o dear, nick pisa is giving the impression he is not even trying to be taken serious.

i would hate it too, if i do know very well this is just rubbish, absolute an boring intermezzo even. and getting the task to just fill a hole in the upmake.
poor guy, of course after all these years on the case, he must have found out what did not happen, but these damned d notices are in his way. and maybe some not so much gentlemen agreements in the higher positions at the mail are less favorable for the work climate on the floor. 

it is also quite out of fashion for mail to be out 6 days a week. modern times of course. maybe less daily mail made it easier to take the time to actually check what you write, a bit of course.

or maybe he is in need of some fresh pairs of reading glasses, so he can actually read his own archive of published articles. 

if it is meant to be the new comedy section of the mail, maybe but a new header on the page. 

it does not look to be very respectful to that victim in this case, remember that little girl called madeleine, yeah, that one. and putting out pictures with victims a bit to hasty have been served on the name of cb does not helpt their cases too. just putting then up as a illustration of simply nothing is a new low. 

if the nick pisa can no longer produce information to their public, that is still paying his salary by being influenced by adds, and quite a lot even, maybe his job can be done by ai, can hardly produce more rubbish in one write up than the nick.

THE prime suspect in Madeleine McCann’s disappearance had a burglary tool kit that could unlock any security door, an important witness claims.

Christian B boasted to a friend about the tools, which raise fresh doubts over the official theory that ­Maddie’s kidnapper clambered in through a window of holiday apartment 5a in Praia da Luz.

German police are said to be “electrified” by the lock pick kit discovery — and are also probing the possibility Christian B used car paint solvent to sedate Maddie.

In an exclusive interview from a secret location, Helge B — now in German police witness protection — told filmmaker Jutta Rabe for The Sun on Sunday: “He came through the door.”

German prosecutors hope to use the lock picks evidence to nail Christian B, who is in jail for drugs crimes and appealing a seven-year sentence for raping a woman of 72.

Helge B, 52, who met his fellow German a year before Maddie vanished aged three, said he found the kit at Christian B's Algarve home.

The petty criminal had decided to ransack it with friend Manfred Seyferth after learning Christian B was serving time for theft.

He said: “I knew from Christian that he uses tools to break into holiday resorts, hotels and holiday homes to steal from tourists.

“There were passports on the table. There was all sorts of stuff lying around — cameras, suitcases, everything that tourists have with them. I also found a lock pick set.”

Helge B, who kept the kit and told German police about it, added: “You can use it to pick any lock, including security locks.”

The 14 picks, seen by The Sun on Sunday, are black stainless steel.

Each is designed for a ­specific door type.

They are made by “Dino”, which claims the curved design “ensures easier access into the most restrictive European keyways fast”.

Police in Portugal have always said the man who snatched Maddie broke in through the window and either left through a door with her or climbed back out.

It has been reported that the metal window shutters of the apartment were rolled all the way up, and a curtain was blowing, after little Maddie went missing.

But when asked how Christian B got into the McCanns’ holiday home, Helge B replied: “Through the door. Easily. He can open any door.”

Insiders close to the German police probe, which was opened when Helge B gave detectives Christian B's name in 2017, said cops believe the window theory is a “red herring”.

A police source said: “The German detectives were electrified by the discovery of the tool kit with the lock picks in it. This evidence is now very important to them.

“It confirmed a suspicion that they’d had for a long time — that Christian B entered the apartment through the door.”

Police believe the front door was less likely to be viewed by the passing public as it is in a ­recessed area on the opposite side of the apartment facing towards a swimming pool and restaurant.

It is understood that police have also been told Christian B had access to car paint solvent as he had been a mechanic.

Detectives are now looking into a theory that he used it to knock Madeleine out before opening the window from the inside to avoid inhaling toxic fumes.

German public prosecutor Hans Christian Wolters named Christian B as the prime suspect in Madeleine’s case in June 2020 and said he had evidence she had been murdered.

Helge B claims he has since been pressed by Christian B's lawyers to retract his statements and has been forced into witness ­protection for the last four years.

He said: “I immediately contacted the federal police in ­Germany and they told me to pack some clothes, don’t be followed, catch the next ferry and go to Italy and they would come and take care of me.

