CRIMEWATCH ON BBC ***Part 1 DISCUSSION**** - Page 30 Empty I'll probably be banned, but i'm going to say it anyway.

Post by jeanmonroe 16.10.13 14:10

Are the McS the new JS at the BBC?
By virtue of their 'celebrity'?
Are we going to get?
"we all heard the rumours and gossip but we did nothing, and said nothing, because of their 'celebrity' status within the BBC,"
"How could a couple that raise money for charity possibly be involved in any wrong doing?"
"When we dared to raise any questions about the McS, the bosses said, 'don't you dare question their versions of events, or you'll find yourself right back where you started'
Will we have a brave Mc 'tribute' show around about Christmas time, to boost their ailing private 'fund'?
The BBC have misrepresented what is in the official PJ files with a doting version of their own on CW, imo.
WHY?
Everybody that has read the files knows differently.
WHY hasn't anybody, who has doubts, about Madeleine's 'disappearance' ever been invited by the BBC, to discuss the case?

During a recent 'spat' with Paul Dacre, 12th October 2013 this is how the BBC 'reacted'

Mr Dacre also said the BBC's "one-sided tone" in its reporting had allowed Labour to "misrepresent" the piece.
The BBC said it rejected "any suggestion that our reporting has been biased".
Paul Dacre added "But the BBC's blood lust was certainly up. Impartiality flew out of the window. Ancient feuds were settled," he wrote.
The BBC said in a statement it had "followed the story as it unfolded and ensured both sides had the chance to express their views".
"As a public broadcaster, we have a responsibility to report the news without fear or favour, providing balanced information and independent analysis, allowing our audiences to make up their own minds."

So WHY haven't the BBC ever given the 'other side' a chance to 'express' their views, regarding the 'disappearance' of Madeleine McCann, allowing their audience to make up their own minds?

Everything i have seen reported on the BBC has, imo, been 'one sided tone, biased, partial and un-balanced and only ONE side has been allowed to express their view'

As i said, are the Mcs the new JS at the BBC?

The parents of Madeleine McCann have released the last video clips taken of their daughter before her disappearance in Portugal nearly four weeks ago.
Dressed in pink and holding a rucksack, the four-year-old can be seen walking onto a flight at East Midlands Airport.

The mobile phone footage also shows her on an airport bus in the Algarve.
Thanks, I remember the Youtube video appearing around this time.

Think about this...

Why would the Mcs release this phone footage showing him to say " He is not here to enjoy himself..or words to that effect " ???

I also suspect that Mr Smiths statement could be a red herring too........

Confusion is good !!!

Post by sallypelt 16.10.13 14:36

I don't know if this has been posted, but "another sighting" after Dutch Appeal

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Just to let you all know, that around 7:30 on Monday night, while I was biting my nails, waiting for Crimewatch, some scumbag thug/s decided to  steal some cables from the telephone exchange. As I live in an isolated area, I rely on the telephone line for my landline and broadband. It wasn't until this morning that the damage was repaired. So I haven't had access to the internet until today. I watched Crimewatch for all of 10 minutes, then turned to another channel. My sanity wouldn't allow me to watch it without having the forum to vent my anger.

However, I have since watched Crimewatch, once my blood pressure returned from a life-threatening high, and I am now or the same opinion at PeterMac, and that is, the McCann's have been led into a trap from which there is no escape. It's not so much what the programme said, as what it didn't say. I haven't had time to go over the last 2 days postings on here, but has it been discussed the way they had the McCann's to talk directly into the camera? Then on their live "appeal" there were side views of them? How clever. Analysts will have a field day on these takes. Also, didn't MO (or was it R O) say that he didn't see Madeleine's bed because "it was behind the door"? But the fact is that the door opened to the right, and therefore, MM's bed could be seen from the doorway?

There were so much to analyse in the CW programme that it will take me a few days to go through it over and over.

a similar programme shown in Norway acc to Sky news.

sallypelt...we saw a plan of 5a on CW. M bed where expected to see it, the recon had the place wrong, apartment used not on same corner, Mcs went a different direction to go down steps to tapas.

MO check binned as prob decided it never happened. He would definitely not have seen Ms bed unless he looked in room to his left.
[ unless M was in a different room or apartment.].. his check all fitted in with JT sighting and lighting, timing and other crap.

eta I noticed and said so elsewhere that although Mcs left 5a shutters up [ curtains and patio door closed] as camera panned during meal shutters were down. this was my error....I was looking where I expected 5a to be and that was not the apartment location for the recon.

Spot on jeanmonroe.

I am constantly amazed that this stuff is going on against the backdrop of Savile. I guess the chattering classes all think there's safety in numbers. A bit like the T9 pact used to think.

I guess we'll see more and more empty seats around the tapas table during reconstructions as time goes on .....Voice over:- "We want the audience at home to imagine the scene here on the night of the 3rd May 2007, (Camera zooms in on nine empty  chairs) err... couples seated around this table enjoying an uninterrupted evening meal ......

