I used to read Mccannfiles.com regularly but it does not appear to have been updated for several months now.
Does anyone know why? Has it attracted interest from those who don't like its views?

I expect you'll get a fuller answer from someone more 'in the know', but I believe Nigel was basically knackered after maintaining such a wonderful archive, virtually on his own, for years and decided it was time to take a break.
