Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
The flow of information available all traces backwards to the lips of Helge Busching.
Whether he was Rewarded or Paid to come up with the Rape Video story is the Question.
It was the BKA that asked the PJ for any information on any unsolved Crimes fitting Brückner's profile.
They appear to be doing the same around Europe.
It was the BKA that flew out to America to interview the Rape victim, Diana M, and take her Statement. Did the PJ test the Hair found on her bed? or did they like in Madeleine's case just hand the Hair over and hope the BKA would be truthful with the results? Brückner contested he has blonde hair, not red.
Did the PJ perhaps give the BKA a piece of Dummy Evidence to see what would happen? Does Amaral KNOW whose Hair was found in the Evidence locker? The PJ already know whose DNA is on the spare bed in 5A, which is why they refused to let it be re-tested. It would have given the BKA Jurisdiction over the case.
Amaral knows there was no Rape according to the illegible and not therefore translated PJ Medical report. I do hope his Book, out today - will reveal more.

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
Well well well! That's yet another mixed bag of random authoritative insistence @Silentscope.
Do you have inside information about this case within Portugal, the UK and Germany .... do tell!
Over the past months most of your information has come by way of the media, for the most part the German tabloid - 'Bild', Germany's equivalent to the UK's 'The Sun' which suggests to me you don't have inside information.
Who in their right mind would rely on tabloids for knowledge or a better understanding of anything.
That aside, a lot of your observations presented on this forum are factually incorrect. It doesn't take much effort to check facts by referencing official documentation before commenting on any particular point.

Please disprove away Verdi, I have no problem with any Official or real insider documentation you may have.
Any copies of German documents I have access to I have already passed on via PM to German speaking members.
They will know.

I do however have a problem with your performance on this forum, you still haven't grasped the mechanics even though I've tried over and over again to guide you. I advise, CMOMM is not a private members club it is not a secret service, it is an open forum where members share their comments, questions, observations etc by posting on the 'open forum'.
If your preference is a German speaking platform where you can privately share information with fellow German speakers then you are in the wrong place, I can only suggest you start-up your own forum/blog or join an existing German speaking platform - if you haven't already. As I'm sure I've said before - on more than one occasion.
CMOMM is a community with a shared goal, aside from the odd troublemakers which are dealt with accordingly as and when, that shared goal is justice in the name of Madeleine McCann. It is not a platform for you to share information with a select few in private - either you are on board or not.
If not, let me know and I will take the matter in hand.
On this point, I notice you continue to abuse the forum's private messaging facility, as I notice you wait for me to log-out before by-passing or replying to my posts.
Deceit is very ugly.
Please don't put me in this position - again!

You are out of order with the SS reference.
I would ask to to withdraw it.
And anyway you probably meant the Geheime Staats Polizei.
Private messaging may be used for private conversations. In any language.
I converse with Silentscope in English and in German, trying to work out what happened to Madeleine Beth McCann.
Which is, I believe, our joint and only concern here,

I didn't probably mean anything!
SS = Secret Service as in MI5 or the US Federal Agency. Nothing on CMOMM should be secret between members, nor do I see the need for private unless it's a matter of personal identity or a sensitive issue that should remain confidential. This is clearly not.
Any member playing one against another is unacceptable, let alone a comparatively new member.
My only concern here is maintaining the integrity of the forum. I have a job to do and I intend to do it offend or please.
I don't intend to discuss any particular member on the open forum.
Sincerely ....

We should not be offensive to each other, especially as we all have a common aim of seeing justice for MBM.
The secret intelligence services of course use the acronym SIS. In the context of this case, it is the UK MI5 who lead a failed military intelligence operation, as I have tried to explain in the past
,https://jillhavern.forumotion.net/t16554-a-uk-military-intelligence-operation
NB Your apology should be directed to Silentscope, as German people find nazi idioms particularly offensive and of course, the imagery from that era is banned over there.
Finally, I wish to state I find Silentscope's direct interpretation of the German media and his Germanic lens on the Bruckner case to be particularly useful.

