Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
Let us not forget that Kate forgave whoever did whatever
As someone on another medium has just said
"It is very easy to forgive someone who doesn't exist for a crime which never happened"
and mentioned Christian views on the molestation of children, which I will uncharacteristically expand here. (KJV)
Matthew 18:6
"and said, Verily I say unto you . . .
"6 But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.
Luke 17:2
"The He said unto His disciples . . .
2 It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.
*
But Kate in her infinite mercy forgives before knowing what, when, how, where, why or who has done, or is continuing to do whatever she imagines

It is now more than a week since the announcement that Brückner was to have his thigh 'examined' for a cross shaped scar.
How long does it take a man to drop his trousers and for a medically qualified person to view his thighs ?

A trouser-dropping farce is normally a British thing. Can it get any more ridiculous?

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
When I was big and brave enough to travel to school by train, every day as sure as eggs is eggs, a train slowly passing through the station would exhibit a man in dirty raincoat dangling his todger out the window. If for some reason the train stopped, he would step back into the shadows until again upwardly mobile.
I think that was my first step of awakening to the horrors of public transport - I've never been the same since.
Dirty bugger!
Tattoo? Scar? Birthmark? Wouldn't know - the scope of vision never went beyond ....

And the German Tabloid BILD, roughly equivalent in journalistic terms to the SUN published this revealing photo montage
a few days ago. (8th June 2022)
= A Scar decides his Fate
That is one HELL of a scar. Even a full hip replacement leaves nothing like that.
Also notable is that they have given his full name Brückner, which we have always been told was against German law.
Mercifully they have spelled it correctly, or as Jon Clarke insists – INCORRECTLY – since he clearly does not understand the 'umlaut" and is secure in his own ill-informed belief that the correct spelling is Brueckner
Which it isn't.
And here it is, in millions of copies round the world trumpeting his ignorance and accusing everyone else of lying.
"In the economic report, he spells his name incorrectly as ‘Bruckner’ and lists his job as ‘a car salesman in Germany’. More lies."
Clarke, Jon. MY SEARCH FOR MADELEINE: One Reporter’s 14-Year Hunt To Solve Europe’s Most Harrowing Crime (p. 221). OP Books. Kindle Edition.
Keep digging that trench. It is still not deep enough.

I saw that Bilge report when first published, it was quoted as the 'source' of information for the British tabloid blitz of scarmongering.
Indeed, Bilge has been quoted here on CMOMM as a reliable 'official' source of Germanity in all it's forms, favoured over and above the true official sources of information.
It amazes me how folk still read and believe reports from the Daily Comics.
Still no matter, as long as Germanman is kept in focus and the true prime suspects are allowed to quietly disappear into oblivion.
And that is what is happening - mission accomplished ....

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
EXTRADITION proceedings are being launched to bring five new charges against Madeleine McCann suspect Christian Brueckner.
A German prosecutor confirmed this week that he is sending paperwork to officially extradite Brueckner from Italy, where he was last a free man, despite him actually being in a German jail.
Describing it as ‘a formality’, he told the Olive Press, that it would mean the German paedophile being charged with five new offences ‘within weeks’.
The crimes – three rapes and two child sex assaults – are expected to come to court in the early autumn.
“It’s only a formality and I hope it’s not a problem,” said Hans Christian Wolters, the chief prosecutor, in Braunschweig, where the Madeleine McCann case is being handled.
“I hope it will only be some weeks or a month,” he added. “I hope this year we will charge and prosecute him for these crimes. In total, three rapes and two child sex offences.”
A prosecution against Brueckner, 45, in the case of abducted Madeleine, who vanished in Portugal, in May, 2007, will follow immediately after.
Wolters revealed he was now seeking to prosecute Brueckner for two rapes in addition to the sadistic attack on an Irish woman, Hazel Behan, in Portugal, in 2004.
Both attacks – one on a teenager and the other on an elderly lady – took place around the same time on the Algarve.
While the victims have not yet been revealed, the evidence comes from two videos Brueckner allegedly made of the attacks, witnessed by his former friends Manfred Seyferth and Helge Busching.
“We hope the evidence of Helge and Manfred will be enough, although the charges would be easier if we had those videos,” said Wolters this week.
Brueckner is currently serving a seven-year prison sentence for the rape of a 72-year-old American woman, Diana Menkes, in Praia da Luz, in 2005.
The convicted rapist filmed the long ordeal, in which he beat his victim before assaulting her, as he allegedly did during the rape of Behan, who was 20 at the time.
As well as the evidence of his former friends, one of his hairs was found at the scene of the crime.
Brueckner – who has a number of convictions for child sex assaults going back to his teens – was living less than a mile from the holiday home, where Madeleine went missing in Praia da Luz, at the time.
German prosecutors hope to convict him in another case, in which a young German girl, 10, was sexually assaulted on nearby Zalema beach, less than a month before Maddie was abducted.
He is also accused of exposing himself to a group of children at a late night event, in Sao Bartolomeu de Messines, in 2017.
“We are extraditing him over the Joana.E case, as well as three children he sexually assaulted at a snail festival in Portugal in 2017,” continued Wolters.
He explained they needed to officially extradite Brueckner from Italy as he had last been arrested there in 2018, when he was accidentally freed from a German prison and fled there, via Holland among other countries.
He had been picked up by police in Milan in September 2018, after applying to the consulate there for a new passport.
At the time he was extradited to complete a prison sentence for drug smuggling, as well as face charges in the rape trial of Diana Menkes.
As the five charges this month are all new, the Germans need to put through another official application.
“We can’t charge him until we get the answer from Italy,” explained Wolters. “Italy was interested in extraditing him the last time, so we don’t expect it to be long.”
The move comes after a series of files of evidence in all five cases was officially sent to Brueckner’s lawyer Friedrich Fulscher, in Kiel, last month.
As is the legal process in Germany a suspect’s lawyer must be given up to three weeks to study the evidence, before he is officially charged.
Fulscher has now played the legal process card, which means the German prosecution must undertake the necessary step of officially extraditing him from Italy.
Fulscher has already attempted to pour cold water over the evidence in the Behan rape claiming on national German TV that the victim had wrongly placed a cross tattoo on one of his thighs
This is firmly denied by Behan’s lawyer, who has sent a legal letter demanding that Fulscher also desists from contacting his client directly, as he did by email in August 2020.

