It appears that Brückner used to work as a Mechanic for the Uncle of Nuray Oezgen when they met in Hannover. He ran a Garage in town.

Nuray worked in a Bar called ‘Debakel’ as a waitress at the time.

According to the German press…

I came across this now deleted Tweet from M W-T as I was trying to figure out exactly how many ‘Girlfriends’ Brückner was entertaining at the Flat at the back of his Kiosk in Braunschweig.

It seems that Brückner dumped Oezgen for Miftari and Oezgen was still to be seen back working in Debakel an der Linden, behind the Bar in 2013  in Hannover.

Brückner had a Portuguese lawyer that does not recognise the number issued in the English press when the case went public.

(+351) 912 730 680 allegedly belonged to CB in May 2007.

915078040 was apparently his number in December 2007.

According to Nicole F, who received a call from him on that number just before the €100,000 suitcase robbery.

Brückner also had a German friend Bernhardt P, who just happens to live in the same Village Bartholemeu de Messines, where Brückner was caught with his trousers down under the Playground slide in 2017.

Brückner has known him since 1998 according to the Stenards, who are the present occupants of ‘the Secret compound’ Villa and have all the dogs.

Maybe this was the friend seen running away when Brückner was caught?

Exclusive: Madeleine McCann suspect investigated on suspicion of at least five other sex crimes

Convicted paedophile Christian Brueckner, 44, is currently at a high-security prison in Oldenburg, near the small northern prison of Bremen dubbed the Alcatraz of Germany.

Madeleine McCann suspect Christian Brueckner is being investigated on suspicion of at least FIVE other sex crimes, prosecutors have revealed.

Hans Christian Wolters, who last year named Brueckner as the prime suspect in Madeleine’s disappearance, said detectives believe “there is a good basis” to suspect the German paedophile also carried out a sex assault on a girl of 10.

The victim was grabbed by a naked man, who performed a sex act.

This was six miles from where Maddie, three, vanished in Praia da Luz a month later in 2007, while on holiday with parents Kate and Gerry.

Mr Wolters said officers are also investigating Brueckner, 44, over the killing of 16-year-old Carola Titze in De Haan, Belgium, in 1996, and the rape of a 20-year-old Irish woman in Praia de Rocha, Portugal, in 2004.

And he said his department had been called in by officers probing Brueckner on suspicion of the disappearance of “German Maddie” – five-year-old Inga Gehricke – in 2015, as well as claims he carried out a sex act in front of children in a playground in Messines, 40 miles from Praia da Luz, in 2017.

Mr Wolters speaks in a new book My Search for Madeleine, by British journalist Jon Clarke.

Referring to the arrest in Messines, which led to Brueckner being extradited to Germany, he says : “We have now picked up the investigation and he is facing several years in prison.”

Asked about the case of the 10-year-old German girl on an Algarve beach in 2007, he said: “We are investigating Christian B’s possible involvement in this.”

On the Irish woman, Mr Wolters said: “We only have Christian B as the suspect.”

And on Carola Titze, he said: “A Belgian prosecutor had some concrete questions about Carola not long ago. They needed some information about Christian B and we gave it to them.”

He declined to comment on other cases Brueckner has been linked to, including that of German boy Rene Hasse, six, who vanished from a beach in the Algarve in 1996.

And so more of the same.  We've been this way so many times before, why do the tabloid press continue to make such fools of themselves in defence of team McCann?  Because that's exactly what it boils down to.

Madeleine McCann suspect Christian Brueckner is being investigated on suspicion of at least five other sex crimes, prosecutors have revealed.

Wolters said officers are also investigating Brueckner, 44, over the killing of 16-year-old Carola Titze in 1996 and the rape of Irish woman Hazel Behan in 2004.

He said his department had been called in by officers probing Brueckner on suspicion of the disappearance of “German Maddie” –

On Hazel, 38, Wolters said: "We only have Christian B as the suspect."

And on Carola, he said: "A Belgian prosecutor had some concrete questions about Carola not long ago. They needed some information about Christian B and we gave it to them."

He declined to comment on other cases Brueckner has been linked to, including that of German boy Rene Hasse, six, who vanished from a beach in the Algarve in 1996.

Brueckner's in town, lock-up your sons and daughters, your brothers and sisters, your mothers and fathers, your uncles and aunts, your grandfathers and grandmothers, your great grandfathers and great grandmothers.

Now here's a radical idea ....

When and only then, some incontrovertible evidence comes to light that directly links Christian Brueckner to the disappearance of Madeleine McCann, then and only then the man becomes a relevance, so then and only then bring it on!

Bear in mind any such evidence must take into account the fact there is no evidence to suggest Madeleine McCann was abducted - in fact take into consideration the entire documented Portuguese police investigation, active between early May 2007 and archived just over one year later.

Until such times shutup  !!!

I thoroughly endorse the wisdom of your suggestion that until we hear of incontrovertible evidence which directly links Christian Brueckner to the disappearance of Madeleine McCann, then we should just wait for that evidence.

The British Media and its seeming to ignore much stronger evidence as researched by CMOMM Members is shamefully just seeking to survive.

