Madeleine McCann suspect 'had fetish for dangerous situations', pal tells cops
An unnamed mate of Christian Brueckner – the prime suspect in Madeleine McCann's disappearance – claims he told him: "I like to see catastrophe situations. I need dangerous situations"
ByJerry Lawton

The prime suspect in Madeleine McCann’s disappearance had a fetish for dangerous situations, a pal has told police.
And he claimed convicted paedophile Christian Brueckner told him: "I like to see catastrophe situations. I need dangerous situations."
The unnamed mate said Brueckner told him he took pleasure from torturing, was attracted to children and would kill a person "faster than an animal".
These revelations are in case files German police have compiled about Brueckner’s alleged involvement in Madeleine’s disappearance.
The three-year-old vanished from a holiday apartment in Praia da Luz in Portugal’s Algarve in 2007.
German prosecutors recently shared evidence against Brueckner with Portuguese detectives, who they are meeting this week to decide how to proceed with the investigation.
Brueckner, 44, is currently serving a seven-year jail sentence for raping a 72-year-old woman in the same resort from which Madeleine vanished.
He claims he had no involvement in her disappearance.

Inconclusive - that's the sort of thing I say when venturing into the local wine merchant on a Friday evening.

" He has secured interviews with his accusers ,former friends neighbours and associates , some of whom have never spoken to the media before " !!
Does that mean super researcher Clarke missed these people during his exhaustive " investigation " ?
Produced by Screendog , sounds about right !
At least they haven't referred to W.T as a " top cop "

MADDIE WITNESS Witness in Madeleine McCann probe to sue discredited Portuguese cop for defamation

A WITNESS in the Madeleine McCann probe is to sue discredited Portuguese cop Goncalo Amaral for defamation.
HGV driver Helge Busching, 49, identified prime suspect Christian B, 44, to cops.

His evidence helped nail the convicted paedophile of a rape in Portugal in 2005 close to where Madeleine vanished in 2007, aged three.
Amaral — thrown off the case after wrongly identifying parents Kate and Gerry as suspects — branded German Busching and a pal “unreliable witnesses” in a book.
Busching told The Sun: “I’m not happy with what has been said about me by this policeman.”
His lawyer, George Tzeriz, said the criticism was “unjustified and unwarranted”.
He said: “He is a key witness in this investigation and is seen so by the police.”

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
No picture of Busching in the above report, Seyferth talking on video.
These two got Brueckner convicted of rape of the American lady, because of the video footage.
They say they are convinced he killed Madeleine, with zero evidence, absolute rubbish.
Busching now going to sue G Amaral for telling the truth.
His lawyer, George Tzeriz said "criticism was unjustified and unwarranted."
Who's paying him to act for Busching and his hurty feelings?
G Amaral, who was involved from the start, lost his job, faces the threat of being sued by ne'er do well and has been sued by the McCann's, is the only one innocent in all this.
Follow the money.

Pantazi and Tzeriz do operate a Law firm in Athens, Greece. They were involved last year in the case of an American woman who was run over, raped and killed. https://www.xo.gr/profile/profile-911611816/en/
Whether they have been instructed to work for Helge Lars Busching, a Recycling worker is another story?

It's risible!
Busching now going to sue G Amaral for telling the truth.
How can he sue Dr Amaral for telling the truth and the truth Dr Amaral was telling - the Brueckner partners in crime are unreliable witnesses.
That aside, if there be any truth in this report, which I seriously doubt, Busching would be entitled to legal representation even if he is penniless.
Unless he's got £750,000 stashed away for a rainy day like 'you know who', he couldn't afford to sue anyone! As regards 'you know who' they failed miserably when trying to sue Dr Amaral for defamation and they had top libel lawyers representing their case, backed by a multimillionaire!
I only post-up these reports for posterity, this is after all a reference forum for now and the future. In years to come, CMOMM/MMRG will be a leading reference source for case study - it's important we get it right!
That's our vision and our legacy to Madeleine Beth McCann .