[size=15]These are aspects that lead the former inspector to believe that Christian B. will be accused in the Maddie case. "I believe that the German prosecutor will indict this individual: if he accused him of such a rape process in which the individual was convicted when the evidence was denied to the German court [speaks of the medical examination carried out on the alleged rape victim in Portugal ]. Consciously or not, there is no German court that is aware of that examination carried out at the Hospital de Portimão," he says.[/size]"They're going to accuse the man without any evidence, but they're going to accuse him and bring him to trial"
In this sense, when asked whether he believes this case will be resolved, and when, Gonçalo Amaral responds that "in the words of the German attorney", the process will be resolved "in the near future".
"They're going to accuse the man without any evidence, but they're going to accuse him and bring him to trial. I just want to alert the prosecutor that there is a Portuguese process and that this one, as a living suspect, has a lawyer, contrary to the hypothesis of the dead suspects that happened during the first years. There is a great imbroglio here that has to be solved", he reiterates.
German suspected of killing Maddie investigated for rape, child abuse and sexual assault
See article
According to the former Maddie case coordinator, German authorities "have zero" evidence. "They should deliver a CD with the entire process to the media as we did", he suggests. "The information and evidence that are in the Portuguese process are very strong in the sense that a simulation of abduction took place. Until the reason for this simulation is clarified, nothing further is possible. Now if the prosecutor is quick to accuse , maybe because of his conviction to accuse this individual, just and only for that," he continues. "I imagine they will hardly find a hair of this Christian B. in the apartment where Madeleine disappeared, but I don't know anything anymore."
Throughout the entire process, Gonçalo Amaral never hid his belief that Maddie's parents are involved in the disappearance of the child who, at the time, was only 4 years old. " Don't think that the parents of the mysteriously disappeared child are apart from all of this. Don't believe what's out there, this is a strategy that was made known to you a long time ago and that only advances because they accepted that it would advance in this direction" , he says, still referring to the indictment of Christian B.
"At this moment, there is still a case in the European Court of Human Rights against the Portuguese state, brought by the parents of the missing child. And the result is about to come out, which is why it is said that there is an ongoing investigation and that he [Christian] will be charged."
For Gonçalo Amaral, it makes no sense for the German justice to say that there is nothing linking the child's parents to the disappearance because, according to him, the German police are not even investigating this hypothesis. "[The German prosecutor] is just building a monster and he's giving it all the blame. He's using a strategy that I've been told about 10 years ago."
During the last 14 years, a lot has been done and there has been a large British investment in terms of money and resources in an attempt to find Madeleine McCann — which leads many to question why there is so much interest in this particular child and not so many others. the years disappear under the same circumstances.
As for this situation, Gonçalo Amaral claims that he has no doubts that there is a British state plan in this case. "The visit to the judicial police in Portimão by the British ambassador in Lisbon, accompanied by an individual linked to MI5 who will also have an important position, also leads us to think about it. There was always too much interest on the part of the authorities and the British government in the case . And the interest continues and the expense continues," he says, recalling that even the press officer of the British prime minister came out in defense of the McCann couple in the days after the disappearance.
"Not getting into conspiracy theories, I've come to think that this was just a situation derived from the fact that they were all doctors and had screwed up in a third world country, as some say Portugal is. In other words, to clean up the bad image of the United Kingdom, but there are so many bad images of the United Kingdom that occur every year. There has to be something here and it is no accident that this something is consummated in several moments", he says, aiming to leave the audience to think.
In the opinion of the former inspector of the Judiciary Police, during this process, "no one was concerned with national sovereignty and justice". "The judiciary, right now, with this case, is on its knees. They're coming here for investigations because they want to prove that this [Christian] individual is very bad.”
For Gonçalo Amaral, the worst, and in fact inadmissible, was when the German prosecutor accused the Portuguese of having "careless" with the case because it was a British child, "because it was Portuguese, we had investigated better". "This requires the direction of the Judiciary Police to take a stand. Someone has to defend the Judiciary Police itself," he emphasizes.
"Maddie: Enough of Lies!" it is the second book by Gonçalo Amaral exclusively dedicated to the theme. Despite having faced an injunction filed by the McCann couple after the first work he wrote about the case - "Maddie - The Truth of the Lie" - the former inspector is not afraid that the same could happen and explains why. "I'm not afraid because what's here is an analysis by a police professional. Not even the names of the parents of the missing child are listed here, they are always treated as the parents of the missing child."
During the presentation of the book, Gonçalo Amaral said that the first is only focused on the first six months of the investigation, in which the Portuguese police were offended and called into question, unlike this second. "That book served to come to our defense and show what we did and the conclusions we reached. This one goes much further, it talks about the various possibilities: abduction thesis, the possibility that the child died hours or days before it was reported the disappearance, or in the event of voluntary disappearance of the child", he explains.
For Gonçalo Amaral, there is still a lot to discover and know about this case and about Madeleine McCann. According to the former inspector, the child's clinical history was never given to the Portuguese authorities, nor any data from the investigation of detectives hired by the parents.
"The mysteriously disappeared child deserves an objective and serious investigation", defends the author of the book.

