What you will first notice is how fewer calls were made by Gerry on the 3rd of May.

There is a distinct gap between his call at 12.24 and 23.14

Remember the alarm was raised allegedly around 22.00 hours.

LG78, I am in the throws of doing some charts for everyone, for every day. I've just completed the 3rd and will work backwards from there. So we can look at this more when I get to the 1st.

I never realised how interesting this stuff all is !!

What is interesting here, is that the Payne's never made any calls and just look at the phone pattern of the Oldfield's !!!

We're also very lucky to have an ace chronicler like you as well. If there's anytime I wonder if some analysis has been done on a particular topic, can be pretty sure that Stella has done the hard work and brought the data together....

Yes LG78, Gerry's call activity for the 1st must have been witheld by the PJ. Along with all the others for some strange reason. Let's hope Kiko has this information somewhere.

Exactly !! and all this rubbish about none of them having watches and didn't know what the time was. They all had moblie phones with clocks on...

And of course Katey's calls are on the same night that Mrs Fenn heard children crying for over an hour.

From Mrs Fenn's Statement

She also refers to the day of the 1st May 2007, when she was at home alone, at approximately 22.30 she heard a child cry, and that due the tone of the crying seemed to be a young child and not a baby of two years of age or younger. Apart from the crying that continued for approximately one hour and fifteen minutes, and which got louder and more expressive, the child shouted ?Daddy, Daddy?, the witness had no doubt that the noise came from the floor below. At about 23.45, an hour and fifteen minutes after the crying began, she heard the parents arrive, she did not see them, but she heard the patio doors open, she was quite worried as the crying had gone on for more than an hour and had gradually got worse.

So Katey's last call was 22.27 and crying started at 22.30 approx.

For people who were on holiday they seemed to have been making a lot of calls. Don't people usually go on holiday and turn their 'phones off so they can relax and get away from everyday problems.

Why did K McCann (can't bring myself to call her by her first name) make 14 calls on 1st May. Was this when a crisis happened and she was phoning for medical advice? Why would someone make 14 calls in one day when you're on holiday unless you're running a business and need to keep in contact with the office and there was a problem to deal with.

Gerry made 16 calls on 2nd May, phoning for more advice, maybe, as the crisis hadn't subsided.

Or maybe they were setting up the Fund.

That's what I also do not understand.

Activations of the mobile phone (44)790-310-8397; Owned/used by KATE MARIE HEALY [McCann].

This number activates only antennae of operator Optimus and TMN.

The first of the existing records occurs on 28 April, 2007 at 14:30:37 on the antenna "Luz Centro 1"; and the last contact date of 9 September, 2007 at 9:11:15 on the antenna "Aeroporto-Faro 2".

There is observed the existence of 8901 records, of which only 0,45% occurred prior to disappearance of the young girl.

APRIL 2007

On 28th the mobile phone that is owned by Kate Healy makes its first record in Portugal, as already said, on the antenna "Luz Centro 1" and from that date until the disappearance of her daughter it never leaves the coverage area of the antennae of the national operator TMN that serve village where she came to spend a week on holiday.

Found some info on forum2.aimoo.com which has extract from Kate's book along with any relevant phone pings.. bit hard to read though. But they have an extract from the book for 2 may... I'll summarise :

- raining
- kids to kids club
- tennis postponed so off to Millennium with Fiona/Dave/Dianne
- back to apartment
- KM goes for run with Matthew. sparkly Pink trainers attacked by dog
- GM & KM pick up kids, lunch in apartment then to play area for 1 hour
- kids back to kids club
- Tennis in afternoon - GM first then KM
- Pick up kids, tea, play
- Tapas at 8.30. Rachel's turn to be ill...
- To pool bar for after dinner liquers so out later than usual and no check for 45 mins on kids
- 1150 GM declares he is off and KM gets miffed
- KM follows GM few minutes later, GM asleep already, KM more miffed, sleeps in kids room

GERALD MCCANN (Report pages 11 to 29)

Activations of the mobile phone (44)778698#### User/Owner: Gerald PATRICK MCCANN.

This phone number activates antennae of two operators: Vodafone and Optimus.

The first record occurs on 29 April, 2007, at 10:13:54, on the antenna "Praia da Luz Centre" of Vodafone, and the last date of 9 September, at 9:40:42 on antenna "Montenegro" of the same operator.

In total this mobile phone generated 5,569 records, of which only 0,36% occur before the girl's disappearance.

On 29 April, the mobile phone in question has two records on the antennae of Praia da Luz.

On 30th, there are no records.

May 2007 (Report pages 11 to 15)

1 May, also there are no records.

From 8:07:12am on 2nd, until 10:11:21am on 4th, it activated only the antennae of the locality where he was staying.

From the Mirror regarding Gerry's telephone usage on the holiday.

"Police applied to Portugal's supreme court to seize his phone records after learning of the alleged messages.

They claim Gerry was sent 10 texts from an unknown number 24 hours before Madeleine disappeared.

And detectives say four messages arrived from the same mystery number the day after she went missing, according to court documents.

But Gerry and wife Kate have dismissed the claims as "utter rubbish".

A source close to them said: "They have had their phone records available for inspection for months. But the police never asked for them. And now they have formally asked, they have been refused.

"Any suggestion of Gerry receiving 10 texts the day before Madeleine disappeared are utter rubbish.

"He hardly used his phone during the holiday and most of the friends with them didn't even have mobiles.

"The only time his phone rang was when work called and he explained he was on holiday. There are no mystery texts. Gerry has nothing to hide. It's yet more nonsense coming from Portugal."

All I can say is Hmm!

Kiko has more on this, but I think he said that they were 12 voicemail messages, during a time he kept his phone switched off and that the PJ never found out who they were from.

I don't know if this is correct, I know I'm missing one call on the 29th and not quite sure about the split of calls and voicemails on the 2nd, but the rest is correct I think.

I guess 0044 its the land code to call from a foreign phone. So thats not part of the phonenumber.. if we remove the landcodeThen we get the number 7818520047 - and that number is located in Burlington.. I might be totaly wrong also lol, .searching without 0044 gave this..