Clarke’s fingerprints are all over the ‘Brückner setup’.
Of course they are, he claims the following:
He sought out Brueckners old associates who, until then had not come forward.
He Visited the investigator in Germany.
He accessed Brueckners properties and his motor vehicles.
He allegedly found scissors in one of Brueckners' vehicles and suggested that Madeleines' DNA may be on it.
He tried (unsuccessfully) to produce this scissors to the German investigators as evidence

He aught to be more respectful of the Portuguese police methods.
If, and it is a big if, he has evidence Brueckner murdered Madeleine, crack on with charging him.
It's not the Portuguese who are dragging it out, he supposedly has the word of Brueckners ne'er do well friends and very little else.
British police are faster he say's, well they would be wouldn't they, they want Brueckner to be charged and found guilty.
Don't know what it's got to do with the French police though.
Herr Wolters likes to hear the sound of his own voice, and see his face all over the place.

German Maddie McCann prosecutor says Portuguese police 'still think her parents are responsible' as he slams the 'cumbersome' working relationship with them
Hans Christian Wolters said working with Portuguese police is 'cumbersome'

A German prosecutor has claimed that Portuguese police still think Madeleine McCann's parents are responsible for her disappearance and has criticised working with them.
Hans Christian Wolters said the working relationship with the Portuguese authorities is 'cumbersome' and that they have different ideas of what happened to the toddler who went missing in 2007, as reported by the Daily Telegraph.
Mr Wolters previously said the authorities have 'evidence' that the three-year-old was killed after she was snatched from Praia da Luz on May 3 and Christian Brueckner is currently the only suspect.
Brueckner - a convicted paedophile - is currently serving time at a prison in Kiel, northern Germany, for a drug offence and has been moved into isolation for his own safety.
Claus Christian Claussen, the justice minister of the northern state of Schleswig-Holstein, told a parliamentary hearing yesterday that is was to prevent 'assaults by fellow prisoners'.
He added that Brueckner is being 'monitored closely' and is receiving counselling, as reported by The Times.
Portuguese detectives who probed the disappearance of Madeleine McCann have been left facing tough questions after it emerged they identified the German paedophile who is now the chief suspect in 2007 - but 'discarded' him.
Mr Wolters, the state prosecutor in Braunschweig said: 'Working together with authorities in south European countries is generally more time-consuming.
'They take a long time for everything and the French or British police are faster.
'We do stay in contact with the colleagues in Portugal, but everything is more cumbersome.
'I think the Portuguese officials still think that Maddie's parents are responsible for her disappearance.'
It comes amid claims Brueckner attacked his British ex-girlfriend in a jealous rage, then hid waiting for her under the bed.
He viciously assaulted the woman, who does not want to be named, after she hugged another man, by slamming her head against the wall of a ladies toilet at a bar in the Algarve.
Brueckner then broke into her flat and hid under the bed, waiting for her to return, but when she got back he calmly left, saying 'goodbye' on his way out, as reported by the Daily Mirror.
The couple ended their relationship in mid-2005, and he then embarked on a stalking campaign against her, but was never charged, despite Portuguese police being called out twice to deal with him.
She has now revealed the convicted paedophile could be responsible for killing Madeleine.
In another development Tiziano Ilg, who previously hired the German to work at his restaurant, has claimed 'we all know' what happened to the child.
Brueckner was hired just weeks after Madeleine's disappearance at the eatery in Floral, as reported by The Sun.
Responding to an online news article about her disappearance on his Facebook profile he cryptically said: 'It's time to stop looking and stop imagining. We all know.'