“Witness protectors picked me up. They put me in various safe houses and finally in an apartment. I don’t live there now. I had to change location again.”
'She didn’t scream'

His revelations come after he spoke to German tabloid Bild this week to claim Christian B appeared to confess to kidnapping Maddie, telling him after a few drinks: “She didn’t scream.”

He made the admission at the Dragon Festival in the southern Spanish mountain town of Orgiva just a year after she disappeared.

The illegal festival was known for its techno music, boozing and drug taking.

Christian B apparently arrived there in an American campervan he had lived in and used between 2007 and early 2008.

Helge B claims it was not the Tiffin Allegro van police seized a couple of years ago in Neuwegersleben — a German village where Christian B had a weekend pad.

Instead, he insisted the vehicle was a Winnebago.

Helge B believes that if police were able to trace it, they may find traces of Madeleine’s DNA in it.

He said: “Christian B drove up with an American mobile home, a Winnebago, and everyone was just surprised. I have only seen this Allegro in photos from the police, as it was seized on the premises in Neuwegersleben but it was not the same that I saw.”

Several girls’ swimsuits were found in the 30ft red and white Allegro RV Christian B drove between Portugal and Germany.

Cops found the clothes after the seizing the motorhome as part of another investigation.

Neighbours had complained about a smell coming from the yard where it was kept and buried in the ground were USB sticks and other digital media with more than one hundred films and photos of Brueckner allegedly abusing children.

Asked if he advised his former friend to tell the truth, Helge B said: “Yes, but he will never do that.

“He’s too stubborn for that. He assumes they can’t prove anything.”

Addressing Christian B directly, he added: “I know what you did and another witness knows it as well.

“So, admit it — you owe it to the girl’s parents. It’s enough with the rumours, lies and whining.”

so what is actually said is; cb had a lock pick set in his possession before april 2006, when he lived at the small finca near praia da luz.

at least that is what helge lars busching says. after cb had taken up his logies in hotel portugal, hb broke in to that little finca, and hb says he has taken a lock pick set from the premises. and kept then under him. and when did hb take them, well on some date between april and christmas 2006. how do we know thart, well cb was in jail, and in that same time period the homeowners choose to take all muck out of that little finca and cb did not get back there after his release. how do we know, because the media let the people tell us that. 

if hb states he had them in his possession after that break in, cb could not have been able to make use of them in may 2007. 

anyone ever smelt car paint remover, because i have. they all stink, not as just a whiff or two, no they stink, and are like chloroform easy to recognize. a partly open window would not be enough if it was used inside 5a in a fluid form, a spray can, or a heavily drenched cloth. 

and who would need a lock pick set when mr. and mrs. mccann just left the door unlocked. 

and lock picking advertisers are often a bit over the top, when they want to sell lock picking sets to you, and that is what they want to do, selling then to the not advanced or even first times potential lock pickers. 
and i know they are not really the thing.

there are more lock pick sets from dino, like a easy to carry 9 parts penn style. 

they are quite useful, but only with a bit of luck, to unlock car doors. they are also cheap, it is certainly not the best quality on the market. and i just asked the repairman that actually has 45 years of experience in repairing doors and windows in amsterdam and area after was broken in. his answer, i would have wished all pro break inns had used such tools, even the police and fire brigade always forgot these magical tools exist. 
it had made the life of the repairman much easier. just changing the cilinder of a lock is easy going, but they all make just a mess of it to get access. he would have known if these set had been a success, because there still would be a complaint about missing stuff, and people who wants a new lock on doors or windows. 

you do not need a dino set, you can easily make your own, or find yourself a nice thin piece of carbon steel. or do some handy work with the good old hairpins. it is far more about your hands and ears than the picking set you use. i can tell you it is a lot easier if the lock is not in a door. sitting at a desk, it works many times, with luck even quite quick. put the cilinder in a door and that makes it all different.

helge lars must have himself be experienced enough in crimes like robbery and breaking in, to know it never was in fashion to use lock picks, and in tourist area's hardly something to get your hands that experienced in, because you would of course just use the left open doors and windows. 

none of the dino sets is usable to open up the shutters, or open that type of window, without leaving traces.