New evidence in Madeleine McCann's disappearance suggests her suspected killer didn't act alone

By Sammi Taylor|A year ago

New evidence in the case of missing British girl Madeleine McCann suggests that her suspected killer didn't act alone and could have been aided by an "insider" the night she disappeared.

Experts told 60 Minutes reporter Liz Hayes they now believe Madeleine's suspected killer – convicted rapist Christian Brückner – was assisted by someone who may have been at the tapas bar where Kate and Gerry McCann dined the night their daughter was taken.

"Christian Brückner couldn't have acted alone," Portuguese TV journalist Sandra Felgueiras told 60 Minutes.

"I think that someone must have been implicated. It's very difficult to understand he could have done this by himself."

The smoking gun evidence was first uncovered by German police who traced a mobile phone number to someone with a criminal record for child sex offences in their country.

The number belonged to Brückner, and buried in his mobile data was a call that linked him to the missing child.

That call on May 3, 2007 was triangulated by police to have been made near the scene of Madeleine's abduction — the Ocean Club in Praia Da Luz.

"We know that the phone number, which was used by our suspect on the 3rd of May, 2007, was connecting in the mast [that] belongs to the Ocean Club in Praia Da Luz," German prosecutor Hans Christian Wolters told Hayes.

But Felgueiras now believes the call is evidence not only of Brückner's involvement in Madeleine's disappearance but also that he was working with an accomplice.

"That was the phone call that he was doing to someone that helped him that night," Felgueiras told 60 Minutes.

There has always been speculation that an insider at the tapas bar where the McCanns were having dinner tipped off Maddie's abductor.

In their reservation entry, it was noted the McCanns wanted to eat "close to their apartment" as they were "leaving their young children alone".

"I think that this is the strongest lead I've ever seen since the first beginning of this investigation," Felgueiras said.

In June, German authorities formally announced they were investigating 43-year-old Brückner — currently in a German prison for the rape of a 72-year-old woman — in the disappearance and killing of Madeleine.

"We have strong evidence that Madeleine McCann is dead and that our suspect killed her, but I'm not allowed and I'm not able at the moment to tell you all the details of our evidence," Mr Wolters told 60 Minutes.

In recent weeks, police in Germany and Portugal have searched sites where Brückner is known to have operated.

Along with the phone call that police believe places Brückner near the scene of the crime, even more damning evidence was found in 8000 videos they unearthed in Brückner's desolate hideaway in Germany.

"[Christian Brückner] was into child pornography and torture and he did crimes against children at a very early age and according to the current information, he also filmed his offences," criminal profiler Mark Hofmann said.

The content of the videos or if they contain images of Madeleine has not been revealed by German authorities.

"At the moment, I'm not allowed to say if there are pictures or if there are no pictures of Madeleine," Mr Wolters told 60 Minutes.

Mr Wolters and his team, in cooperation with Portuguese police, are continuing to build their case against Brückner.

There is hope that soon there may be an answer for Madeleine's parents about what really happened to the innocent angel taken by a monster.

And now the Snaily Wail comes creeping up behind - typical, always a day late and a dollar short...

Madeleine McCann suspect is being investigated over FIVE other cases including rape and murder, German prosecutor reveals

Hans Christian Wolters told a new book that Christian Brueckner is being investigated in relation to several German, Belgian and Portuguese cases

One involves the attack of a girl, 10, just six miles from where Madeleine went missing, one month before the girl's attack
Another, is the murder of 16-year-old Carola Titze in De Hana, Belgium, in 1996
Brueckner, who is in prison in Germany, has denied involvement in McCann case

The prime suspect in the Madeleine McCann case is being probed over at least five other sex crimes.

German prosecutor Hans Christian Wolters said convicted paedophile and rapist Christian Brueckner, 44, is being investigated over several other attacks, including on a 10-year-old girl, as well as the murder of a teenager in Belgium.

Brueckner is currently being held in a high security prison in Oldenburg, near Bremen in northern Germany.

Investigators believe he abducted and killed three-year-old Madeleine in Portugal in 2007.

In a new book, Wolters said German police felt 'there is good basis' to suspect Brueckner is responsible for a sex attack on a 10-year-old girl.

The attack happened just six miles from Praia da Luz where Madeleine had disappeared one month earlier.

'We are investigating Christian B's possible involvement in this,' Wolters told British journalist Jon Clarke for his book My Search for Madeleine.

The lawyer said that Belgian investigators are also looking into Brueckner in relation to the 1996 killing of 16-year-old Carola Titze in De Hana.

Brueckner is also a suspect in the rape case of a 20-year-old woman in Praia de Rocha, Portugal, in 2004.

'We only have Christian B as the suspect,' Wolters said.

In it the book, the German prosecutor said authorities were also considering whether Brueckner could have been involved in the disappearance of five-year-old Inga Gehricke - dubbed the 'German Maddie' - in 2015.

'A Belgian prosecutor had some concrete questions about Carola not long ago. They needed some information about Christian B and we gave it to them,' he said.

The final case Wolters revealed Brueckner was being investigated in relation to was an incident at a children's playground in Messines, 40 miles from Praia de Luz, in 2017.