Statement of Christian Brückner to the Rape charge.
The Suspect denies the charges. He did not climb into the Victim’s house, neither did he Steal from or Rape the Victim. He had at the time, as confirmed, a relationship with Xxx (Nicole F?) There was no Violence in the home, or abnormal sexual practices like S/M games.
He knows the Victim’s house, because he walked his Dog every day past it to the beach. He has never been in the house, and has never met to his knowledge the Victim. He cannot believe that the hair found on the bedsheet could belong to him, as he is dark blonde, and not red haired.
When this hair should be from him, it must have got there by some other means. He had often stroked and fed a trusting Cat nearby the house, perhaps the Cat brought the hair to the scene. It could also be possible that he unknowingly brushed against the Victim in a Bar, or Shop and that is how it got there.
The description given by the Victim does not fit, as he is 1.83M tall, slim, not strongly built, and has never weighed more than 75 Kg. He also has Blue eyes, and not dark eyes. His body and hair colour have never recently changed from the time of the alleged Offences, as shown in the Photos from the 03.01.2004.
He has already because of his long years in Portugal, and working for an English paper, as well as serving English people in Restaurants, having Portuguese and English girlfriends, spoken good English and Portuguese. He is also a strong Smoker. He assumes the real Suspect to have been an East European builder, of which there are many in the area.

Just an observation, He says the hair found on the bedsheet could not belong to him as it was red and he is dark blond.
He then goes on to say he stroked and fed the cat and the cat took the hair into the bedroom.
Then he say's he could have brushed against the victim in a bar or shop and that is how it got there.
He's denying it's a hair from his head and at the same time explaining how a hair from his head got into the bedroom!!

No wonder he lost the Case, and the Appeal, if he cannot produce better excuses as these! He could have of course dyed his hair to disguise himself, but that information is not available. According to Wolters in other interviews, it was the hair and DNA, and not the Video stories from the two Witnesses that secured Brückner’s Conviction.