also lock picking leaves often very recognizable markings, the typical smudges that are just skin oil smudges around the lock. easy to see if you already have your dragon blood out. insurance companies are very insistent, when there is even the hint of lock picking used. the want proof, so you learn how to look for the signs.
did you know that even the pro in breaking people often work from a business plan, they like it very much if your insurance just pays out, because you will buy new gear, meaning, a better score next time they visit. so entering and exiting a property is better done with some proof of it. in tourist accommodations you do not need much advanced methods, the next stupid people will arrive with the next plane.

it also does hardly matter that cb was 'the climber', 5a has no need to use the drainage pipes to get access, guys who write pieces in papers, and the odd girly too, the mccanns just left the back door closed but not locked, from at least monday to thursday that week. so they had the opportunity to check their offspring without having making noises that could wake the up. look it up they told it to the whole world. there never would have been the need to climb, or open windows by the mccann version of what had happened.

the dino lock pick set was also not usable on thew back doors, they had no locksystem with an outside showing cilinder at all. not on the inside too, they are usually just hook and hook in locks. 

the reputation of lock picking sets, commercial versions or the home made style is never reached to be near good. most are extremely bad even. so most apprentice and pro in breaking people just used other techniques. the battery operated saw was shortly in fashion. but going by the end results the crowbar or just a screwdriver was always the favorite. but they would prefer a left open window or door, so much easier to work with.

also using a lock picking set and going in, grabbing a sleeping child, put a rag with car paint remover on it, wait until sure it was not able to make noises, fiddle with a window and all of that well within the 2 minutes the time line of the tapas 9 and others around left to do all of that. come on, you can not write there must have been a mistake in these timelines, that would make your words against the mccanns, and that can not be happening in a uk media. 

but the stories are growing into the mccann fairy tales, videocamera's that are thrown into a reservoir, are also sold, stil the germans just picked out another reservoir to look for it, i did not make it up, the media did.
because maybe there could be pictures of madeleine on the camera, that was stolen in 2006! i did not made it up, the media did. 

now we have to believe cb opened the already open door of 5a with a dino lock picking set in 2007 that was in the hands of hb, because he stole it in 2006. 

car paint remover is not really a suitable product to use if you want a young child to wake up later. the ld50 is quite low, meaning the dose when 50% of the lab rats die after exposure. they converse that back into humans. a rag with old car paint remover would not be sufficient to get a human unconscious, to long with the rag would already be harmful if breathing is not possible, spraying cans with such a liquid would give a high risk there will be screaming, because it is not very nice to get into eyes. 
you would need a fair bit of luck to make use from it, to only temporarily make a young child out, without screaming or wresting action before that, the bed in 5a made that non existent. 
and it will leave a chemical stench behind. nothing sniffed there. 

you know when you write fiction, you never would get into the ordinary and very practical problems, you write it, so it all happens in your story. the reader have no other choice than reading on. in real live there are hardly any easy solutions to these problems. you can be the best climber of drainage pipes, the ones for rain, but when the pipe gives in, you will land on the ground. in stories climbing in a window is always fool proof and possible. in real live you have many stories of people who tried that and needed the fire brigade to get them out. 

and we did not need the figure called cb, the people working 5a as if it was a crime scene, something you never know for sure, before you do that, say nothing to find in and on 5a that makes the possibility of a break in known. even john hill, manager of that place where crime was everywhere if we believe the media, said no signs of tampering with the window or doors, no signs of a break in. 

and lock picking, you can easily find video's on you tube, a lot of mostly guys are trying to do it as quick as possible, but they do it just at home, they do not have to listen to a flip flopping jane tanner, that is almost stepping on his back. or a matt that wants to listen with his ear on some shutters.  

maybe peter mac is able to tell how small the area really is, he was there remember. and besides a human he is also a very experienced former police man. former only restricts to under duty, your mind would not just blow away, the knowledge is just still there, the experiences too. 

so we have multiple teams of forensic experts, experienced people from the gnr, the pj, and from the uk, the hotel manager, mark harrison, who mastered crime scenes outside and posibile crime scenes outside exceptionally well. all others who came from different back grounds, all looked already into the break in story and say no.

but we end up with a german cps, who likes the fairy tales of a profound and experienced criminal and without even taken steps to look out there, because the media would have told us, if that had happened, there still has been a break in, and cb did it. 