So he's now 'HGV driver Helge Busching'.
Instead of 'convicted people trafficker, Helge Bushing'
A bit of an improvement in the public image, isn't it?

Helge has improved a lot since beating up Beggars in Perrino, Italy over €20 using an Iron bar. Putting two people in the ER.

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
The only reason this Brueckner affair is kept top of the pile is to protect the McCann faction, damning the Portuguese police in the process.
It matters not where or whom, the intention prevails.
That veiled influence is not welcome here on CMOMM.

Until someone gets behind all of the blacking out on Helge B’s Statement, no- one will get to know…which is how they like it.
You can be sure OG will not be releasing it in unredacted English any time soon. If ever.

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
Well this is an eclectic angle never before been ventured by the illustrious media - folk law and woke law and joke law all presented in a neatly wrapped package. Thank goodness it's of short duration..
Is Madeleine McCann alive? These new clues might tell us
In 2007, Madeleine McCann went missing during a family vacation in Portugal. The McCann family has been waiting anxiously for her safe return ever since. Are they waiting for the impossible or could the missing three-year-old still be alive?
In 2020, German prosecutor Hans Christian Wolters declared McCann dead, only to almost immediately retract his statement. Wolters cited the lack of substantial evidence as a reason to hope for her safe return.
McCann is not the only child who has gone missing. She also wouldn’t be the first to be found alive after having been missing for many years. Is there any hope of finding McCann alive, or should authorities focus on just trying to find her body?
Missing in Portugal
On April 28th, 2007, the McCann family joined family friends for a vacation in Praia da Luz, Portugal. They rented apartments at Waterside Village, a hotel located near Mark Warner’s Ocean Club resort not too far from the Atlantic Ocean.
On May 3rd, Kate & Gerry joined friends for dinner at a nearby restaurant. They later realized their daughter Madeleine was no longer in the bedroom they’d left her sleeping in. After an initial search of the local area, Madeleine McCann is nowhere to be found.
Many people judged Kate & Gerry for their parenting choices on the night of her disappearance. However, what’s most important is justice for Madeleine and punishment for the actual perpetrator.
Mock trial
In June 2020, German national Christian Brückner was accused of abducting Madeleine McCann. Brückner lived close to the scene of the crime, had a history of sexual assault, and other criminal behaviors.
In fact, Brückner had recently served time for a sexual assault charge. He was found guilty after having attacked a seventy-two-year-old woman in the same hotel Madeleine went missing in.
Prosecutor Wolter recently revealed plans for a mock trial. Brückner has maintained his innocence. Yet, Wolter has maintained certainty of his guilt. The mock trial will test the strength of the case against Brückner as well as the evidence gathered by police. What does it mean for the trial if Madeleine McCann is found alive?
Missing & forgotten
‘Missing white woman syndrome’ refers to media obsession with missing-person cases when the victim is a white woman or young girl. Basically, it implies such cases are given a high-profile status more often than when they’re of missing men or women of color.
Madeleine McCann’s disappearance is tragic and made even more so by how young she was at the time. While a suspect is in custody, McCann is still missing and yet to be found even fourteen years later.
Meanwhile, not many people even recognize the name Ara Denise Johnson. In 1986, Johnson was five-years-old when she too was abducted from her bedroom. Johnson has never been found, which is a reminder of coverage of cases in the media. The media doesn’t cover the stories of missing children the same, even when they have a positive ending.
Finally found
In October 1988, two-year-old Mao Yin was abducted in central China and sold to a couple struggling to conceive. Li Jingzhi has been looking for her son for thirty-two years. On May 9th, 2021, mother & son were finally reunited.
It took a long time but Jingzhi finally got her son back in one piece – physically, at least. Their story could potentially give the McCann family reason to believe there is still hope in Madeleine finally being found.
Whether or not Madeleine is still alive matters less than the energy, attention, and money being put toward finding her. Hopefully, the public interest will one day apply the same way for missing children of color. Until then, let’s hope Madeleine’s story ends with her being found – safe & sound.

