Will you be asking Kate those 48 questions again? Not, heaven forbid, as a suspect, but just so she can help you decide which naughty (and probably dead) man you can pin this on.

Seeing as we were just talking about this, I would ask Mr Redwood, if he has asked why Yvonne Martin was told a couple had taken Madeleine and how did she/they know this if they weren't there at that moment.  Yvonne Martin mentions this in each of her witness statements. (3 statements IIRC)

Yvonne Martin
States that in the discourse of her contact with Madeleine’s parents, which she describes with detail in her previous declarations, Kate told her the child had been taken by a couple. She did not have the opportunity to probe this question nor any other.

Will you be questioning Everest double glazing magnate Brian Kennedy to ascertain what connection he really has to the McCann family and also to establish why he was interfering with the police investigation by interviewing witnesses including Robert Murat who was an arguido at the time?

Have you investigated why CEOP gave a "confidential" manual to Gerry McCann, after which he purported that Sean McCann had taken a liking to seabass?  Who on earth gives an 18 month old child seabass FFS!!!!

I eat out quite regularly but I wouldn't go to the expense of ordering seabass, you get very little for the high cost, I can't imagine it's any different in Portugal, especially feeding it to an 18 month old child, they wouldn't know the difference between seabass or fish fingers made with coley.  They would probably prefer chicken nuggets anyway.  big grin

I would REALLY like to hear from Redwood at some stage about all these anomolies not afforded to anyone else on this Planet who had a child mysteriously disappear, but I expect I'll be holding my breath for a long time, a bit like losing the will to live with this SY review going on and on and on and on and on ......................

ETA: I brought the subject up of seabass again as I went out for a meal with a friend last night and noticed how expensive it was on the menu.  Other friends have had it in the past but the quantity you get is so small it really isn't worth the money you pay for it (in the UK anyway), so I would be interested to hear from any forum members who live in Portugal as to what the price of seabass is there and would you give it to an 18 month old child who wouldn't know the difference between coley and seabass???

Gerry does love to tell us about what the twins eat (there are many references and the usual exclamation marks. If you think a two year old developing a taste for sea bass is strange, this snippet tops it.

Snipped from Gerry's blogs - 26th May 2007

Some of you may have noticed that Sean and Amelie did manage to squeeze in a hair cut!

I'm unable to edit all the codes from my cut and pastes because it looks ok when I go back into the original screen.

Sean was actually 27 months old then - I'm sure the extra 9 months is enough to acquire a taste for exotic foods!

NFWTD - would it be possible for you to edit out the weird codes in my last post. I don't know why but I can't edit it as the codes don't show up until I post.

Yes, very expensive foods for a 27 month old child, perhaps that's why his parents couldn't afford a babysitter, too much seabass being fed to Sean to disguise the "cadavar" smell perhaps.

Aquila, it would be good to edit other people's posts at times (you know what I'm like with dreadful spelling and punctuation) but thankfully I can't!

You'll need to ask Candyfloss or Admin.

I don't know if this is a problem with forumotion but it's only happened in the last couple of days with cut and paste. I did post something the other day that looked full of codes on the screen and then someone replied and there were none so I thought that person could have taken the post and edited it. Sorry.

Sometimes the way he posts it feels like he has his perfect family now.  He is obviously very proud of the twins and can give intricate detail of their development and achievements.

I know they have told how Maddie was a bright, lovely child but it is very general.  I don't feel he gives the same amount of detail about Maddie and her development as a child.

They seem to be cavalier about anything regarding their 3 year old, nearly 4 year old, daughter and their two twin toddlers, God only knows how they passed their 5 year exams to get into the medical profession, I wonder if Kate MCann's former patients are wondering whether she's given the right diagnosis to any of her patients who have visited her in the past.  What a bl**dy mess they've got themselves into, but no doubt the British government will sort it all out for them at the taxpayer's expense.

ETA: The MCanns I meant, not the patients. sad

Have you questioned the Catholic priest who said the McCanns had ruined his life and do you know why he said that?

Do you feel the refusal by the group to a reconstruction or the McCanns refusal to have the twins hair tested for traces of drugs was a red flag that needs further investigation?

Do you trust the UK's cadaver dog's findings?

Have you quizzed the McCanns on their excessive mileage whilst in Portugal?

Do you think Kate stating ' I was there, I know what happened' and  the deleating of 'phone messages worthy of suspicion and further investigation?

If there was an abductor why would he have closed gates, door behind him when leaving a sceen of crime ?
If one of the couples were being sympathetic and offered to give or LOAN some Sleeping medicine for maddy, they may have even suggested a dose to parents and it went badly wrong with some kind of allergic reaction even, that couple would be devasted to and want that type of accident covered up as much as parents if that happened as all Drs. IMO this is more likely and the shock/panic of such a situation would be why such haphazard tales, changes to stories were made.spin and made up as went along then changed when they even. realised what they were saying not credible imo

If you and your team were investigating the abduction of a toddler in the UK and you specifically requested that her parents do not publicise a prominent, undisguisable, feature of the child's appearance (for fear it would alarm the person who abducted her and put the child in mortal danger), but the child's parents not only ignored your advice, but also deliberately instigated a global publicity campaign to highlight that very feature  -  would you question their agenda? If several years later the child's parents appeared on a TV chat show and, against a mountain of well documented evidence to the contrary, dishonestly claimed not to have made much of the child's prominent feature  -  would that raise a red flag in your mind?

The end report of The Republic’s Prosecutor (José de Magalhães e Menezes) and The Joint General Prosecutor (João Melchior Gomes) has the following passage:

We believe that the main damage was caused to the McCann arguidos, who lost the possibility to prove what they have protested since they were constituted arguidos: their innocence towards the fateful event; the investigation was also disturbed, because said facts remain unclarified.

Since you now state that the parents (and friends) are not suspects or persons of interest, can you tell us what new evidence / information you have gathered that proves the parents are not involved in Madeleine's disappearance?