Madeleine McCann’s parents break silence about prime suspect
By Aoibhin Bryant - 16/10/2021
Kate and Gerry McCann, the parents of missing toddler Madeleine McCann, have broken their silence and voiced their fears about prime suspect Christian Brueckner.
The 44-year-old convicted sex offender was arrested last year and named as the prime suspect into her disappearance.
He is being investigated over several other attacks, including on a 10-year-old girl, as well as the murder of a teenager in Belgium, German prosecutor Hans Christian Wolters said.
The attack on the 10-year-old girl happened just six miles from Praia da Luz where Madeleine had disappeared one month earlier.
He is currently being held in a high-security prison in Oldenburg, near Bremen in northern Germany.
Maddie’s parents have reportedly said that without a confession, they may never solve the mystery of what happened to their daughter.
A family source told The Sun that the McCanns felt ‘in the dark’, adding: ‘Police don’t tell us what’s going on, we’re in the dark because it’s an ongoing investigation.
‘But if it is him, and there’s no direct and conclusive evidence he may never say a word. He’s not saying a word now.’
The source continued on that although they take comfort that Brueckner was already in prison, there are doubts that the answers may never be found.
‘We don’t know what evidence police have,’ they said.
‘It may be, sadly, that we may never know what happened to Madeleine. But we hope to find out. We keep hoping after all these years.’
Meanwhile, Brueckner has allegedly bragged that police haven’t a ‘shred of evidence that he kidnapped Madeleine.
According to the source which also spoke to The Sun, the sex offender ‘remains insistent he has nothing to do with Maddie’s disappearance and believes police are simply courting publicity by continually linking him to the case’.

Just as I question the provenance of scanned/copied/pasted redacted documentation presented as evidence of Christian Brueckner's past criminal convictions by the Discovery+ documentary. Screenshots of which I posted-up in the past.

We should ALL be questioning why it is that these Documents were exclusively given to SPIEGEL, which is regarded as being more serious than the Bild. Normally they would not be handed to any Press.
Just as I question all the Documents produced by Sandra F on Sexta às 9. Showing the wounds of the Victim on National TV. How did she get access?
I doubt if any of us will get to see an unredacted, not blacked out copy of Helge B’s Statement to Operation Grange? Maybe even the Original in English?
Even Herr Fülscher cannot find out what he wrote there.

Podcaster predicted evidence against Madeleine McCann suspect months before his arrest
Presenter of True Crime and Cocktails, Lauren Elizabeth Ash predicted that the authorities would find evidence against German paedophile Christian Brueckner at his former allotment months ago
ByKirsty Card
13:14, 17 OCT 2021
A true crime podcaster predicted that the authorities would find evidence from a plot of land in Seelze, Hanover, months before Christian Brueckner was named a prime suspect.
The German paedophile, 43, who was identified as the main suspect in August, used a plot in the German town at the time of Madeleine McCann's disappearance in 2007.
Police officers in Germany have been pictured removing blue bags of evidence from the site on Wednesday as part of their investigations into the missing child's case.
However, any evidence that was found in the dungeon has not been revealed – but police removed two skips full of concrete blocks and a child's bucket.
Now, it has emerged that podcast presenter Lauren Elizabeth Ash of True Crime and Cocktails actually predicted that the authorities would find some evidence in that exact location months before he was named a prime suspect.
Taking to TikTok, Lauren claimed: "We covered the Madeleine McCann case with an episode that aired on March 30th of this year. Now, in this episode, my co-host is with the most is Christie Oxburgh, who is an amazing researcher.
"She told me all about Christian B, who is a suspect that I had never heard about. So if you were to listen to that episode, there is some pretty stunning information given what we know now in October 2021.
"Take a listen to this. Actually, the first couple of things. First of all, trigger warning. If you're not into this kind of thing, scroll away now. Number two Christian Brueckner is his name. German authorities give suspects anonymity.
"That's why they call them Christian B. He has done so many horrific things. He's currently in prison for assaulting a 72-year-old woman. They have found images of him with children, hundreds of images.
"So just keep all that in mind. He also has multiple locations. He was living in a camper van in the area that Madeleine McCann went missing at the time she went missing. His cell phone also pinged an hour before she went missing in the area of her hotel."
Lauren went on to claim that Brueckner has been left untouched since the child disappeared 13 years ago but has 17 previous child sex offences, lived off-grid at the site in Seelze, Hanover.
She also claimed that prosecutors probing Madeleine McCann’s disappearance are “100% convinced” that they have their man – but according to her, the podcast had predicted that months ago.
She claimed: "It wasn't until mid-August of this year that they did search that house in Germany. What did they find? A dungeon, they literally found a dungeon.
"So they finally searched it in August, and now in October, they're saying they're 100 per cent sure says to me, there's probably some un-reviewable evidence that they found in that dungeon. And all I'm saying is we told you this in March."