and with some fantasy write up, just a little bit you can rewrite stories;

it starts okay. but there is never said or written that cb was actually on these picture himself in active abuse of children or others, no, they know it must have been very likely the stash was from cb, because besides many pictures and photo's of children under abuse, they also found about a 100 pictures and photo material featuring cb himself, many in acts with a sexual nature. 

the findings of this stash is getting far more strange, there looks to be no one in germany that has letting us know the want cb in court over these finds, done in 2016 at the old box factory terrain owned by cb. 
it started with about 6000 pictures/photo's found, later it had grown into about 8000. 

but stashes of cb always have a tendency to grow with time.

cb was convicted for possession of sa of children, but that was about the daughter of his ladyfriend at the time, and the material found when they searched his living quarters near the kiosk. it is never become clear if that search was done in relation to the child abuse, or the beating up from yet another lady friend. 
the material they have taken was just on a camera and laptop. no dead dogs. 

the information about convictions of cb between 2015 and 2018 are not very clear to understand. he was at least convicted twice for sa of the young girl, and a drugs crime. 

but there is nothing to find about a trial and or conviction about the finds on the old box factory finds of 2016.

helge lars b. the man who showed a face of disgust while telling about the video. remember this guy had no problem in beating up a young, about 20 years of age polish homeless woman, to rob her of her last 20 euro's. not the guy you would expect to experience disgust to just a video that could if it existed of course contain a like wise scene as described by the victim of the 2005 rape case. 

no copper would mind the hb has fattened up nicely, at least he would no longer fit in most european standard windows to break in and rob, and always nice if you could out run them when they do try. 
it could be work as a solution in bringing down the crime rates, just give them jail time and make them overweight. o, well there shall be a law that put that down. 

jutta rabe has nothing to loose, her professional reputation is already in shambles, so she fits nicely in the sun, the one that pay for their stories. i hope they keep the receipts, so much easier to prove the witness was paid. jutta has done some good investigative pieces, but she looks to be bound to the more fantasy genre nowadays.

well, if you can be investigated, arrested, charged and brought before a german court of law and convicted for some odd thing you maybe have done outside germany, why would that be different for a jutta, ifshe still is a german national and is in germany?

the complete german fraction of this case is only possible because cb is a german national and in germany. 

and it is not only in the sun, the american one, all the sun's have it. so if germany still does criminal complaints about defamation, it can not be likely she as a german national could escape it by only publishing it outside germany.

she only would get into a nice juridical explaining, about where she did write it from, where she would be paid. 

that was actually was one of many reasons why we in the netherlands usually just say, fine for you, but you have to find a way through a civil court, because it is seen as a civil matter, even as the law under it is to find in the law book of crimes.

And did Brueckner ask his partners in crime to clear his accommodation of stolen goods, as previously reported, or did Seyferth and Busching take it upon themselves?

But who really cares - it's all a load of twaddle repeated over and over and over for three years.

Note: The patio door was left unlocked every night whilst the McCanns and their friends were dining over the other side of the complex. Oh and by the way, forensic wise there was no evidence of a break-in or an intruder.

The prime suspect in Madeleine McCann's disappearance had a lock picking kit that could unlock any security door, a witness has claimed.

Madeleine disappeared from her family's holiday apartment in the Algarve resort of Praia da Luz in May 2007 - just a few days before her fourth birthday. Convicted child sex attacker Christian Brueckner has become the prime suspect in her case.

Brueckner bragged about the burglary toolkit which he would use to 'break into holiday resorts, hotels and holiday homes to steal from tourists', a former friend has told The Sun on Sunday.

Helge Busching, who is in German police witness protection, suggested that Brueckner 'came through the door' of the McCanns' holiday apartment, raising doubts over the official theory that Madeleine's kidnapper crept in through a window.

German police are reportedly 'electrified' by the discovery of the lock pick kit and also are investigating the possibility that Brueckner used car paint solvent to sedate the young girl.

Brueckner, a convicted paedophile who is serving a prison sentence for rape, was publicly named as a suspect in 2020 in Madeleine's disappearance and was declared an official suspect last year. He has denied any involvement in her abduction.

Busching, who claims to have met Brueckner a year before Madeleine vanished, said he found the tool kit in the suspect's Algarve home after he and a friend, Manfred Seyfreth, decided to ransack the place.

