Re: ALISON SAUNDERS - Senior CPS lawyer who went to Portugal in April - and will become the next Director of Public Prosecutions. Her track record examined.
On September 14th Sceptic put up a very succinct posting about the precise role and jurisdiction of the British CPS, explaining that it has no juriisdiction in Portugal, and detailing its precise roles... what it actually does in practice... vis-a-vis the police, court system and charging etc. It is clear the CPS can state what EVIDENCE is necessary for a court case to proceed.
Much of the thread is depressing in that it details Alison Saunders' obvious failings over Hillsborough, and other cases, more recently over the recommendation NOT to prosecute Janner (fortunately her decision was reviewed and changed).
We know Alison Saunders went out to Portugal with her deputy this April. Tony has reminded us that we have no clear idea of the purpose of this visit, and others have said 'good, we don't need to have.'.. justice works on quietly etc... Hmmm
Does anyone have any further information or even 'further thoughts' on any of the above?
This is the area that interests me most about the case at the moment, and there is absolutely nothing to chew on...

My only thought on this is that it must have been extremely important, critical and out of the ordinary run of business for the Head of the CPS to have taken this trip. Her underlings are surely the ones who usually carry out investigations and then report to her for final consideration.

Alison Saunders
Hi Ladyinred,Alison, then stayed prominent in the background doing what MPs have always done in this case, they start meaning well but become bogged down on"Technical details",they then cannot bullshit themselves out of what they first became involved with?Ladyinred wrote:@joyce1938. I tried my best to solve the problem but couldn't resolve it,oh look its retirement time to move onto new pastures, now known to UK personell as Arseholes of Society, that cost a fortune to employ!
Just take a long look at society in the UK at the moment.
1 Twelve people have lost their lives since January to April 2018,in or around the Boroughs of London, due to Knife Crime, the Police Commissioner, Cressida Dick have No answers to these Crimes being committed, except to mumble bull to the Public, stating to keep calm we'er dealing with these Knife crimes!
2 Young Gangsters Targeting personel objects£6,000.00 Scooter/Motorbike to steal, which in Police terminology become a"Civil Matter",you call your insurance company with a Police crime number, they (Insurance company) either pay up,your insurance goes up,due to a valid claim, but you bear the costs incurred on extra Premiums?
3 The Police are having difficulties in assessing as to whether or not Person's have been "Raped" or now described as "Fumblings" in an associated meeting of two persons, the Police have to gather All Evidence Information, before coming to a reasoned thought process, decision is made?
4 Now what to Normal persons, could be described as the Police Officers role in Society has been reassessed by Senior ranking Personell,as potential No go areas,to be dealt by PCSO's?
Welcome to the ever changing Police role in society,as long as you can afford to pay or participate in this mad world of theirs,of which the first rule is you must conform to them at all cost and if resist to conform, woe betide you or your ilk, special unwritten procedures are introduced, beginning with early alarm calls by size ten hob nailed boots,Wakey,Wakey, there was No answer when we called earlier?
George Orwell 1984,big Brother is the here and now!
All Governments Know what is their Responsibility in Society aught to be to be,is to protect the public, but they are so consumed with their own little world to give Two shits for the plebs in Society,as long as the public pay Not to protect the Proletariat and the elites,Echelons are protected Nothing will change?

Questions to answer before you are given an Honour...
1. Are you a sex offender?
2. Are you involved in an Government coverup?
3. Is there a reason to buy you off or silence you?
4. Are you making any substantial loans or donations, legally or illegally, to any political party?
If you can answer Yes, to one, you get an OBE, if Yes to 2 a Knighthood,
If Yes to 3 a GCMG, if you can say Yes to all four, a Peerage
Clearly qualifies under No 2, and No 3
So pull the lever and out pops Knight/Damehood.
Easy.

The Crown Prosecution Service
The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) prosecutes criminal cases that have been investigated by the police and other investigative organisations in England and Wales. The CPS is independent, and we make our decisions independently of the police and government.
Our duty is to make sure that the right person is prosecuted for the right offence, and to bring offenders to justice wherever possible.
The CPS:
decides which cases should be prosecuted;
determines the appropriate charges in more serious or complex cases, and advises the police during the early stages of investigations;
prepares cases and presents them at court; and
provides information, assistance and support to victims and prosecution witnesses.
Prosecutors must be fair, objective and independent. When deciding whether to prosecute a criminal case, our lawyers must follow the Code for Crown Prosecutors. This means that to charge someone with a criminal offence, prosecutors must be satisfied that there is sufficient evidence to provide a realistic prospect of conviction, and that prosecuting is in the public interest.
The CPS works closely with the police, courts, the Judiciary and other partners to deliver justice.

If, and that's a very big if, there be any semblance of truth in this report about Alison Saunders and colleagues trip to Portugal, under the guise of chief crown prosecutor, then they were acting illegally.
They have no authority to act in an official capacity outside the United Kingdom.
The case of missing Madeleine McCann was, is and always will be under the jurisdiction of Portugal.
The public have been misled about this case from the very beginning to this very day, primarily through the media - the establishment's mouthpiece.
Don't believe a single word they publish. They belong to and represent the establishment and spread propaganda accordingly.

Hello again joyce1938 . Good to see you can still find time for CMOMM, aside from your own personal troubles.
Make the best of 2020, it has a magic ring to my ear. I wish you well.
May the year be more fruitful in our quest for justice in the name of Madeleine McCann.

It was reported that Alison Saunders made a trip to Portugal with her deputy but there is scant evidence of how why where or when.
In my view the report was just another fabricated story to deceive and maintain public interest in the case.
Why is yet to be determined.
Onwards and upwards ....