Scotland Yard detectives investigating the case of Madeleine McCann have appealed to the public for information on a new prime suspect, 13 years after her disappearance.
Investigators established that the latest male suspect lived on and off in the Algarve, Portugal, between 1995 and 2007 - in what they are calling a 'significant development'.
The German man, currently in a German prison for an unrelated offence, is connected to the area of Praia da Luz and surrounding regions, and spent some short spells in Germany, police said in a briefing today.
Detective Chief Inspector Mark Cranwell, who leads Operation Grange, told the press briefing: 'He is a German national, he's currently in a German prison for an unrelated matter. He's white, he's about six foot in height.
He's 43 now. At the time he was 30, but he could have looked aged somewhere between 25 and 32.
'There may be people in the past, who have been quite fearful of coming forward to the police, and my message is to anybody that has information.
'Did, did he speak to you in confidence, and tell you what happened that night? And that is my message and the message really is associated with fact he is currently in prison.
'And this might be a good time, this is a good time, to come forward and talk to, whether it's the UK police, whether it's the German police or the Portuguese police.'
The suspect, who is in prison in Germany for an unrelated matter, has been linked to an early 1980s camper van - with a white upper body and yellow skirting, registered in Portugal - which was pictured in the Algarve in 2007
It is believed that the suspect, a convicted paedophile, was living in the 1980s camper van at the time of Maddie's disappearance
Police released these pictures of the VW T3 Westfalia campervan, used in and around Praia da Luz, Portugal, by a new suspect
Police are appealing for anyone who may have seen a a distinctive VW T3 Westfalia camper van in or around Praia da Luz on 3 May, the night Madeleine went missing, the days before, or weeks following her disappearance.
It is an early 1980s model, with two tone markings, a white upper body and a yellow skirting, with a Portuguese registration plate.
The second vehicle is a 1993 British Jaguar, model XJR 6, with a German number plate and registered in Germany.
This car is believed to have been in the Praia da Luz and surrounding areas in 2006 and 2007 and was originally registered in the suspect's name, the Met said today.
He has also been linked to a 1993 Jaguar XJR6 with a German number plate seen in Praia da Luz and surrounding areas in 2006 and 2007
The Jaguar was originally registered in the suspect's name, but the day after Madeleine's disappearance it was re-registered to someone else in Germany. To re-register the car in Germany you don't have to have the car in the country or region
Both vehicles have been seized by German police, who say they are leading a murder investigation, although British police still insist it's a missing person inquiry
On 4 May 2007, the day after Madeleine's disappearance, the car was re-registered to someone else in Germany, detectives said.
To re-register the car in Germany you do not have to have the car in the country or region. Police believe the car was still in Portugal in the spring and summer of 2007.
The Met is asking for anyone who saw these cars together or individually at this time to come forward. Both these vehicles are now being held by the German authorities.
Mr Cranwell added: 'The [campervan] colour tone is quite distinctive is quite old and probably described as a bit beaten up but it was a white upper body, and a yellow sort of lower body.
'We know that that vehicle was in the area. Certainly the days leading up to it. And the week afterwards, I'm really interested if anybody can place that vehicle in certain areas or anywhere around Praia da Luz or surrounding areas. And did they see a German male, with that vehicle, was there anything suspicious about that?
'What we do now is that at various times he used the vehicle to live in, and certainly the week preceding he was in there, living. So he would he would move around the area using that van as probably his base.'
He added: 'It's a distinctive vehicle and i'm hoping that somebody will recognise it, even put a date to it, particularly campervan enthusiasts or anybody who just remembers the colour tone.'
German police are now in possession of the van, Mr Cranwell was unwilling to reveal whether the van had provided any forensic evidence.
Detective Mr Cranwell, said: 'It's more than 13 years since Madeleine went missing and none of us can imagine what it must be like for her family, not knowing what happened or where she is.
'Following the ten- year anniversary, the Met received information about a German man who was known to have been in and around Praia da Luz.
'We have been working with colleagues in Germany and Portugal and this man is a suspect in Madeleine's disappearance.
'The Met conducted a number of enquiries and in November 2017 engaged with the BKA who agreed to work with the Met.
'Since then a huge amount of work has taken place by both the Met, the BKA and the Polícia Judiciária.
'While this male is a suspect we retain an open mind as to his involvement and this remains a missing person inquiry.
'Our job as detectives is to follow the evidence, maintain an open mind and establish what happened on that day in May 2007.
'Please contact us without delay so we can get answers for Madeleine's family.'
Deputy Assistant Commissioner Stuart Cundy said: 'Madeleine's disappearance has attracted huge international interest. We are appealing for the public to help us establish what happened.
'It is a complex investigation bringing challenges in different legal systems.
'We are committed to do everything we can to establish what happened and to find Madeleine.'

