Yes, I do agree Uppatoffee. I was joking really about a poll. SB would probably vote dozens of times in support of himself!
I still hold out a slight hope of an answer to my question; how can he say with certainty who is buried in the garden and how can he be so sure as to the time and even the date when this happened?

I would not advise anyone to dig without some one present officially to observe what had been done . wouldnt dna be left and some that maybe there if it is a body would be interfered with and not be usable? would hope if ever found there will be evidence of perpitrator too? just some thoughts .joyce1938

Maddie disappeared and when portrayed at the request of the British police, as is supposed presents itself today Teri Blythe The British Home Office has denied journalists access to secret files on the case of Madeleine McCann, on the grounds that its disclosure would lead "to a specific deterioration of relations between the United Kingdom with Portugal," said referred to "Express" , site of the newspaper "Daily" and "Sunday Express". Sources said the "Express" indicate there is great concern within the British Police for having investigated a case in Portugal, where they have no jurisdiction. According to the article, the files contain, where appropriate, records of conversations with the Metropolitan Police on the case. It was also indicated that three of the documents raise differences between British officials. The Metropolitan Police has reviewed last year, the case of the disappearance of Maddie, following pressure accordingly welcome the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the very British Prime Minister David Cameron. |

Don't think there is a body, where the hell SB got the info that DNA was planted by the Portuguese Police from, he's not telling but Kate and her family said this to justify the finding of DNA that the dogs found in the car ?
So where did SB get this/ know that evidence was planted !!!

just to try to incriminate the pj and Mr Amaral

Re: Could Maddie be in the garden of Casa Liliana?
Whether it is there or not it seems we shall never know for sure, but i still feel it would be foolish ti anyone just go dig ,like people are advisingon hereand other places.we cant be 100% certain that nothing can possably be there.it would be good if parents were interested themselves ,just to ease their minds, most would be i think ,in my opinion ,i would have to get it done officially, regardless of allthe other facts we feel sure about,if it were our child ,as little of likelhood of it being there ,how many of us would ignore it ?But then a lot would want case opened by the only poeple that have a chance of asking for it too.so this gets no easier to take in .MY MAIN THING AS I SAID I WOULD NOT THINK JUST ANYONE SHOULD TAKE A SPADE AND DO WHAT THEY WISH ,without having people to back them up and not just do as they like.joyce1938 i am not talking of DNA at this moment ,just about a digby who might want to do so.

You are absolutely right joyce, you cannot just go digging, because if there was something there, then it would disturb absolutely vital evidence and totally destroy a crime scene. It has to be done methodically and carefully, by trained people, to the point where they even use little brushes to get dirt away etc., as in archeology digs. It is painstaking work and can last a long time.

You are not in a position to demand anything. If you are going to post stupid posts like that then please don't bother. Unless you are going to answer a specific question from a member, or post concrete information about a dig, I suggest you refrain from posting. FINAL WARNING!

How people can be sucked into a hoax
Celebrity Sperm Bank hoax
Philip Schofield apologised on This Morning this morning following their interview on Tuesday with Dan Richards. Schofield said that their research team had gone to great lengths to look into the background of Dan Richards, his website, his contacts etc before inviting him on the show but they'd all be completely taken in by him. I think I remember an article being printed in the Daily Mail about the sperm bank, I saw the headline but didn't read the actual story -

It is Gonçalo or if you can't work your keyboard that well it is Goncalo.
And I agree. What right have you got to demand anything. Can Mrs Murat demand that you be arrested if you ever go to Portugal again. I think she should have that right.

candy , I am in a position, and will demand that the former head of the Madeleine Mc Cann investigation, support my campaign to dig up the Murat driveway. I "WILL" do it through the Portuguese Press, who support my efforts to recover Madeleine's remains.
If Mr Amaral does not support the excavation of the Murat driveway, Portuguese people and the World, are going to ask "Why not support the dig ?"

Some hoaxes take a lot longer than this one to be rumbled!

Re: Could Maddie be in the garden of Casa Liliana?
This is no hoax, it's a concerted, expensive, and time consuming campaign to recover the remains of a little girl, possibly buried under a driveway in Portugal....it's a very serious matter, and not to be taken lightly for one second.

Agreed - and anyway, there is supposedly a layer of tarmac to get through first, so a pneumatic drill would be required. Seems a bit daft for people to just tell SB to go and dig - he would wake up the whole ruddy neighbourhood.
Yes, obviously any dig would have to be carried out forensically.

Then please do that, but what is the point of posting your demand here. It serves no purpose at all. You should be quietly doing what you have to do, and then, if you have relevant information, with links, then you can post on this forum. If you are really seeking justice for Madeleine, you do yourself no favours by posting posts such as these and screaming in capital letters. I do not want to see any further repetition, you have been allowed back here and allowed to post, don't expect to stay, if you continually annoy members, and ignore a moderators posts.

