Thank you to Leanne for making this possible.

After being despondent all these years I now find that hopeless has turned in to hopeful.
Thank you to this forum for being there for Madeleine and not for the parents, who will always be known as the enablers for the situation that Madeleine found herself in.
To use a 4 letter word (hope), this may be the end of the beginning for GA and justice for Madeleine,
And the beginning of the end for all perpetrators.

Let's hope the Supreme Court turns down the inevitable appeal of this decision. Enough is enough.

Now Mr. Amaral can force the British press to prove what a 'corrupt' 'liar' he is.

The SUN online is also breaking the news. Although interestingly it's almost a word-for-word copy of the Daily Mail story. Looks like it's a press release from Team McCann so that the same spin ("the search money has been taken from us") can be maintained throughout the MSM.

And here is the translated para 4 of the appeal ruling:

"4. From the above mentioned, it is agreed, in accordance with both appeals, to revoke the appealed decision and, considering the action against them to be unfounded, to acquit the appealing plaintiffs of the totality of the requests. The costs, in both instances [courts] are to be paid by the appealed subjects [Kate and Gerry McCann]."

Ouch! That has GOT to hurt.

Looks like that is a confirmed Yes.

Hope you are feeling ok DCI Nichola Wall,after an understudy has to make any "Official Announcements" as to the possible well being of Madeleine McCann, after accepting(poisoned chalice) the case of Lead Investigating Officer, after DCI Andy Redwood and accomplace SIO Hamish Campbell had absconded from Belgravia Police HQ pretty sharpish,shortly after the 22 December 2014,is this the way to Amarillo?