A man was accused of carrying out a sex act in front of children, according to Wolters, who added: 'We have now picked up the investigation and he is facing several years in prison.'

Brueckner has denied any involvement in Madeleine's disappearance.

The disappearance of Madeleine McCann

Madeleine McCann, known as Maddie, disappeared from a holiday apartment in Portugal's Praia da Luz on May 3, 2007.

She was on holiday with her parents, Kate and Gerry McCann; her two-year-old twin siblings; and a group of family friends and their children.

She and the twins had been left asleep at the apartment, while the McCanns and friends dined in a restaurant 55 metres (180 ft) away.

The parents checked on the children throughout the evening, until Kate discovered she was missing at 10pm.

What followed is widely regarded as one of the most reported on missing person investigations in the world.

Portuguese authorities closed their enquiries in July 2008 but Maddie's parents continued with private detectives.

Scotland Yard launched their own investigation - Operation Grange - in 2011 and enquiries are ongoing.

This translated article contains some interesting (new) information for non-German speakers.

Die Akte Christian B (Der Spiegel, 9 June 2020 by Hubert Gude)

The File Christian B

A German is said to have kidnapped and murdered little Madeleine McCann in Portugal. A court classified him as a "parole failure". Who is the man?

Braunschweig, June 2013. Anja P. and her daughter visit a man she met through the Internet portal Chat2000. Christian B. lives with two dogs in the back room of a run-down kiosk in Braunschweig. There wasn't much going on with him, only once did they get physically closer, Anja P will later tell the police. She got to know him as a child and animal lover.

When she is back home in the evening, she sends him a text message: "We arrived safely, it was nice again, the time with you is good for me! You are also someone special to me. I am glad to know you."

For the daughter, four years old, the visit was a nightmare.

When the police searched the kiosk the next summer, they discovered a digital camera. On the SD card are hundreds of pictures and videos with child pornography as well as photos from that visit. One shows the daughter of Anja P with her legs spread in a meadow, Christian B. has pushed her underpants to the side and is touching the girl's vagina. Another one shows the girl climbing a tree with B. holding his erect penis in the picture.

In the fall of 2017, the Braunschweig Regional Court sentences Christian B. to one year and three months in prison for "sexual abuse of a child" and possession of 391 child pornography photos and 68 videos. The court expressly does not suspend the sentence on probation. It is to be assumed that the convicted person is a "flight risk", the Chamber finds.

Christian B. has been punished many times in his life. Currently he is in a prison in Kiel because he smuggled kilograms of marijuana to Sylt. In addition, he was sentenced to seven years in December because he allegedly attacked and raped a 72-year-old American woman in Portugal; this sentence is not yet final. (Since confirmed on appeal)

The big question is: Will there be another verdict? This time for life, for murder?
The Braunschweig public prosecutor's office is investigating Christian B. in the case of the missing English toddler Madeleine McCann. The three-year-old girl disappeared in spring 2007 from a vacation resort in Praia da Luz, Portugal. "We assume", says a spokesman for the authorities, "that the girl is dead."

Praia da Luz, in September 2020. street lamps bathe the white houses and the remains of an ancient wall in a warm light. From the beach, past the church, you walk only a few hundred meters to the Luz Ocean Club, a spacious apartment complex with pretty arches.

The Kiel lawyer Friedrich Fülscher, who defends Christian B., has travelled here. He wants to get a picture of the crime scene and gain his own insights. He stops in front of a window with lowered shutters on the north side of the apartment complex. It belongs to the first floor apartment 5A. The time of day, the silence in the side street - it's like back then.

Between 21.10 and 22:00 Madeleine Beth McCann disappeared from this room on 3 May 2007. "If the witness statements are correct, there was a time window of one minute and 30 seconds in which the child could have been abducted at that time," says Fülscher. "The perpetrator had a maximum of three minutes."

Photos by the Portuguese investigators show a plain bedroom with a pine chest of drawers. In the middle of the room are two travel cribs for the twins of the McCann family, two years old at the time. Next to them: Madeleine's bed, the blue and white checked bedspread is neatly folded back.

Since that evening more than 13 years ago, the girl has disappeared. During the night the parents Kate and Gerry McCann informed the British television station BBC and other media. They started a Europe-wide search for their child. Celebrities such as David Beckham made a donation, the then Pope Benedict XVI received the parents in the Vatican and blessed a photo of their missing daughter. Later, the parents themselves became the target of the Portuguese investigators, one of so many twists and turns in this case.

And now, after 13 years, the solution? The murderer is a man from Germany, whom the investigators hadn't seen for a long time, even though he already had a criminal record and had lived near the crime scene?

Shortly before Madeleine McCann disappeared, a prepaid cell phone with the Portuguese number 00351 912 730 680 was logged into the radio cell of the crime scene. It was, as was to turn out much later, the cell phone of Christian B. Who was he talking to for 30 minutes? An accomplice? Or someone who could give him an alibi? His lawyer does not want to comment on this. He says: "My client did not commit this crime."

From the window of the bedroom Fülscher goes around the corner to the place where several witnesses stood at that time. In a dead-end street lies the back of the apartment, whose terrace door is said to have been open. A friend of the McCanns testified to having seen a man carrying a child away from the resort. Fülscher says: "This man was later identified and has nothing to do with the disappearance. The case is full of "inconsistencies and contradictions”.

