CLOSING IN Paraguay cops smash global paedophile gang ‘with links to Madeleine McCann suspect’ as German police notified
Imogen Braddick
19 May 2021, 23:50Updated: 19 May 2021, 23:51
COPS in Paraguay have reportedly smashed a global paedophile gang with links to the prime suspect in the Madeleine McCann case.
Detectives have destroyed the sick network for sharing child sex abuse images and made a number of arrests - and they think the top figure in the gang was in contact with suspect Christian B.
The 44-year-old German, who is a convicted rapist and paedophile, has been identified by police as the prime suspect responsible for the abduction of Madeleine.
A special force chief in the South American country has now revealed how they think their investigation could help solve the Madeleine case.
Commissioner Nimio Cardozo, of the Paraguay police anti-kidnap section, told the Mirror: "There are elements, we believe, whereby our security agencies could contribute to clarifying the Madeleine case.
"We are continuing work on trying to help resolve it.
"For us the case is emblematic, as the world’s police and security services have not been able to provide this missing little girl’s parents with the answers they want."
He said his team has handed its findings to prosecutors in Christian B's native Germany.
The Paraguayan cops reportedly arrested the senior gang member, German national Christian Kruse, 58, at his riverbank hideaway in Belen on April 12.
He was charged with child abuse offences and is now in custody awaiting trial.
"This was one of the world’s biggest operations against paedophilia," Cardozo said.
"In Belen we arrested one of the most prolific administrators of paedophile websites.
"He was wanted by several European countries, as well as the United States.
"We made our arrest at night and in Germany several suspects were detained."
He added: "Forensic analysis of computers in Paraguay and Germany led to the identification of more than 5,000 connected IP addresses that were exchanging paedophile videos and photos.
"We haven’t ruled out the possibility that among all that big data there could be important information for the Madeleine case."
On Monday, cops working on the Madeleine case said new key evidence was revealed to be the suspect's phone records, which may show his movements in Portugal.
"For a long time German officers have said many key pieces of the jigsaw were missing about Christian B's movements in the Algarve," a source said.
"This new information may help provide one of those pieces."
German police believe Madeleine was killed in Portugal and not taken to Germany by Christian B, it emerged on Monday.
There were fears he had allegedly moved the toddler to his home country after taking her from Praia da Luz.
Christian B’s lawyer Friedrich Fulscher had said his client “denies any involvement” in the McCann case.
Detectives from Germany, Portugal and the UK probing Christian B are due to meet within weeks to discuss the case.
German police searched Christian B's former home in Hanover last July, but Mr Wolters said he wasn't living at the home at the time Madeleine disappeared.
Christian B was identified as the prime suspect in Madeleine's disappearance last June.
He is serving a seven-year sentence in prison for raping a 72-year-old American woman in the Algarve in 2005.
It comes as Madeleine's parents Gerry, 52, and Kate, 53, said they would "never give up" hope of finding their daughter.
The couple paid tribute to their daughter on what would have been her 18th birthday.
They wrote: "Happy 18th birthday Madeleine. We love you and we’re waiting for you and we’re never going to give up."

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think it's ever been established as FACT that Christian Brueckner sexually abuses children, nor abducts children, nor murders children.
He has reportedly been jailed for stealing fuel, a minor offence some might say - not worthy of a prison sentence, and raping an elderly woman.
The latest tabloid blitz cites the former Brueckner acquaintance, Manfred Seyferth, from the Discovery+ documentary. According to Seyferth, it was he and an unnamed acquaintance who found the alleged devices containing images of sexual abuse blah blah blah. If I remember rightly he also said they didn't hand the incriminating evidence over to the police.
Go figure!
Again if I remember rightly, the same documentary did show a scanned document in an attempt to prove a past Brueckner conviction, by Sandra Felgueiras? I wouldn't trust Seyferth further than I could poke him, nor would I trust Felgueiras to detach herself from media sensationalism.
This is all covered elsewhere on CMOMM, with the exception of the scanned document which I will check-out later.
For the past year, the media has been churning out up-dates of the Brueckner affair, gathering debris en-route. I can't see any evidence to support any of the news reports, nor do I see any evidence of a link between Brueckner and Paraguay - or more importantly, a link between Brueckner and the disappearance of Madeleine McCann.
I don't think the German, Portuguese and British forces are working on the same jigsaw puzzle.
Whatever, it's all nonsense. Keeping an open mind is commendable but theorising and/or speculating on hearsay leads nowhere.