Maddie suspect spent long periods on the Costas
A DANGEROUS paedophile, who may be linked to the disapparance of three-year-old Maddie McCann, spent years drifting up and down the Algarve and southern Spain.
Raymond Hewlett, who has six children, mostly stayed at campsites on the Costa del Sol and Costa de la Luz, it is understood.
But it is his whereabouts and knowledge of the Praia da Luz complex in Portugal, where Maddie went missing on May 3, 2007, that has led to him being investigated over her disappearance.
Hewlett, who has a track record of sex offences against girls, has revealed that he knew the layout of the Ocean Club holiday complex well.
He also admitted that he had parked his van – a blue dodge - outside Maddie’s apartment ‘many times’ and was staying less than an hour from the resort on the day she disappeared.
Hewlett - who left Portugal for Spain, and then Morocco, “in a hurry” after the disappearance - has a striking likeness to a man seen walking away from the complex with a young girl under his arm on the night (see pix above).
He was spotted by Gerry and Kate McCann’s friend Jane Tanner leading to a photofit drawing being released to the press.
Now the McCanns’ investigation team wants to interview the 64-year-old in the hope he can shed some light on the disappearance.
It has emerged that Hewlett was based in Tavira, on the Spanish border, and then in Spain for much of last year.
A former soldier who lived with Hewlett on a campsite in Morocco from May to August 2007 told the Sunday Mirror he admitted parking a van close to the McCann’s complex on several occasions.
Peter Verran, 46, said: “He brought Madeleine up straight away. He went on and on about the McCanns. He said his three-year-old daughter looked like her.
“He was worried that because there had been reports that Madeleine may have been spirited away to Morocco, people might think his child was her.
MADDY: How she might look nowThen he suddenly said, “Madeleine’s not in Morocco”.
“I asked him what he meant and he said he knew Praia Da Luz really well.
He knew the Ocean Club complex where the McCanns had been staying. He said he’d been there many times and had often parked his van close to the apartment.
“He said he knew the layout of the place, the flat and the restaurant where the McCanns and their friends had been eating when Maddie disappeared.
“He had a lot of detail. He said there was no way that the child could be taken without the parents seeing. He said they were lying.”
Hewlett had been apparently been ‘lying low’ at the campsite in Chefchaouen, in the Rif mountain.
According to Verran, in that time he only saw Hewlett leave the campsite once or twice. “He was never short of money though. I don’t know where he got his money from. He said he’d made cash from car boot sales.”
Hewlett told another couple that he was approached by some ‘Gypsy tourists’ in Portugal offering to buy his daughter just before Madeleine went missing.
They also recalled him mentioning a ‘business’ trip to Morocco, where there were several alleged sightings of Maddy after she went missing. UK-born Hewlett, a former soldier who previously lived in Blackpool, is being treated for throat cancer in hospital in Aachen.
He was jailed several times for sexually assaulting young girls and was once on Crimestoppers list of Most Wanted paedophiles.
Described by a judge as “extremely dangerous” he is now wanted for questioning by British detectives in connection with a separate indecent assault.
The McCanns hope that once officers from West Yorkshire Police have questioned Hewlett, who are currently in Germany their own investigators will speak to him.

Clarke was hell bent on putting Hewlett in the frame some years ago.

Hewlett, who is currently living in Germany, last night denied he was involved in the mystery. He said: “I have nothing to hide. I am willing to talk. I thought the Portuguese police closed this case long ago.”“I have nothing to hide. I am willing to talk. I thought the Portuguese police closed this case long ago”

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
Another step has been completed in the investigations into those suspected in the Maddie case. The accused had been subjected to identification treatment, said Hans Christian Wolters from the Braunschweig public prosecutor's office on Friday of the German Press Agency. Such a measure essentially takes photos and records possible special features such as scars, tattoos or birthmarks, explained the spokesman for the law enforcement agency.
A few weeks ago, "Bild" reported on the 45-year-old's approval of a corresponding investigation. The photos and information obtained should be compared, among other things, with descriptions of the perpetrators by witnesses, as prosecutor Wolters said. The focus is not only on the German in the case of the British girl Madeleine McCann, who disappeared in Portugal in 2007. Christian B. is also being investigated for other sexual offenses, including two cases of abuse and three allegations of rape.
The 45-year-old is currently serving a several-year prison sentence in Oldenburg for the rape of an American woman in Praia da Luz, Portugal, in 2005, where around a year and a half later the then three-year-old Maddie disappeared from an apartment complex. With a view to the alleged sexual offenses, there is still a period during which the defense attorney can comment on the allegations, as prosecutor Wolters said. This may be followed by follow-up investigations before a decision can be made on an indictment.
The suspect's defense attorney, Friedrich Fülscher, told the dpa that he did not yet have the result of the identification service. Therefore, he could not comment on the investigative measure. Overall, there is still no statement from the defense on the various allegations against Christian B.

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
And as we know :–
There are NO descriptions of the perpetrator in the Madeleine disappearance,
The detailed description of the a ross shaped scar on the perpetrator's thigh in another case rules Brückner OUT, as he does not have one

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
The report is lifted and copied over from the websleuths forum.
It's hard to believe over two years they are still deliberating trash reported by the gutter press, with not one official source to make it all worthwhile.
Still, just as long as it detracts from the true facts and evidence - who cares!?!
What a total waste of valuable time, it's no wonder the case has stagnated but of course, that's the intention isn't it.
Keep Germanman on top and the truth fades into oblivion ain't that a fact.