Mr Birch can you explain why you have such difficulty spelling the name Gonçalo when you don't have any problems spelling other things as shown in the post above? Are you just being rude to Gonçalo Amaral and playing a game with his name?

Nope! i wont be asking that! I know he wont support the dig for the same reason most other people don't. There is more important indications to clear up in this case which have significantly more validity. I make no apology when i file your theory right up there with mediums, visions and Psychics!. Where is the evidence that the Portuguese press supports you?
have you heard of Ben Needham ? The police are there this week, go give them a hand. Oh no! it appears they have professionals already on the job.
I thought you had been warned about not posting any more!!.

David, he has not been warned about not posting anymore. He is free to answer members questions and give relevant information, with links. Some members would like questions answered and I think SB should answer them, after all he has made serious accusations and should explain himself when members ask. What I object to are demands and posting the same thing over and over, plus shouting in capital letters, which will not be tolerated. I expect this to be adhered to.

Dear Mr. Screaming D. Burk, are you deliberately spelling people's names wrongly in order to keep prodding the decent people on this endlessly going no-where thread of yours.
I am beginning to think that you are here to push the Philomena/McCann story of 'planted DNA' in order to try to give substance to the McCann claim that the PJ were inept, are corrupt, attempted to 'fix' Kate up, and that you are set on attempting to blacken the honourable name of Dr. Goncalo Amaral, the main and feared threat to the McCanns.
Being challenged by him, they are unable to pass their version of events off as an abduction, especially as there is not the slightest bit of proof that that may have been the case. It is only their claim, supported by nothing other than their own word, rather like your claims supported by nothing other than your words...i.e. baseless.
Your constant twisting and turning, with failure to produce, seems to be to get the people on this forum to accept the above.
Where else do you post, or is this your only (paid?) preoccupation and how many people do you hope to persuade to change their reasoned thinking and analysis of facts, to a story that would suit the McCanns.
Clearly the McCanns would wish the anti-McCanns to just go away, and not challenge their 'pie in the sky' tales that have left them squirming and backfilling to try to make things up to fit the quandary in which they find themselves.
Perhaps the work you do, raising the so called millions that you have to spend on breaking into elderly lady's property and making allegations against them, and all the official police connected with the area of PdL, comes from a source that you are not prepared to divulge.
It is interesting to watch WUMs for what they say, how they operate, what they are trying to cover up, distract our attention from, or persuade us to do, because that may point back to the fears of the originator or his bosses.
I await with impatience your being banned from this forum and waiting to see how soon you re-appear in another guise, all innocent at first, but sooner or later trying the same old, same old tricks again.

A lot of what you have said sums up what I was thinking. I was trying to be very polite but there is no real way of being polite to someone who seems to be deliberately using silly spellings to be rude to someone else. And its clear that Mr Birch has no answer to what I asked him about his only spelling that name wrong and nothing else. How could he have? Its just very rude of him to do it in the first place and then to ignore my question to him about it. We can all see he is online but refusing to answer.

Agreed, deliberate silly spellings to be rude.
It is also interesting how his spoutings were exclusively that Madeleine was buried on 3rd May, in the evening when the alarm was raised.
This prohibits the later findings of the dogs, the fearsome, completely trustworthy, incapable of lying, cadaver and blood dogs and their indications of 'death' that Gerry and Kate have nearly broken their necks to dismiss.
For a start the McCanns did not respond naturally on the 'markings' and seek to know if it indeed might mean that Madeleine had died.
They immediately dismissed the findings by claiming dirty nappies, rotting meat etc. and sought then to find proof that the dogs are unreliable.
This of course focused on a case which later proved that the dogs are 'absolutely reliable', another Gerry McCann own goal.
The McCanns have not challenged the Murat garden crap because they know she is not there.
Even if she was, the perpetrators would by now have had her removed.
Moreover, how could it be proved who had put her there, it could have been anyone, thereby Birch's theory letting the McCanns off the hook.
It is telling how the siblings' nappies were mentioned. As if the PJ and forensics would not be able to identify the siblings DNA in the nappies.
Then the rotting meat. No, cadaver dogs find cadavers, not someone's filthy fridge contents.
Next, what sort of family allows meat to go so rotten in their villas/holiday homes.
It's not as though the places are so large that a bag of meat could have been left in an out-house or on a garage shelf or something.
The withdrawn 'fridge' reference from Gerry's blog is notable by its removal.
Goncalo Amaral's reference to signs of 'thawing' liquid/tissue are notable.
The boot of the car being left open to get rid of bad smells is notable.
The many visits to the tips when, as a poster said earlier, bins are nearby. Why would one not use the locally placed bins instead of carrying rotting meat that could leak into the boot of a hired car, all the way to a tip that was not close to the house.
With regard to Mr. Birch trying to include denigrating reference to Goncalo Amaral by blackening him through the Cipriano case, I am minded of the fact that in the Cipriano case the body had been cut up, by her own mother and uncle, and am of course, saddened to see that it is possible for close family to be capable of doing such a thing.