He told The Sun: 'I knew from Christian that he uses tools to break into holiday resorts, hotels and holiday homes to steal from tourists.'

According to the newspaper, sources close to the investigation say German police believe the window theory is misleading.

The insider claimed investigators were 'electrified' by the discovery of the lock pick kit and argued the 'evidence is now very important to them'.

The source added: 'It confirmed a suspicion that they'd had for a long time - that Christian Brueckner entered the apartment through the door.'

Police were also told that Brueckner, a mechanic, had access to car paint solvent. They are now investigating a theory that he used the substance to sedate Madeleine.

Busching last week also claimed that Brueckner had once confessed to kidnapping Madeline, Bild reported.

He alleged that Brueckner told him: 'She didn't scream.'

Busching claims Brueckner issued the confession at the illegal Dragon Festival held in the southern Spanish mountain town of Orgiva a year after Madeleine vanished.

He also alleged that Brueckner turned up to the festival in an American campervan that he lived in between early 2007 and 2008. Busching says the van is not the Tiffin Allegro van police seized a few years back.

Busching says he knows that Brueckner abducted Madeleine, adding that 'another witness knows it as well'.

He claims he advised the suspect to come clean but says Brueckner 'will never do that' because he is 'too stubborn' and 'assumes police cannot prove anything'.

The witness added that he has been pressed by Brueckner's lawyers to retract his allegations has been forced into witness protection for the last four years.

Madeleine vanished from a rented holiday apartment in Praia da Luz in Portugal on May 3, 2007, during a family holiday.

Her parents Kate and Gerry McCann, from Rothley, Leicestershire, spearheaded a high-profile campaign for information about her disappearance.

Reports claim that phone records place Brueckner in the town on the night she vanished and that his yellow and white Volkswagen Westfalia campervan was spotted near the Algarve resort.

Last month German forensic experts searched a reservoir 30 miles from Praia da Luz as part of their ongoing investigation. They are understood to have taken soil samples for analysis.

Brueckner and Busching, who is also German, both previously lived in Portugal and were said to have been involved in petty theft.

Brueckner has claimed the pair have not spoken since 2007, when they discussed a drug deal, and has denied Busching’s claims about their conversation in 2008, saying they were ‘not even worthy of comment’.

Busching also claims to have seen videotapes which allegedly showed Brueckner sexually abusing an elderly woman and a teenage girl in Portgual.

In 2019 Brueckner was convicted in a German court of the 2005 rape of a 72-year-old American woman at her home in Portugal, close to Praia da Luz, and he is serving a seven-year sentence. Busching reportedly contacted British police about his former friend after he was arrested in Greece in 2017 over an alleged smuggling ring.

Madeleine’s disappearance was initially investigated by police in Portugal, with support from officers in the UK. The Metropolitan Police took over the investigation in 2011 after the Portuguese operation was shelved.

But more than three years after linking Brueckner to Madeleine’s disappearance, he has still not been charged regarding her abduction as prosecutors do not have enough evidence.

i can not remember scotland yard had a tipp line to call them in 2008. i only remember that 24/7 not so much functioning hotline of the mccanns they put up with the metodo 3 guys. 

what a luck hb sees his theory almost the same as the most favorite of the mccanns themselves, and by that from operation grange and the rest of the gangs too. 

it was actually knitted together by the first agency the mccanns had to help them out, they wrote it all out and gave it to the pj. so they would know what they had to investigate. the control risks group. 
the gnr and the pj never made the window even a thing, certainly not the entrance to 5a for the fake abductor. 
no poilce officer ever had seen it open, and only kate mccann het fingerprints have been found in a position as to when you open such a type of window. 

of course it could very well be the window is part of the script the uk media have to use. like that other favorite, the burglary gone wrong, copy righted by scotland yard and associates. 

i have no idea how witness protection functions in germany, ours is not of top quality, and indeed, hcw only has one perp in mind, so why keep that guy at hand. the only reason i can think of, is that talking to the media would very unproductive for the prosecution. each time one of the former collegae of the cb, puts a mouth open, we hear a story that has little differences in the details. small differences, but very important for the defense. 

in my opinion it just reeks as, how could we keep an eye on this bloke, within the rules, and witness protection was the only one that could serve that purpose, they could not fit him into these nice ankle bracelets to keep him under some observation, they could also not just pay for his stay. so the witness protection was the only solution. 
it is pretty common you have to be using a bit of imagination to save a case. this one smells like one. 

the guys never have been of the robin hood types, they are all scum, well experienced criminals. do we think the people who have been robbed by hb, had their things rummaged through, things nicked had to start thinking mildly about the poor guy.