Silentscope, I'm very interested in knowing details of what is being said and what already has been said in the German media, namely on Spiegel and Bild, information that you find interesting, that seems more valid than the one that appears in the British media. For example, I remember a police officer from BKA who went to German Crime show, similar to Crimewatch, Aktenzeichen XY, it was the first televised appeal if not mistaken. Besides HCW who's very mediatic and seems to love the limelight, quite uncharacteristically for a German prosecutor, did anyone else from BKA appeared in the German media talking about the investigation? Could you possibly, if it's not too much to ask, translate that? I wish I knew German. danke schön

CM-TV that you have posted has showed some pages of the German process on TV, but what they have is unfortunately neither really incriminating or interesting for discussion.
Aktenzeichen XY ungelöst was some time ago, by the time the PJ and BKA have their meeting on Monday or Tuesday, it may become irrelevant? Are you sure you do not mean Andy Redwood?

Guten morgen, Thank you for the quick reply Silentscope :) That's a pity regarding CMTV show, the Aktenzeichen XY ungelöst that I was thinking about had someone from the BKA, I could be mistaken though. It's the guy in the glasses on the left. (see picture) I'm just wondering why is that we don't see the officers connected to the German investigation in the media, it would be interesting to see what they say. Edited to add :Obviously I understand that too would be uncharacteristic for the German police to speak of an ongoing and highly profiled case to the media, I wonder if they, BKA officers, see their investigation reflected in the words of the talkative prosecutor?

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
This shows the brilliance of Operation Grange. In 2013 they and the BBC spent £2 million or more on beaming a Crime Watch programme seen by 7.1 million. The focus was a bogus sighting of Madeleine being carried towards the beach, probably dead, allegedly by Gerry McCann.
On Thursday 3 May 2007.
Now we have had 3 years of Grange and a top German police officer making a mountain out of a molehill out of Brueckner's phone call.
On Thursday 3 May 2007.
What has that to do with the price of fish? - if, as the evidence suggests, she was already dead before Monday 30 April 2007?

They were photographed and the photo handed to a press agency, who released it on 8 May, as the search for Madeleine continued. The McCanns held up these same pyjamas at two press conferences on 5 & 7June 2007. How could Madeleine have been abducted?"

If one views the whole Chain reaction back to source, and see who 'developed' the Information, and then passed it on to the BKA it all becomes clear.
The British Public are well versed with German traditions of timekeeping, accuracy and hard work.
They would trust the BKA as much as a BMW would they not?
Or at least someone hoped that they would..?

even the Daily Mail knew the VW was on Portuguese plates.
Jon Clarke-Kent supersleuth spent ages following up a VW on Berlin plates.
And STILL won't let it go.

Hans Wolters is the 'Pressesprecher' or Press speaker for the BKA in Braunschweig, so he is the 'Official voice' of the Investigation.
He is aware of the Press printing whatever they like about him.
The other people in the 'Ermittlungsteam' the Investigators are not Publically known.