Würzburg, in the seventies. Christian B. was one year old when he and his brothers came to an adoptive family in Würzburg. He later told a social worker about his broken childhood: beatings and other punishments had been the preferred methods of upbringing, his brothers and he had been abused every day. At the age of 14, he moved into the living group of a local Diakonie - children's home. He said he had fared better there.

After secondary school, Christian B. began training as a car mechanic. He broke it off because he wanted to leave Germany at all costs. At 18, he "emigrated" to Portugal, where he worked for a German newspaper, in hotels and car repair shops, said B.

In fact, Christian B. did not emigrate at the time, but fled. He received his first punishment, which was suspended on probation at the age of 16. It involved several thefts and driving without a driver's license.

Then he abused a girl, still a teenager. He followed her into a bush, held her by her upper arm, took his manhood  out of his pants, lifted the six-year-old's skirt and grabbed her between her legs. The girl cried, B. fled. A little later he abused nine-year-old girl.

B. received two years in prison for "sexually abusing a child, attempting to sexually abuse a child and performing sexual acts in front of a child. Shortly afterwards he traveled to Portugal, where investigators tracked him down after about five years. B. was extradited to Germany and went to prison. After his release at the end of 2000 he traveled back to the Algarve.

"He was a Hallodri, a jack-of-all-trades," Anja P. tells us in a Berlin café. After graduating from high school, she went to Portugal and stayed there for several years, "like Christian and so many others". Together with a friend, she met him at the opening ceremony of the Taberna de Lagos restaurant, and Christian B. waited there. "Everyone in the foreign community knew him. He was striking because he always wore these jackets and drove an old Jaguar. For me, he was a very nice and helpful guy at the time, who kept his head above water with odd jobs and never had any money.

Later, she also worked in the Taberna de Lagos and visited him several times in his house in Praia da Luz. "The house was near a golf course. At that time, Christian collected golf balls, which he later wanted to sell, and sold tickets for boat trips at the port of Lagos."

With his Jaguar, when she broke down on a country road, he towed away her old Fiat Punto, which is prohibited in Portugal. "He was not interested in that. He brought my car to his farm via hidden roads." Then he told her that the Fiat was beyond repair. "I ditched it and got myself another car. At some point I saw that he was driving around in the Punto himself, but that didn't bother me."

Does she think it possible that Christian B. is the murderer of Madeleine? "You always knew that Christian also did crooked things, but not that kind of thing," says Anja P. When the ZDF program "Aktenzeichen XY Ungelöst" reported on the suspicion in June, "it really shocked me.

The friend who was present at the opening ceremony of the restaurants put it similarly. "I would never have thought that, although everyone knew that he was sure to have one on the waffle," (had a screw loose) says the woman, who still lives in Portugal. "If someone walks around in a jacket, driving a Jaguar and showing off, but then works as a waiter, you know you'd rather stay away from him.

Praia da Luz, in the summer of 2003. Andrea B. and Yvonne B., two young women from Munich, met a nice "bon vivant" during their vacation - this is how they regarded the man who sold oranges and called his dog "Charlie", the "eternally panting Charlie".

Together they went to the Casino. Chris, as they called him, loved to gamble and told about his plan to be a millionaire at the age of 40. After the trip home, they stayed in touch. Chris wrote e-mails which he signed with "Wölkchen". ( little cloud)

Hello girls,

how time flies! Now it is already September! I booked a flight to good old Munich yesterday. For a measly 215 Euro! All criminals! Stop Stop, I'm flying to Stuttgart.

The first night I will stay in Augsburg. After that I would like to stretch my nose to the south and come to you. There is so much to tell again, two months are not enough,

Yours

WÖLKCHEN

"Wölkchen" was allowed to stay overnight with them in Munich. Yvonne B. will later tell the police that she never noticed anything about this man. Perhaps he had not quite correctly expressed himself from time to time about the bust of a woman, nothing else. She had never noticed Christian B. as particularly aggressive.

A German musician and IT-technician, who got to know him in 2005 after a gig in a music bar in Lagos, learned that B. also has an uncanny side. The SPIEGEL reached Christian P., 53, via Skype in the small town of Kampot in Cambodia.

"I met Christian from time to time, he fixed my car, I helped him with the TV," he says. Sometimes they would drink wine. "He was quite a messie. The house in Praia da Luz was totally untidy and unkempt."

During a visit, he noticed three stacks of foreign travel documents. "There were 30 to 50 passports lying around in plain sight." When asked about this, Christian B. told about thefts in Praia da Luz and the surrounding area. "He told us that he went on tour from time to time, and climbed up facades in the process.

This is consistent with the findings of the investigators. According to this, Christian B. financed his life in Portugal in the mid-2000s not with odd jobs, but with burglaries and thefts. In April 2006, he and an Austrian accomplice Michael T, were caught red-handed at a gas station when they were siphoning diesel from a truck. A Portuguese court sentenced them to 258 days in prison.