Busching claims he kept the kit - which he says can be used to 'pick any lock, including security locks' - and later gave it to police in Germany. 


Of course it will still have Brückner prints and DNA all over them then?

"The testimony of the witness raises a lot of questions that encourage me in the assumption that these videos are freely invented," says the Kiel star lawyer Dr. Friedrich Fülscher (39). First of all, there are constancy breaks to previous statements. 

On the other hand, there are also considerable contradictions to statements by witness Manfred S. According to the court that condemned Mr. Brückner, he is said to have seen sequences other than Helge B. According to the current description of Helge B., this would in fact not be possible."

"This alleged confession did not exist," says defender Dr. Fülscher. "According to Manfred S., there was not even a conversation at the event."

Manfred S. had claimed to BILD that he had not heard anything about the possible "conversation".

Whether there had been a conversation between Brückner and Helge B., he could not remember..

why would it matter if there are fingerprints and or dna on any object from cb. because in itself it can not tell a story that connects cb to the madeleine case. it is not forbidden to have such tools, there is no proof to find in the files there could be used such tools on a door of 5a. so even it is excellent dna found, or high quality fingerprints, it still is only that. 

you can easily find, there never was any need to use a lock picking set, because there already was an open door. you can hardly paint the picture of the perfect burglar, and tell at the same time the guy overlooked that. 
hb catches that nicely, by guessing it must have been a spur of the moment thing, no preparation at all. 

versus the mccann saga someone has kept an eye out on their behavior that week. if that master burglar had done observations he would of course have noticed that by leaving by the patio doors, they could be unlocked. even more if they want to make use of the rumors about he worked there at a unknown moment in time. some even wat to go so far , cb had burgled properties of the ocean club. so let's take that for granted, it only means he also must know how these kinds of patio doors work. 

but still where can you put a direct link from cb to 5a or to madeleine. the pj files have nothing. 
you can make endless lists of things that could become handy, if you indeed wanted to abduct a child. except very little, probably even nothing you need is unique in itself, or together, it is not just ticking of some boxes and you got him. even wanting to abduct a child is in itself no crime, only when you actually start following on and through it becomes one. 

i have all the tools at hand to burgle the property next door, only i do not want to, and would not doing something that even looked like i wanted to do that at all. i also have the key, so it wouldbe stupid anyway. having the tools means nothing, most would even have my dna on them. i am not the most handy person, a dog like keela would have a field day with them. 
but if the property next door is broken in to tomorrow, why and how would having the tools prove i did it, if i did not. 

having certain tools also does not mean, you have the knowledge to use them. and tools have often more than one single purpose. believe me, i do know that.

i do not need to hear from hcw if he indeed is in the  possession of a set of lock picks, he got from hb. 
i am not even interested in an answer, simply because there is nothing found that tells there could have been broken into 5a. even a small gap to fill in cb is missing. i still see no connection in any way, or form that brings on a role for this cb. 

it is not a case where there is intel found that could tell us, this was an abduction, only talking about it,  there is on the other hand quite a lot to see room for other possibilities. like a very amateur approach in staging one. 

dino is not the highest quality if you would seek a set for your own uses. there are excellent instruction video's enough on you tube, but still that is not a lock in a massive wooden door, without good lighting, and a flip flopping jane tanner um die ecke. or a matt who wants to put a ear on some shutters. or one of the other nosy people on that street. and do not forget it, you have 2 minutes to do it all, pick a lock, open a window, open the shutters make the child unconscious and out, do not forget to close the door silently. all unseen, un heard and without any traces left behind and got away. success! 

when a cps, any cps of every country in the world had in his hands the evidence to prove the guy did it, it was already happened. and if my interpretation of that bit of the german law is correct, he would not had even a choice, other than to get his arse in court. so i do not care all his talking, what he says to have, he simply has no evidence.