Document featured on Discovery+ documentary, this was shown at the beginning of the first episode, so Felgueiras is exonerated - at the moment! The first screenshot is narrated as theft at the age of fifteen and the second a charge of sexual misconduct at a later age, eighteen I think.

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
For which the only evidence is from Kate's book.
And in the book is no detail, no reference to the Police files which might enable anyone else to cross check it
no detail of whether it was in Portuguese or English
and no details of the exact words used - which since KM purported to be quoting from the file would have been not only easy to to, but would have carried far more weight and "SHOCK HORROR" factor.
"It wasn’t until a year later, when I was combing through the Portuguese police files, that I discovered that the note requesting our block booking was written in a staff message book, which sat on a desk at the pool reception for most of the day. This book was by definition accessible to all staff and, albeit unintentionally, probably to guests and visitors, too. To my horror, I saw that, no doubt in all innocence and simply to explain why she was bending the rules a bit, the receptionist had added the reason for our request: we wanted to eat close to our apartments as we were leaving our young children alone there and checking on them intermittently."
Too much detail, but not enough credible or checkable facts.
Situation Normal in fact.

The P.J. must be able to confirm the existence of such evidence.
But no one can find it in their records so far.
Except Kate.

Kate McCann was alarmed by hotel staff's note before Madeleine's disappearance
Maddy's mum Kate was shocked when she spotted the note a year after her daughter's disappearance when she was finally allowed to see the Portugal police's files
ByKelly-Ann MillsReporter

Madeleine McCann's mum has opened up in a 2011 book up about her "horror" at discovering a note hotel staff wrote in the hours before her daughter's disappearance in Portugal back in 2007.
In her book, ‘Madeleine: Our daughter’s disappearance and the continuing search for her’, Kate wrote about the moment she spotted what was written .
Along with husband Gerry they had been granted permission to view police files following Maddie's disappearance in May 2007, Birmingham Live reports.
The couple has been staying with their three children and friends at the The Ocean Club apartments in Praia da Luz.
Kate previously wrote: “It wasn’t until a year later, when I was combing through Portuguese police files, that I discovered the note.
“The note requesting to get a block booking was written in a staff message book, which sat on a desk at the pool reception for most of the day.
It felt so safe...
“This book was, by definition, accessible to all staff and, albeit unintentionally, probably to guests and visitors, too.
“To my horror, I saw that no doubt in all innocence and simply to explain why she was bending the rules a bit, the receptionist had added the reason for our request: we wanted to eat close to our apartments as we were leaving our young children alone there and checking on them intermittently."
Kate added that she "we now bitterly regret" this decision, and "will do so until the end of our days".
Kate, from the East Midlands, has vowed never to give up searching for her daughter, alongside her husband Gerry, with the pair recently marking Maddie's 18th in quiet fashion.
Kate and Gerry McCann still hope she will be found alive, 14 years after she vanished on holiday in Portugal in 2007, days before her fourth birthday.
The couple posted a photo of her on the Find Madeleine campaign Facebook page, writing alongside it: “Happy 18th birthday Madeleine.
“We love you and we’re waiting for you and we’re never going to give up.”

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
If the rehearsed rogatory interviews conducted a year after the event are anything to go by, the Tapas group couldn't even agree amongst themselves who made the restaurant booking, how, when and/or where.
Ms Healy and her ghost writer were very inattentive to detail when compiling the autobiographical novelette (read penny dreadful) madeleine.
The book entry about the restaurant reservation left for all to see at the pool reception she claims to have taken from the PJ files is not a mistake, it's not fading memory, it's not lost in translation - it's a downright falsehood!
Still, why should that matter to the investigative journalists of the intelligent tabloid.
Truth is dead.

Typical missing information games ‘lost in translation’ maybe.
‘Er sagte das Kind Tod sein könnte - oder Tod ist’
The witness States in German: ‘He (CB) said that the child could be dead - or is dead’.
Subtitle only states he said ‘the child is dead’.

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
A lot of people were fed up with the McCanns, hearing about them via the media, on national television and in general conversation 24 hours a day, they were constantly in your face. A lot of people got agitated.
Hands up, anyone who doesnt know someone who reacted in that way?
As for, the "child id dead", yes she is and we all know that, not just CB.
Anyway, how do we even know that this witness is telling the truth? I wonder what Peter Hyatt would make of her.