"I visited him in prison at the time," Christian P. recalls. "He complained about the poor prison conditions and the lousy food. Because there was no alcohol in the prison, I was supposed to bring him oranges spiked with vodka, but I didn't want that. That made B. angry.

During his imprisonment, B. received notice of termination for the house he had rented in Praia da Luz. Christian P. wanted to help his friend and place a few boxes for him. "But there were such disgusting CDs with dirty movies like animal porn, more than a hundred CDs," says Christian P. He threw all the stuff away. Christian B. didn't want to see him again afterwards, "he was so angry".

After his release, B. lived in an old VW bus. Madeleine McCann disappeared a few months later, which nobody connected with him at the time.

Saxony-Anhalt, 2010. Christian B. had driven around a lot, in a large American motor home of the brand Tiffin Allegro / Winnebago. Then he bought himself a permanent accommodation again. In Saxony-Anhalt, in the community of Am Großen Bruch, he purchased the grounds of an old box factory for 20,000 euros.

B. had big plans at that time. He wanted to open a camping site there, he told a friend. In fact, he was dealing drugs, bought kilograms of marijuana from a dealer in Oranienburg and sold it on Sylt. The drug deals were discovered and he was investigated. Christian B. moved to the kiosk in Braunschweig.

In Internet chats dating from this time, he did not write as a "little cloud", but rather as "maddeningly catchy". Also about his perversions, for example in the chat with "panikspatz66".

wahnsinnderholger: "finally wants to f..k a little one!

panikspatz66: "who doesn't want that"

wahnsinnderholger: "catch something small and then use it for days, that's it ..."

panicspatz66: "... is not without danger either."

wahnsinnderholger: "oh if the evidence is destroyed afterwards ..."

panic sparrow66: "mm"

Wahnsinn der Holger: "if for example the …………… took too long ...". (Method deleted)

In January 2016 the police searched the grounds of the former factory. Neighbours had complained about the smell of decay. It came from a dead dog that B. had buried there. Under the carcass, the officers discovered a cloth case with six USB sticks and memory cards full of pictures and films showing abused children.

By this time, the kiosk in Braunschweig had already been searched, and Christian B. was threatened with a prison sentence for the child pornography seized there. He fled again to the Algarve. In São Bartolomeu de Messines, Portuguese investigators arrested him in 2017. Several children had reported that a man had exposed himself , and made obscene movements. B. was extradited to Germany.

No investigator had ever connected him with Madeleine McCann and her disappearance. The lead came about because the Information from notorious criminal Helge B. who had himself been charged with a Crime - Human trafficking.

When he was imprisoned in Portugal for the thefts, two thieves had raided his house in Praia da Luz. They were also from Germany and were after B.'s loot. One of them, Helge Lars B., reported more than ten years later, in August 2017, from a Greek prison his suspicions about B to Scotland Yard.

A few months later German investigators visited him in Greece. Helge Lars B. told them that he had never been friends with the "head waiter" he had met him a few months before his arrest. When Christian B. was in prison, he and an accomplice Manfred S drove to Praia da Luz. First they tapped 200 to 300 liters of diesel from the tank behind the house, then they searched the house. It was full of stolen goods, cameras, clothing, laptops. In the closet, he found swimming goggles, which strangely enough were painted gray on the inside. He had taken two video cameras and about 20 tapes with him, his accomplice Manfred S a revolver, which he later threw away in a lake.

On some of the videos, both thieves later agreed in court in Braunschweig, they saw Christian B. raping a woman between 70 and 80 years old. Another video showed a girl, about 14 years old, tied to a wooden post. The statements of the two men contradicted each other in parts; the films can no longer be found. The young girl was never traced.

The investigators assumed that three rapes had been filmed and made inquiries in Portugal.

In one case they made progress: a 72-year-old woman was abused in 2005 in Praia da Luz in her house near the beach. At the scene of the crime, the Portuguese police had seized a hair that can be attributed with a probability of 244 billion to one Christian B.

Helge Lars B. told even more: Later in March 2007, he saw Christian B. again, at the so-called Dragon Festival in Orgiva, Spain. There Christian B. admitted to having had something to do with the disappearance of Madeleine McCann.

The detectives are always following up new leads, checking new cases all the time.

Was it really like that? Is this the solution to the criminal case that has made more headlines worldwide than almost any other? Circumstantial evidence speaks against Christian B., but guilt or innocence will only be decided by a court, if an indictment is ever made.

The detectives are still following new leads and examining new cases. Portuguese authorities have informed their colleagues about a ten-year-old girl from Germany who was abused on a beach near Praia da Luz four weeks before Madeleine disappeared. The now 23-year-old woman (Joana E) testified that she is now 99 percent sure that the man was B. A woman from Ireland (Hazel B) also came forward and accused B. of being the man who raped and assaulted her in the Algarve in 2004.

"My client does not want to comment on the ongoing investigations and denies that the 72-year-old woman was raped in Portugal," says attorney Fülscher.

Portugal, in September 2020, about half an hour drive from Praia da Luz to the man (Bernard P) who lent Christian B. the VW bus at the time. With long gray hair and a gray full beard, the “Schrauber” - screwdriver from Germany is leaning against a car with flat tires, his hands are oily, his pants are torn.