So I was reading this topic...
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

ROSA wrote:
It appears that in two statements (presumably made to Mr Cowley) JW was not sure whether she had seen “a suspect male ambling along” from a position in her apartment, from another apartment , tennis courts, pool or from the road. The information is further confused in the Channel 4 program because it implies that on two occasions, while she was walking in the street, JW saw “Pimple Man” standing watching Apartment 5A and not “ambling along”. Also the screenshot suggests a sighting by “JW” on 30th April 2007. This did not feature in the Channel 4 program.
Light was thrown on the identity of “JW” in an article in the Sun on 12th May 2009 by Antonella Lazzeri (another McCann close confidante) who stated:

She is a 36 year old mother of two: one a 3 year old girl
She rented an apartment 3 doors away from Apartment 5A
She reported her suspicions to her local police – in Wiltshire – in May 2007
Analysis of the Ocean Club Booking records indicates that “JW” may be Mrs J Weinburger, who travelled to Faro from Belfast on 28th April 2007, and stayed in Apartment “G4” (ie 3 doors away from the McCanns) in Waterside Gardens for seven days with her husband “P Weinburger”, a 3 year old daughter and an 11 month old infant. There is no trace of this family on the UK’s Electoral Roll, and no recorded directorships: this is fairly unusual for a British citizen unless there are security or other reasons for redaction.
However, a “Paul M Weinberger”, who works for Enigma Diagnostics Limited is now based in Porton Down, Wiltshire. This is a private company, founded in 2004 as a joint venture between the UK Government - through the top secret Defence Science and Technology Laboratory at Porton Down -and the private venture capitalists Porton Capital Technology Fund. Mr Weinberger was previously employed as Director of Business Development for Roche Diagnostics, the world’s largest diagnostic company. Mr Weinberger specialises in “in vitro diagnostics” and is a member of the Executive Committee of the “British In Vitro Diagnostics Association”.
Porton Down is an Executive Agency of the Ministry of Defence and the site is said to be one of the UK’s most sensitive secret government facilities for military research especially related to chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (Here we go again!) weapons.
It is not certain that Mr Weinberger, of Enigma Diagnostics, is the man who stayed at the Ocean Club in May 2007, but it looks that way. Another link between the Weinbur or Weinbergers and Wiltshire is the fact that they made dinner bookings at the Tapas Bar with Dr Julian Totman who is also from Salisbury in Wiltshire.
Miss Lazzeri reported that JW, on returning from Portugal, in May 2007, informed her local police – based in Wiltshire (and thus a link to Paul M Weinberger in Wiltshire) who advised the Leicestershire police who
failed to follow up her lead. It was only when she received an emotional phone call from Maddie’s mum Kate nearly two years later (thus in April or May 2009 possibly to get a bit more spice for the Channel 4 program) that a photofit based on her description was put together…. When Kate asked me to help, I agreed immediately. But the police should have asked 2 years ago. It was only after Kate got in touch that the woman learnt two other witnesses saw an identical man… I can’t believe our three sightings weren’t linked earlier”
The problem is, which “JW” was not told, that the descriptions given to the PJ by the “two other witnesses” were nothing like “Pimple Man” and that their reports had been fully investigated, the suspects identified and eliminated. But failure to act on “JW’s” evidence adds to the Leicestershire Police’s record of tardiness in its delayed handing of the statements of Kate and Arul, photographs of potential suspects: not to mention a recent detailed report on the crèche records. Can any police force be that bad? Or was Leicestershire’s job simply to kill the investigation, possibly on Home Office instructions, whose political intervention – in such cases as Damian Green – are so worrying? And if “JW” attached any importance to her sighting why did she do nothing further about it for 2 years, especially when it might have qualified her for a large reward? And why did Kate McCann leave it until the last moment to call her? The bottom line is that “JW’s” “evidence” justifies very close scrutiny.
I'm thinking, may this Mr.Weinberger be the one on CW, the Jane Tanner sighting? He had a daughter of the right age....

(Just posted this on another thread but posting again here as this seems the most read thread)

Folks I am worried thinking about all the about the potential repercussions of what seems to be the endgame. Please keep in mind, with all this heat on, when people feel cornered they can do desperate things, and I really hope precautionary measures are in place.

And, with this in mind, perhaps people here might consider turning away from gleeful-sounding “heat is on” comments towards something more like “in many ways you have shown extraordinary strength so please try now to find the strength within you to resolve all of this for your children’s sake”

Words fail me at the comparison between James Bulger's mother and the McCanns.

Just off to vacuum up all the feathers that I've spat everywhere.
Judging by the comments beneath the article, Joan's views are not supported by the vast majority of her readers. I noted she was getting slated on Twitter earlier and not by the usual suspects on the #McCann hashtag either!

Love this comment on the Mail article :

"I wonder if anyone would leave £200,000 on a bed and go out for a meal."

Wow! wow

I think that DM article might have backfired on Sarah Vine though. Judging by the comments people aren't buying into her nonsense, they feel angry & insulted.

She's married to Michael Gove, the Secretary of State for Education.

A truly inspiring couple.

PJ Brought Back to Portugal 3 of the McCanns Friends in Secrecy

In a secret visit to Portugal, three persons who had dinner at the Tapas Bar shattered the McCanns and Jane Tanner versions

Fiona Payne, her mother Dianne Webster, and the husband David Payne, are the main trumps of the Public Ministry that will lead the parents of Madeleine McCann, the missing girl, on the 3rd of May of 2007, from an apartment in Praia da Luz, Algarve, to be accused of the crimes of exposition and abandonment since they left the girl alone in that critical night. It is a crime that is punishable up to ten years of prison and allows the respective preventive arrests, like 24horas announced last week.

These three witnesses returned to Portugal, on the 11th of July of 2007, in a travel paid by the Portuguese State, and were accommodated in a hotel unity of Portimão. They were still questioned by Gonçalo Amaral’s team, the superior coordinator who was removed from the case, and they contradicted the McCann’s version regarding to what went on in the night of the disappearance.

This is extremely interesting! Fiona Payne has since forged a successful career as a private GP in Harley Street, so easy to see why she would not want her name bandied about on CW. But... if they changed their story - why was she supporting KM in the accusations about RM, and then again when KM was questioned as an arguido...?