Because if Helge Busching says he stole the Lock picking set from Brückner, and gave it to the BKA, they will now have to confirm that it is True, and if it is True, that it was not any old Set, but can be DIRECTLY linked to Brückner.


They will of course never be able to prove that it was used to open Apartment 5A anyway…

It has been for some time already Jutta Raabs opinion that the entry point was the front door.

But previously she maintained that Brückner had worked as a Handyman in the Ocean club, and had been in all the Apartments anyway in the course of his duties.

It would have been easier for him to copy the Keys he had for work.

and hb already had it for over 11 years in the pocket. that means usually, when you as officer of the law get it, you would take a bunch of pictures and ask the holder of the trademark if it did exist in 2006. much cheaper to wait for that answer, than just some lucky shots for dna. the dna would not walk away. 

i do think that is true, crusader, there is so much into detail written in the media, true, untrue, made up, if it is not already somewhere in the pj files it would be difficult to test it on origine. 
we already have been told hb himself has a past full of drugs and alcohol problems, that was not over after that ramsacking of the little finca.

but even with the parts that have not been in the media before 2020, both hb and ms told the door was open. they never told a date, or even month they had been there. the homeowner and land lady told she together with another female, i forgot their relation, cleaned the place out. there was no rent payed anymore, the date must findable in portugal, because she also told she had called the police to say cb was missing. there was c. post who also has been in the finca before that, to get things out, that guy with the self replicating stacks of passports and video's. 

it is never told who got there first and the order of the rest. 

the video evidence is no true evidence but only word of mouth from hb and ms, no others ever have said to have seen such kind of video's. ms and the austrian guy mt have also lived from time to time together in that finca or stayed in their camper vans on the terrain, both know very well how the inside looked, but do not tell about video's of cb at all. the irish holiday rep case was in 2004, and the american lady in 2005. 
none of them said when that was, but also never had an idea about the supposed crimes of cb or the video's. 

it is very common, that when you find stuff, you still have to make clear it could only been from your suspect. open doors, places people once lived, but have been maybe used by others don't go well before a court. you are always asked by the defense team how you get from the evidence to the suspect, it works equal to the chain of evidence after you take it away. 

so a video that was illegally gathered by a known habitual criminal, or two in this case, from a not closed premises, and unknown when habitation by the suspect ended, who had access to it between leaving the premises and finding the 'evidence'.

it is not even clear if hb directly after he found the camera and videomaterial in the finca showed ms what was on it, from his latest interview, that stays unclear. 

hb and ms tells about different scenes on the video's, hb the american lady about 70 to 89 years old, but an other one than in the 2005 rape case. hb could not have known that. ms saw and heard a middle ages lady calling out help in italian. both have seen they say the young female hb about 14, ms 15, 16. 

their stories about what they had taken is different on points that are not about understandable differences. 
age, it is common to be some years out to both sides, but a tank with 1000 liter of diesel , or just some jerrycans is not the same. 

ms told videocamera and gun thrown in a reservoir near st. clara, hb i sold the camera, he not longer knows what was done with the videomaterials. they are never found. 

only hb and ms say to have knowledge of the video contents. 

there is in one of the german video's a very short bit of a bar keeper, or bar guest, that says cb had shown him a rape video. no year or date given, no name of this witness too. 

so in the court itself about the 2005 rape case, no video material was shown or even present, the german cps had simply asked the pj if there in a period of years had been cases become known, that could have the same or enough likeness to what hb had told off. that was how the 2005 rape case ended up in germany. 
the victim had given testimony by video connection, unclear if that was live, and if she ever had seen cb too. 

the lock pick set says hb was taken in 2006, at the same time as the videocamera, the video material, diesel and a gun. ms earlier said hb took a car too. 

in a earlier publication hb has given 22 different video's, but that was in 2017, so 11 years after he got his hands on them, he knows how many he found, but not where he left them. 

also he lived after leaving orgiva in spain some stints in italy and greece. he did meet up with ms again in italy. ms told hb was homeless from time to time, and still he could keep that lock pick set of cb with him. in italy two criminal offences of hb are known.

in greece he also landed twice in jail, they send him away, and he left greece for italy said ms. after hb returned to greece he was arrested for that same offence of trafficking of illegal imigrants and put in jail again. 