On the remote yard near Messines there are rusty VW Golf and Mercedes, as they were modern in the eighties. "I don't want to say anything to Christian," the mechanic immediately says, "he was just here from time to time. He could not understand all the excitement.

He and his son (Flavio P) drove around in the white-yellow VW bus for several years after B. returned it, the man says. About two years ago, officials from the Federal Criminal Police Office came by and picked up the bus.

They believe that Madeleine McCann could have been kidnapped with it.

Madeleine McCann: Christian Brueckner’s ex says he abused her 5-year-old daughter and took photos during act

Published
 9 seconds ago on 14/09/2021

An ex-girlfriend of Madeleine McCann suspect Christian Brueckner has opened up for the first time about her experience of living with the pedophile. The woman, 35, revealed that she had been living in fear of his release from prison after serving a sentence for sexually assaulting her daughter who was 5 at the time. The woman and Brueckner had been in a relationship for around nine months.

The woman and her daughter had lived in his apartment for a while which was beside the kiosk he worked at in Braunschweig in Germany, Daily Mail reports. It is said that Brueckner had assaulted the child who had blonde hair similar to Madeleine in a public park. He had also taken pictures of the child and saved it on a memory card.

Brueckner is the prime suspect in the disappearance of Madeleine McCann. Madeleine vanished at the age of 3 while she was on a vacation with her parents at a Portuguese resort in May 2007 and has not been seen since.

Brueckner’s former girlfriend shared, “I am scared because it was this trial that put him in jail. I don’t want him to come out of jail,” adding that he had only received a 15 month-long prison sentence for his crimes. The woman cannot be identified for legal reasons. She also claimed that Brueckner had repeatedly assaulted her daughter and would also be violent towards her. She shared, “he hit me when he was drunk or in a foul mood. He was very aggressive.” She added that she had reported Brueckner to the police for the abuse of her daughter and also provided a written statement that was given to prosecutors.

“I believe he abused my daughter on three occasions, but the police only charged him for the one occasion because they had photos of the abuse,” the woman said. She also says it is possible that Brueckner had abused other children in the same area as a number of parents had a habit of entrusting him with their children. “I am sure he abused other children. Some parents used to leave their kids with him, especially those parents on welfare,” she continued. The accused had initially been investigated by the authorities for sexually abusing the five-year-old child in 2014.

When the police raided his apartment, they found a digital camera with at least 391 sickening pictures and 68 videos of the abuse taking place. The same camera also consisted of five pictures of Brueckner abusing the child in a Braunschweig Park. The authorities revealed that the images had been taken in 2013 which was around the same time that Brueckner’s name came on the radar of German investigators who were looking into the disappearance of Madeleine. Brueckner, 43, is currently serving a seven-year jail term for raping an American woman, 72, in Praia da Luz, Portugal. He is housed at the Kiel Jail in northern Germany. He is now the prime suspect in Madeleine’s disappearance from 13 years ago.

In the 13 years since the incident, the case has been dubbed as the “most heavily-reported missing person case in modern history” with many persons emerging as suspects in the case but left after their trails drew no conclusion.

If this woman thinks that Brueckner abused her daughter 3 times, why did she not protect the child after the first offence? Why let a second offence take place?

If she was being beaten by Brueckner, why did she allow the child to stay in such a hostile environment?

Why can this woman not be named for legal reasons? How many 35 year old girlfriends wit 5 year old daughters with blonde hair did Brueckner have in 2014? It shouldnt be too difficult for him to work out who this is, that's assuming the witness actually exists.

And how manipulative is this article, stating that the child was like Madeleine McCann?

Time and time again we are treated to reports about Bruckner's past criminal shenanigans, from drug dealing to rape to child molestation to nicking diesel to burglary but I've yet to see any evidence of these allegations.

So far I've seen scanned or copied or created, call it what you will,  documentation that is quite frankly meaningless.  One such example being during the introduction and later in the video by the voice of Sandra Felgueiras during the Discovery+ Madeleine McCann Case documentary, a scrap of sepia paper with essential information - like names, redacted! Then of course international media/tabloid press - about as reliable as the No. 49 bus from Tooting Broadway to Clapham Junction.

The blokes criminal record is increasing by the day - I don't believe a word of it.

If anyone's watched the Discovery+ documentary, the mother of the playground child - so traumatized by Brueckner flashing was she, the woman is so unconvincing.  I think I posted screenshots up-thread ages ago.

rolleyes

Still, it's having the desired effect, aided and abetted by an anonymous force haunting social media.... 'distraction'!

Keep Brueckner in focus and forget the rest.

Did Jon Clarke mention this in his "tirelessly researched" bewk about Christian Brueckner?

It could have been that the Child never told her Mother about her trips to the Park, and she was unaware at the time what went on.

Up until the Police raided the Kiosk, and searched it after Nasçe M alerted them to finding the Camera, with a Memory card full of Porn on it.  It was her that was being beaten and strangled by Brückner, according to Norbert M and Lenta J.

Which explains a lot.

There is also another thing that needs checking, in Germany it is the VEHICLE that is Insured, not the DRIVER.