If she is an Asset, it might fit that she, under pressure would say the truth first and correct herself afterwards?
I do not think she would last long under heavy cross examination.
Lenta J used to work in the Kiosk in Braunschweig with CB.

We don't - any more than we know Raymond Hewlett and/or his son was telling the truth, nor indeed any other random witnesses collected over the years by the proverbial rolling stone.
There's a heck of a lot of greasy palms appended to the case of missing Madeleine McCann.
It's all nonsense.

MADELEINE MCCANN
Accomplice ‘tipped off Madeleine McCann suspect Christian Brückner’
David Brown, Praia da Luz | Fiona Hamilton, Crime Editor
Monday June 08 2020, 12.01am BST, The Times
An employee at the resort where Madeleine McCann was abducted may have watched her family and passed information to Christian Brückner so he could burgle their apartment, reports suggest.
Portuguese police believe that an alleged accomplice told Brückner, the prime suspect in Madeleine’s disappearance, that the family had left valuable items in the ground floor apartment where the three-year-old slept with her 18-month-old twin siblings. Their parents, Kate and Gerry McCann, were at a restaurant in the Ocean Club complex.
Brückner, 43, a German rapist and child abuser with a criminal record, bragged to friends that he was “making thousands” from burgling rental properties and hotels on the Algarve.
Yesterday Correio da Manha reported that an ex-employee provided information to Brückner about the McCanns’ routine, telling him that they dined outside the apartment with friends.
It is unclear whether Portuguese police have identified a specific person or are simply pursuing the theory because they regard it as credible. British police have said for years that it was possible Madeleine was abducted when she disturbed a burglar who panicked.

Cobblers indeed but published in June 2020, the same cobblers now being repeated in the gutter press.
It's also interesting to note the similarity between the McCanns reaction to Raymond Hewlett and their reaction to Christian Brueckner. Also the negative response to the Netflix film (I'm reticent to call it a documentary), they allow themselves to be drawn in, at the same time distancing themselves.
https://jillhavern.forumotion.net/t2491p450-prosecution-exhibit-1-madeleine-what-s-in-the-book#436828
The Netflix twaddle is largely in their favour, as are reports relating to child sex abusers.
Funny that innit?
If any proof is needed to confirm the cobblersosity of it all, it's right here.

Apologies, I have moved the post above to a new thread that Jill just opened.
No Pyjamas have been found by Christian B, and no prints at the scene, not even footprints. No DNA evidence either. No witnesses.
Despite a full half hour briefing on his Mobile, for a ‘Job that would change his life’ -and he still left the Passports and Camera?
Jaja. Cobblers it is!

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
It is crystal clear to me that the shutters and window could only be opened from the inside.
Even if, by some fluke the shutters could be opened from the outside, it's nigh on impossible to open the locked window from outside.
If, as G Amaral said the scene was staged, then it could only be the McCanns who opened the window.

No need to apologise, I thought it might have been of some use but it was rather long to post here and I didn't want it to get lost in this thread.
However, Verdi might have a different point of view and might move it here anyway, which is fine.
But for now, this is the thread:

Christian B would not have put Cuddlecat back into bed, he would have found it difficult to do if Madeleine had given him some tuppenceworth!
He would have kept it as a ‘Trophy’ more likely.
But he only had 1-5 minutes to do his deed.
Cadaverous odour takes 45 minutes to develop apparently.
‘Ask the Dogs’ Herr Wolters?

Team investigating Madeleine McCann suspect insist they will not be 'rushed' on probe
Hans Christian Wolters said he doesn’t know if Christian Brueckner will ever face court over her disappearance.