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
As I said quite recently, the German intervention in the name of Brueckner hit the headlines some 16 months ago but despite constant repetition of more of the same, nothing have developed - no progress.
The Bruckner story line attracted considerable attention from the McCann faction and still does. It's in their interest to promote a diversion from the compelling documented Portuguese investigation in order to protect the prime suspects in the disappearance of little Madeleine McCann.
The team, as always, are relentless in their cause - to protect the prime suspects at all costs. It is after all in their interest to infiltrate every platform that exists in support of justice in the name of Madeleine McCann.
There is only one truly committed platform, without an agenda and that is CMOMM - of that I'm in no doubt.
Looking back to June 2020 when the Brueckner story hit the headlines, although ostensibly first probed a few years prior, nothing has changed. The same reportage is churned out week after week but no further forward.
It's quite hilarious and quite revealing when looking back on the forum to the outbreak of the media frenzy..

Hello everyone, sorry for being away for this past week, personal problems but everything is okay now
Will resume translations as soon as possible, meanwhile just heard this on CMTV, not sure if it has been posted elsewhere or is something already divulged by the British media.

The only 'Newspaper" to touch it was the Daily Record ! !
24th October.

Their 'readers' are probably the only ones who might believe it.

If this is true then it seems in line with known procedure. But there are no such reports in the German press. Last reporting was on 14 Oct.
The investigative authorities in Germany must also research all exonerating facts ( Section 160 (2) StPO). When researching the incriminating and exonerating facts, you are bound by the free evidence procedure.
If there is sufficient suspicion according to Section 170 (1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure - after the accused had the opportunity to exercise their right to be heard at the latest before the investigation was concluded - an indictment is brought or the penalty order is applied for, and the criminal proceedings enter the interim proceedings with the respective party courta. If there is no sufficient suspicion, the prosecution will discontinue the proceedings in accordance with Section 170 (2) StPO and the accused will be informed, unless the accused has not been questioned beforehand. If an indictment is brought, the court then decides in the interim proceedings whether the suspected becomes the accused; According to Section 201 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the chairman of the court grants the accused the opportunity to raise objections to the opening of the main proceedings and to submit their own requests for evidence after a period to be determined. Many preliminary proceedings also end with a suspension of proceedings due to insignificance (§§ 153, 153a StPO).

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
Thank you Peter, when I saw the CMTV broadcast today in the afternoon I had no idea if it had been published or not previously in the British media and thank you as well for that information Silentscope. I'm going to translate that CMTV news segment and the commentaries made by Manuel Rodrigues and Rui Pereira, it resonates with what we think. Even though we can be dismissive of this alleged mock trial, if it is a known procedural tool to evaluate evidence before the prosecution charges or not a suspect, then there's a real possibility that this going to take place. I think it also shows, again, the frailty of the so-called evidence Hans C. Wolters claims to have against C.B. and like GA stated it's part of a stalling manoeuvre, perhaps also meant to influence the outcome of the ECHR decision. This strategy actually has similar parallels with GA's own decade ordeal in the courts: every time there was a hearing, we had an avalanche of fabricated O.G. news about new suspects that weren't, new leads that led nowhere, trips to the Algarve and the usually publicity stunts with plenty of photo ops. If this case hasn't turned you into a cynic by now, deeply distrustful of how this case is being handled by all the authorities involved, it certainly will at some point in the future.

