, as it suited his agenda and the long-term strategy of Team McCann to have Brückner as a scapegoat
So I have entered a correction and an apology

It is important for all those who commit their thoughts to paper or electronic media to recognise that events and further evidence may change things, may put a different interpretation of what has been said, or in extreme cases may negate entirely what had been accepted as evidence.
