One minute a German court of law doesn't trial by jury, the next minute suggestions are spread abroad that the whole debacle is blown-up by the media to sway a court decision.

Just for the record .... this genre of propaganda, to influence the minds of the public or just general scandal-mongering, is not exclusive to England, indeed it not country specific.

This particular German prisoner is not, I repeat not, a suspect in the disappearance of Madeleine McCann, his name is being used - if he even exists. Similar instances can easily be cited over the years. Let's start with Raymond Hewlett - another German traveler who moved around Europe and North Africa, dabbled with trading car parts, said to be a convicted/suspected peodophile .... blah blah blah.

Meanwhile the world's finest, The Metropolitan Police, continue the farcical pretense.

New details have emerged about life inside prison for the prime suspect in the Madeleine McCann murder case.

Christian Brueckner spends 23 hours a day in his cell and is only allowed outside once a day - and he cannot mix with other prisoners.

The 43-year-old sex offender reportedly has a TV in his room and large legal documents on his shelves.

A sketch by Brueckner, obtained by newspaper Bild, shows a bed, desk and shelving unit in the tiny room, which are all fixed to the floor.

Trial records and mail are seen on the shelves in the black and white sketch, while curtains hang in front of the window.

Brueckner is currently serving a seven year sentence at Kiel prison in northern Germany.

He was convicted in 2013 of sexually assaulting the daughter of a former girlfriend, it emerged last month, and has also been found guilty of raping a pensioner on a Portuguese beach.

Brueckner is only allowed outside for one hour a day, and has to be alone in the yard.

Since he was linked to Madeleine's murder, Brueckner has been ostracised from other prisoners, it is claimed.

The only people he has contact with are wardens and the prisoner who distributes food - stew on Monday, fish on Thursdays and a roast dinner on Sundays.

Brueckner is reported to have a TV in his room, but this is not visible in the picture.

He is said to have previously complained about the cramped conditions and asked for more space, but this was rejected.

Brueckner lived 15 minutes from the complex where Madeleine vanished in 2007 in Praia da Luz, aged three.

Brueckner's lawyer, Friedrich Fülscher, has previously insisted that his client “is innocent.”

Speaking in Germany, Fülscher said Brueckner had nothing to do with Maddie’s abduction and claimed he was the victim of a miscarriage of justice.

The Metropolitan Police maintain their active investigation into Madeleine’s disappearance, Operation Grange, is a missing person inquiry as there is no “definitive evidence whether Madeleine is alive or dead”.

Christian Brueckner is not connected in any way with the alleged disappearance of Madeleine McCann, as someone/s closer to home knows full well. This is media hype sown by a source close to ..... It's allowed to continue by team McCann and the UK authorities because it suits a purpose.

Anyone who can't see that, take a step back, go back to the beginning 2 or 3 months ago (who can remember that far back) and take a fresh look. You will see the absurdity of the whole thing - not one single aspect of this German's movements and reported crimes over the years points to the case of Madeleine McCann, in any way shape or form.

Who cares what this prisoner does with his time or what he eats or what he's said or hasn't said?

Lawyers speaking out about a specific case and client is a comparatively recent innovation, yet here we have lawyers, politicians, police, private detectives, journalists here there and everywhere, speaking candidly to the press about matters relating to the disappearance of Madeleine McCann. On the surface, an active police investigation that should retain integrity and confidentiality.

  A convicted man being wrongly accused of murdering a 4 yr old girl has been put into solitary confinement whilst the media dig up as much dirt as they possibly can to further blacken his name, has drawn a sketch of his cell.  That I can understand but what are the chances that he would really pass it to the gutter press who are trying to frame him?

It's all a load of old tosh innit.  If I were he who shan't be named, I would take the UK through the European Court of Human Rights - I'm sure he's got a stronger case than   you know who!

I only post-up all this carp for posterity - and maybe a touch of ridicule .

Since press reports about investigation of a property used by the German subject, involving getting underneath property, there's been total silence. If they had found any potential 'remains' the surely that would have been reported. I they wanted to do forensic examination of any remains it can't that long.
Has it all been just another attempt to not focus on the original view of 2007. The McCann's, maybe by accident, are responsible.

Seems to me he said rather a lot to rather a lot of people - allegedly. 

For a master multi-faceted serial criminal, unlikely in the extreme methinks to travel around Europe bragging about his exploits.

If there is evidence of his involvement in any one crime, like the disappearance of Madeleine McCann, then go for it - otherwise .

As the McCanns said of the Netflix production - it could interfere with an official active police investigation.



Incidentally, the McCanns have distanced themselves from both - the Netflix production and the German production.  Funny that innit.

And 'abducted' on Thursday 3/5/7 between 2120 and 2155...


The fact that there is less evidence for that proposition than for almost any other clearly suits the McCann and Tapas team. So long as that story is maintained the Mccanns will passively allow it to continue.
They will never take part, as they would then obviously be asked questions, and be filmed answering them
And no decent lawyer or PR agent would permit them to do it.

A police investigation has been launched into the potential involvement of Christian B, the chief suspect in the disappearance of Madeleine McCann, in an attack on a 10-year-old girl in Portugal in 2007.

Earlier this year, the German was named as a lead suspect in the disappearance of Madeleine McCann, whom German police now believe to be dead.

In July, police in Hanover reportedly discovered evidence linked to Maddie’s disappearance in a hidden cellar located beneath a hut in which the suspect once lived.

Police in Germany have yet to investigate a second hut once used by Brueckner in Braunschweig.

According to German magazine Spiegel, the suspect is now also under investigation in connection with an incident in which a 10-year-old girl was grabbed and allegedly masturbated in front of.

The incident occurred on Salema beach in Portugal in 2007, a mere three weeks before Maddie vanished on May 3.

The culprit fled the scene when the girl was rescued by her father.

The incident occurred just 10km from the Ocean Club in Praia Da Luz from which Madeleine vanished while on holiday with her parents and siblings.

Judicial authorities in Germany have reportedly been aware of the attack on the 10-year-old girl, who has not been named, since a survey of sexual offences committed in Portugal was carried out in 2019.

The girl was reportedly playing on the beach with her parents and family friends when she was grabbed by a naked man, who touched himself inappropriately while holding on to her.

Spiegel has reported that a previous investigation was closed because the victim could not identify Christian B as her aggressor from photographs shown to her by police officers.

However, after the German was identified as a leading suspect in the disappearance of Maddie, the victim reportedly came forward and told police she was now ‘99% sure’ that he had attacked her in 2007.

The German suspect has previously been convicted of a string of crimes, including sexual offences against children.

Does anyone know what exactly is meant by that? I've never heard of that, but I guess this is just complete bollocks, because if actual evidence would have been found then that would have made the big news long ago. As we already know, the search in the Hanover garden was not even related to the search for Madeleine.

Is it possible that Wolters was acting on evidence provided by team McCann or Op Grange, the fake news outlets quickly jumped on the bandwagon and reported some of what he may have said and later, Wolters starts backtracking when he realises that the Portuguese still hold the McCanns under suspicion?  Was he sent on a wild goose chase