That way, if your Vehicle is stolen, and then involved in an accident, you do not have to worry about cover.

If the Vehicle was registered to Brückner, he would have had to insure himself or the VW himself.

If Bernard P was the registered owner of the VW Campervan, and only lent it out to Brückner, on whose Insurance was he driving it around?

Really? Why would a German buy a used car, from another German, in Portugal, for UK 5000 pounds? Such a nice round number and hint, they use the Euro in Portugal (and Germany). Me thinks that the British journalist/story writer has once again not fact checked their article
Next thing in part 2  we will hear that it had X hundred thousand MILES on the clock; from drug running, concealing kids etc
Was this article ghost written by Jon Clarke from 'Proves Lies', sorry the Olive press?

I am finding it hard to find out who first changed Bernard P into Peter W, although some German outlets admit in their articles that the name has been changed, no one says who changed it, when or why.

The Sun and Mirror say the Scrapyard owner was Peter W.
German press reports state Peter W (Name changed)
Portuguese outlets give his name as Bernard P.

It appears the British and German press are protecting his identity.
Obscuring the Number plates fully, but leaving the D sticker on.
Wanting us to connect with the Alcossebre sighting perhaps?

I ask why would Bernard buy the Vehicle from Brückner if it was his anyway, and he only lent it out to his old pal, who he has apparently known for years? (If that is what happened)

The Tiffin Allegro was worth €10,000 to €15,000 according to Manfred S.

A lot of things do not add up.

If you follow the Brueckner trail very closely it becomes very clear the overriding factor leads back to discrediting, disgracing, Gonçalo Amaral and the Portuguese investigation into the disappearance of little Madeleine McCann.

Remember her anyone?

Stories of a botched investigation. publication of books authored by ex-police officers, internal corruption, so on and so forth - all leads back to the same thing, discredit the Portuguese.

So here we have Christian Brueckner, the latest in a long line of convenient suspects promoted by the media and associated sources.  A misnomer who has found international stardom through a string of unreliable sources who totally lack the one all important fundamental ingredient .... evidence!

The Christian Brueckner story, for that it be, is based on nothing but second/third/fourth hand information.  Rumour, speculation, misinformation, dodgy witnesses, media reports and dubious documentaries featuring much the same bit part players.  The internet super-sleuthers who spend hours poring over available false information, who seemingly strive to keep Brueckner alive and kicking, exhibit a thin veil of deception - the overriding will to destroy the reputation of Gonçalo Amaral and the Portuguese police in general.

I speak not of Jon Clarke of the Olive Press specifically, he is but another bit player trying to capitalize on that ever bountiful name .... Madeleine McCann. How many more to add to the ever growing list of charlatans who claim to work only in the name of justice?

Again if you follow the trail, there is not a scrap of evidence to substantiate the many allegations about Brueckner's past and present.  It's a false trail, purposely mapped out to deceive and distract.

Think about it, the only people to benefit by this prolonged Brueckner saga are Gerry and Kate McCann and their group of holiday friends, they only need sit back and watch the foray.  Just as they did when the Netflix documentary was premiered and the Discovery+ was premiered and now some half-baked German tabloid documentary.

It all leads back to the same thing .... discredit Gonçalo Amaral and the Portuguese police investigation.

It matters not one iota what Brueckner did or where he went or who he met before, during and after Madeleine McCann's disappearance, fact remains every little detail the super-sleuthers are examining stem from rumour, speculation, dodgy witnesses and media reports.

There is no evidence to indicate abduction, burglary, or Christain Brueckner's involvement at any stage so why is his story still being promoted by mainstream and social media?  Why of course, protect team McCann and thus destroy the reputation of Gonçalo Amaral and the Portuguese police investigation.

Even more curious - why is it being promoted here on CMOMM.  What is the motive?

If you think I'm wrong, do your own research!

Conspiracy to pervert the cause of Justice?
Wasting Police time?
Get rich quick?

Sounds like Helge B is the one who most needs investigation. Who paid him?

In an internal e-mail that BILD received, an investigator from PJ circles blasphemed about the status of the German investigation.

"You have no evidence, just speculation," the email read. “When I read the German file, I was shocked. I never thought that the BKA would investigate so badly. There is no serious, impartial and objective investigation, only the intention to keep the suspect in prison at all costs. "

Jealousy among investigators? Or solid criticism?

I will post-up any media report that names Madeleine McCann, be it nonsense, factual or debatable. I like to think here on CMOMM we are carrying forth Nigel Moore's legacy - documenting all news reports on the case of Madeleine McCann.

My point is, as I thought I adequately explained, it serves no purpose poring over un-evidenced detail circulated by the media (in particular the tabloid press) and internet super-sleuths.

There have been any number of suspects identified along the way, with particular emphasis on paedophilia - Raymond Hewlett springs to mind, unresolved dead and buried. They come and they go!

If it turns out Christian Brueckner is in any way part of the Madeleine McCann conspiracy then bring it on - when the time comes, as and when.

To add, in the process of violating the name of Gonçalo Amaral, much is being made of his comment on camera to the effect, when the PJ called at Christian Brueckner's residence he wasn't at home.  They left it there!

