I am glad Tony Bennet will have nothing to do with S Birch and have a suspicion that the S Birch posting here is working for carter ruck.
He seems to know quite a lot re legal affairs etc.
IMO he wanted to ultimately get Tony Bennet and this forum involved in some way in order to undermine Tony Bennet and or get something that can be used in court against him.
SB post had a nasty malevolent tone to in in some parts which were hidden under a few platitudes.
Perhaps carter ruck and mccanns are very nervous re the upcoming court case and are looking for more ammo.
Expect to see more of this kind of thing as they become more desperate.
I have this feeling that Mr Justice Tugendhat is an upright Judge who cannot be bribed or blackmailed.

I think your a right. Cause nobody is willing to listen, we did for a while and if his posts were reasonable we still would. Some of them were but most weren't and slandering is not on. if u are going to produce some facts