still he was able to kept the lock pick set of cb safe. only after all of this, and the story is different from time to time, as still in jail, let go, he did call out to grange and did meet up in a hotel in athens and later even in london. 

and then miracles happen, he could hand in the lock pick set of the infamous cb to the german bka and cps. 

so why would it be so strange if we start to thinking hb is not exactly telling a true story, a story i can agree on, a true one i don not think so. i have far to often the idea i do recognize even where he got the words from. or as the dutch would say, i would not put my hand in the fire for it.

yeah, i do know that one, but they start already with 2005, then cleaning it in may 2006, april 2006 cb was taken in custody, so to leave dna of madeleine from 2007 and destroy it, how could it sprouted of the mind of dear jon, makes me a bit carefull with the may 2006 to go from.

if may 2006 is correct it could only be a period of less than 8 weeks been available for hb and ms and cp to get in to it. i must have the exact date of the arrest somewhere, i will look it up tomorrow. 

ms described the interior as already a mess, as if the police had been there. no police search ever become known, usually it only stays a mess if something you came for was found. you would not leave a door unlocked. pretty standard if you had to use force on the door, you just put a simple lock and chain in its place. and a notice om the door. i have seen that in france and spain too. 

the article states no police ever searched the little finca. 

in the sandra f. series about cb , they only talked about 2006. 

all these hick ups with years and months or dates i do hate they doing that. i like to keep at least a bit of a track on a timeline.

yeah april 8 is what i have in my memory, but it is not that much effort to find out if that is indeed correct, it was 258 days they had to sit, and they have been left out just before christmas 2006, he met nicole f. on a christmas party. so they could have been released from 21 to 23 december on.

so hb and ms could have been in the little finca between april 8 and 31 may 2006. but not after that, if that landlady, at least that was used in sandra f. her production i think, was cleaning it out in may 2006.
a spoiled fridge can happen in just 5 days. but rats if they have not be a existing problem takes usually a fair bit longer. 

and cp too. he did not tell when exactly he was there, only he visited cb in jail, and he also does not tell he had to take the place apart to find the stuff cb wanted him to take away. he said to have taken a stack of very nasty video's and dumped them in a garbage thingy.

Recent information suggests a witness who was acquainted with the main suspect in this globally shocking case has come forward with a crucial detail that could aid in solving the mystery.

Christian Brueckner, a 45-year-old German prisoner, allegedly boasted to his friend about using a burglary tool kit to gain access to apartment 5A in the Praia de Luz resort complex in Portugal—the very same unit where McCann and her parents were staying when she disappeared in 2007. The prevailing theory among investigators is that the abductor entered through the window.

However, German police are now scrutinizing this evidence, as well as the claims that Brueckner utilized a car cleaning chemical to drug the four-year-old.

The 52-year-old witness recounted finding the burglary toolkit at Brueckner's residence. Brueckner, who is currently serving a prison sentence for drug and rape offenses, allegedly disclosed to Helge B. that he used these tools to break into resorts and holiday apartments to steal from tourists.

In an interview with The Sun, Helge B. stated, "There were passports on the table. There was all sorts of stuff lying around — cameras, suitcases, everything that tourists have with them. I also found a lock pick set." Helge B. kept the kit and informed the German police, emphasizing, "You can use it to pick any lock, including security locks."

The bundle consists of 14 black stainless steel keys, each specifically designed for a particular lock type. While the police maintain that the suspect gained entry through the window, Helge B. asserts that Brueckner used the keys to enter through the door, claiming, "He can open any door." A police source revealed, "The German detectives were electrified by the discovery of the tool kit with the lock picks in it. This evidence is now very important to them."

Post said he knew his new pal was on the “fringes” of crime but had no idea of the true scale until a later visit to his ramshackle farmhouse.
He said: “I was sat in the living room and noticed piles of passports on the fireplace. There honestly must have been between 60 and 100 of them, neatly stacked up in three piles.
He told me he got them on his ‘­night-crawls’ in Praia da Luz, climbing onto balconies and through windows. It shows how many burglaries he must have done.
“He said he would go into rooms and take what he wanted. At the time I guessed he was talking about cash, jewellery, ­passports… but now who knows?
“He would only do it at night, it was too risky being seen in the daylight.