Translation of course!

The PJ files go into great detail about their investigation into the paedophile network operating in Portugal and internationally that have links to Portugal.  If there was any reason to suspect a person named Christian Brueckner, the PJ would have investigated accordingly.

If they didn't pursue any particular person there was a reason they didn't.  The most likely reason being Christian Brueckner, if he even exists, was not considered to be a suspect.

Funny that, when you think about all the money the McCann Fund splashed out on private detectives.  You'd think one of them would have unearthed the enigmatic Christian Brueckner.

Wouldn't you?

Family of woman raped by Madeleine McCann prime suspect say he must face court

Relatives of a woman raped by Madeleine McCann suspect Christian Brueckner say he must face court over the girl’s disappearance.

Brueckner is behind bars for offences including the 2005 rape of an American widow in Praia da Luz, the Algarve, where Madeleine vanished two years later.

Now, speaking for the first time, the victim’s nephew says the family believe Brueckner, 44, was involved in the youngster going missing.
The nephew said: “When we discovered that this man was also being probed over that poor girl Madeleine McCann, it completely stunned us.
“In fact, it made us wonder just how many victims he could have had. I really hope they can catch him on that and prevent him from ever getting out again.”
The man’s aunt was 72 when balaclava-clad Brueckner invaded her home, attacked her with a sword and inflicted a 15-minute assault.

He dodged justice for 12 years for the attack until two former pals reported him to police, claiming they had discovered disturbing footage he had kept. The footage was never recovered.
But DNA taken from a hair at the scene helped convict Brueckner and he eventually got seven years in jail.
Prosecutors in his native Germany are now investigating him on suspicion of being involved in Madeline’s disappearance and fear he could be behind at least five other sex crimes, including a sex assault on a girl of 10.
The rape victim’s nephew spoke in My Search For Madeleine, a new book on the case by journalist Jon Clarke. The nephew, who lives in the US, added: “It was a horrible attack.”
The aunt died in March after rebuilding her life – including resuming her passion for travel. Her nephew said: “She did not want it to ruin her life – she carried on.”
Madeleine was days short of her fourth birthday when she was taken from an apartment while on holiday with her younger twin siblings and parents Kate and Gerry, from Rothley, Leicestershire.
It was May 2007 and Brueckner was living nearby at the time. He returned to Germany but it later emerged he had used a mobile phone close to the holiday flats complex the night Madeleine vanished.
New reports have suggested Brueckner is complaining about treatment at a jail known as “Germany’s Alcatraz”. He is said to be in solitary at Oldenberg, near Bremen.
German prosecutors are compiling evidence against Brueckner and fear Madeleine was murdered. His lawyers say they are waiting to be presented with any evidence of his alleged involvement.

A man suspected of killing Madeleine McCann attacked a 72-year-old woman with a sword and raped her before escaping justice for 12 years.

Relatives of the woman raped by Christian Brueckner have spoken about the incident and said he must face court over the Rothley girl’s disappearance.

The Mirror reported that Brueckner, 44, is behind bars for offences including the 2005 rape of an American widow in Praia da Luz – the Algarve resort where Madeleine vanished two years later.

Now, in a new book about Madeleine, the victim’s nephew says the family believe Brueckner was involved in the youngster going missing while on holiday in Portugal.

The nephew said: “When we discovered that this man was also being probed over that poor girl Madeleine McCann, it completely stunned us.

“In fact, it made us wonder just how many victims he could have had. I really hope that they can catch him on that and prevent him from ever getting out again.”

He said Brueckner invaded his aunt's home wearing a balaclava and attacked her with a sword in the 15-minute assault.

He evaded justice for 12 years for the attack until two former friends reported him to police, claiming they had discovered disturbing footage he had kept. The footage was never recovered.

DNA taken from a hair at the scene helped convict Brueckner and he eventually got seven years in jail.

The nephew, who lives in the US, added: “It was a horrible attack, which definitely had an effect on her.”

The aunt, a retired journalist, died in March after rebuilding her life, including resuming her passion for global travel. Her nephew added: “She did not want it to ruin her life – she carried on as best she could. She wanted to move on.”

Madeleine was days short of her fourth birthday when she was taken from an apartment while on holiday with her younger twin siblings and doctor parents Kate and Gerry, from Rothley.

It was May 2007 and Brueckner, a convicted paedophile, thief and drug dealer, was living nearby at the time. He returned to Germany but it later emerged that he had used a mobile phone close to the holiday flats complex the night Madeleine vanished.

German prosecutors are compiling evidence against Brueckner – their only suspect – and fear Madeleine has been murdered.

His lawyers say they are waiting to be presented with any evidence of his alleged involvement.

Still no evidence, just more media tosh. Much the same information has been circulating for about fifteen months, it gets juggled about a bit from one source to another, proof in itself that it's nothing but nonsense.

There is a syndicate of journalists - international I venture to suggest, involved with the propagation of false and misleading information as regards the case of missing Madeleine McCann . Jon Clarke's book names and/or acknowledges specific people, all whom have written for newspapers and been involved with the more recent flux of documentaries - Patrick Hill, co-author of this report ^^^ being one such individual.