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
Rua Segura (Crime show) segment with guest commentators former PJ inspector Manuel Rodrigues and the former Minister of Internal Affairs Rui Pereira.
Sara Carrilho (news presenter): This is the opening news from Rua Segura, the German authorities will hold a mock trial to test the case against Christian Brueckner. The objective is to test the evidence against the suspect of abducting and killing Madeleine McCann. The prosecutor states that he is certain that Brueckner is guilty.
Voice over male journalist (João Reis Alves): The (trial) session will happen behind closed doors, at one side there will be lawyers playing the role of Christian Brueckner's defence lawyers, on the other side lawyers for the prosecution. The decision to create a mock trial against the suspect of abducting Maddie McCann was taken following a meeting between German and Portuguese investigators. At this point in time the authorities guarantee that Brueckner is guilty.
"It is now possible that we could charge. We have that evidence now. But it’s not just about charging him, we want to charge him with the best body of evidence possible. We are 100% sure (that Brueckner is guilty) but we want to test the arguments." - Citing Wolters in the Mirror
While Brueckner remains in jail, the detectives are collecting as much evidence as possible against the suspect. They expect to take the German to court in the next year. Among the evidence against Christian Brueckner is an alleged confession made to a friend as well as an analysis done to the suspect's mobile phone that shows that he was in the same tourist resort where the McCann family were staying when Maddie disappeared.
Brueckner affirms that he was not involved in the abduction of the little English girl and states the police doesn't have evidence against him. The German man is also being investigated for other cases of rape in Praia da Luz, where he lived between 2002 and 2008.
Sara Carrilho: Manuel Rodrigues, this will be the last step before the indictment. The prosecutor affirms that he has so much evidence that he wants to test those that are the strongest to take him to court, but he also assumes that they don't have any scientific (physical) evidence, specifically in this case, they don't have DNA and Maddie's body has never been found. What is the added value of this simulated trial?
Manuel Rodrigues: I have no idea. If you want me to tell you - I understand, I understand the question - and this question comes up in many complex processes, the question of the evidence and which are the evidence that in a trial will be able to condemn the arguido (suspect, sic). This is an exercise that any police officer does when working in a major process, in a serious process, and therefore the police must work in concert with the Public Ministry precisely to see if it is feasible or not for that individual to be tried. This is part of the dynamics and the penal concept. If there is no point in bringing the individual to trial, because there is not enough evidence, there is no prosecution that can stand up to this (lack of evidence), you don't do it, you give up and you archive it. Here, it seems to me that the prosecutor wants to do a rehearsal.. Okay, we see rehearsals being done for big shows, we see rehearsals done for big theatre plays, and now we're going to see a rehearsal for a trial - it's an innovation, in terms of justice at least. As much as I try I can't take this seriously. That is, what I remain convinced of is that despite all the certainties, this individual has mountains of doubt about whether or not he can charge Brueckner with the murder and abduction, , or whatever it is that he wants to charge him with, of Maddie McCann.
Sara Carrilho: Professor Rui Pereira, if you quickly can comment on this case. Is it beneficial to have this mock trial, this staged trial as Manuel Rodrigues says? And then will they finally have an indictment against Christian Brueckner, even though there is no actual scientific evidence?
Rui Pereira: Two very quick notes Sara. The first one, the value for the process of this trial simulation is null. It has no value whatsoever. Second, nothing prohibits having a simulated trial of this nature. Incidentally, I would like to add a third observation, which is the following: law schools, judicial studies centres, and so on, practice mock trials very often. For example, in the law school in Lisbon, there is a hearing room for simulation trials - I myself have participated in some of them. Here, there can be a mock trial, to find out whether the accusation is consistent, whether it is worth pursuing further, but nothing can be extracted from this simulation for the process as a means of proof or anything else.

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
It has gone very quiet since the announcement of a real Preliminary hearing into Christian B. Even though he has STILL not been questioned about his alleged involvement.
Will any alleged Setup now come out?
Or will it be Unterdenteppichgekehrt (Swept under the carpet)?

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
I doesn't usually go on this long. As usual, it will probably just go quiet for a short spell before we are hit with the headlines "New lead in McCann case". The CB case will just go quietly into recycling and be regurgitated when the media think we have forgotten about it.
Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
H.Wolter : It is the State's case that CB abducted and then murdered MBM
Richter : Pray continue
H Wolters: Errm, err, well that's it, really. We think he did it.
Richter: Did What exactly ?
H.Wolters: Umm, well, err, we don't really know what, exactly. The girl is missing, and CB is not a nice person at all, so that should be enough surely. And he has long greasy hair.
Richter: Do you have any actual evidence, either of the Abduction , or of CB's involvement ?
H. Wolters: Well no, not really, but that shouldn't prevent justice from being done.