The German team investigating the Madeleine McCann case say they have not spoken to her parents in the year since naming their prime suspect.
Hans Christian Wolters added he doesn’t know if Christian Brueckner will ever face court over her disappearance.
Wolters – a prosecutor – warned the probe into the convicted paedophile is likely to take “several” months and they won’t be “rushed”.
And he hit back at critics who have claimed they believe it is unlikely there will be any prosecution of Brueckner, 44.
Asked if his team have had any contact with Kate and Gerry McCann, Wolters said: “No.” He added: “I don’t care who believes what.
“We are seriously and diligently trying to clear up the disappearance of Madeleine McCann and we will not be rushed into it. Quality comes before speed.
“In the end the only thing that counts is whether we have investigated comprehensively. That is the standard by which we must be judged.”
Madeleine vanished 14 years ago while on a family holiday in Praia da Luz in the Algarve. The German investigation follows efforts by cops in Portugal and the UK to solve the case.
It was claimed there is “concrete evidence” against Brueckner but he has not been charged.
Wolters added: “The investigations in the Maddie case will take several months. Whether there will be an indictment in the end, I cannot foresee at the moment.”
Wolters also denied previous reports he had said “we think we have 90 per cent evidence” against Brueckner, who he first named as the prime suspect 12 months ago this Wednesday.
He said: “I never said 90 per cent and I never said percentages in general. You cannot express it in percentages.
Wolters said last June that he believed Madeleine is dead and identified convicted paedophile Brueckner as their only suspect, claiming police have “concrete” evidence against him and he was “very confident” he would be charged.
Just last month, Wolters added: “I am optimistic we will solve this case.”
Brueckner, serving seven years for the rape of a 72-year-old woman in Praia da Luz, has still not been interviewed by the investigation’s officers.
His lawyer has repeatedly denied he had any part in Madeleine’s disappearance from her family’s apartment on May 3, 2007 – just days before her fourth birthday.
She was with parents Gerry, 53, and Kate, 52, and her twin siblings, then aged two, from Rothley, Leicestershire.
Wolters added: “The investigation is progressing. However, we are still missing important information.
“We want to leave no stone unturned to find them. Our appeal for witnesses still stands.”

Yes, it's called evdence.

The German authorities have allegedly already been working on Christian Bruekner for at least one year, so say media reports, how long do they need before presenting a case - without evidence?
More to the point, how much longer are they going to repeat this uninteresting garbage?
Boring .

German Madeleine McCann police still haven't spoken to parents year after naming suspect
EXCLUSIVE: Christian Brueckner was named by German authorities as their prime suspect 12 months ago this week but the team still hasn't had contact with Madeleine’s parents Kate and Gerry

A prosecution team have not spoken to the parents of Madeleine McCann since identifying their prime suspect ONE YEAR AGO.
It is 12 months on Wednesday since convicted paedophile Christian Brueckner was named by German authorities as the man they believe responsible for the British girl’s disappearance.
But prosecutor Hans Christian Wolters says the probe will take “several” more months.
And he angrily hit back at critics who fear it is unlikely there will be any prosecution of Brueckner, 44.
Asked if his team have had any contact with Madeleine’s parents Kate, 52, and Gerry, 53, Mr Wolters told the Sunday Mirror: “No.”
He added: “I don’t care who believes what. We are seriously and diligently trying to clear up the disappearance of Madeleine and will not be rushed. Quality comes before speed.
"The only thing that counts is whether we have investigated well and comprehensively. That is the standard by which we must be judged.”
The German probe follows efforts by police in Portugal and the UK to solve the case.
It was earlier claimed there is “concrete evidence” against Brueckner, who was in Praia da Luz, in the Algarve, at the time Madeleine vanished.
Mr Wolters added: “The investigation is progressing and will take quite some time, i.e. several months.
"We are missing important information. We want no stone unturned. Whether there will be an indictment in the end, I cannot foresee at the moment.”
Mr Wolters said last June he believed Madeleine is dead and he was “very confident” of a prosecution.
Last month he added: “I am optimistic we will solve this case.”
But Brueckner, serving seven years for raping a 72-year-old woman in Praia, has not been interviewed.
His lawyer denies any link to Madeleine, from Rothley, Leics.
She vanished days before her fourth birthday in 2007.

Fears Madeleine McCann suspect won't face justice despite friends saying he took youngster
German paedophile Christian Brueckner, 44, was named 12 months ago as the man police are focused on.
Blah Blah
Very bland I know, but it hasn't been "Moderated" yet

I can not believe that this Brueckner thing is still carrying on in the media.
I got bored of it last year.

If as in the above article no-one wants to be the Politician who says ‘stop’, and there is no time limit on the Investigation…
They will either have to set him up so good that no-one can counter it.
Or he will become ‘the most perfect Suspect’ as Dr. Amaral said.
