04:20 the Witness Statement from Helge B seems to have been taken by a British Policeman DC Mark (last name unknown).
It appears to state that Helge B was not at first arrested for Human trafficking as stated in the British press. He was in fact let go, then re -arrested on his later return to Greece. He maintains he only picked up three light skinned french speakers and gave them a lift. He did however have to serve time in Prison for this.
It also appears he may be himself the ‘Drifterman’ sought by the Sun newspaper as he was the one living in a Van in a Commune near a Dam. He was not a friend of CB but knew of him through Michael T and his friend, namely Manfred S.
Any useful information has been blacked out.

Herr Fülscher has information about a French Police Video where the witness Helge B appears in a Bullet proof Vest, fully masked with sunglasses on.
Apparently he has told the Gendarmerie he knows that the false Detective of the McCanns was murdered. Fulscher does not hold the Statement as being serious.

This missing piece of the jigsaw got a mention in Kate McCann's book, 'madeleine'. That was back in 2011. This was from 2012:Verdi wrote:'DON'T WISH ON ANYONE' Madeleine McCann suspect’s campervan was bought by car dealer who says he wished ‘he’d never got caught up in case’
A source close to the case told the Sun Online: "German officers had hoped that, by now, they would have found the missing pieces of the jigsaw which they need to link (Christian B) to the disappearance of Madeleine.

Madeleine McCann aged nine: Yard detectives believe she could still be alive
Scotland Yard today sensationally announced that missing Madeleine McCann could still be alive.
Detectives carrying out a review of the case said they believed there was evidence to suggest she could have been snatched by a criminal gang or abducted by a stranger.
They have identified 195 leads and uncovered new evidence in the case.
Police announced they were quarter way through reviewing 40,000 pieces of evidence.
Detective chief inspector Andy Redwood his team of 37 officers and staff had identified 195 investigative opportunities.
Mr Redwood said : “ at no time before have those three elements been drawn together in one place. And so what we’ve done over the past number of months is to bring to one place all those pieces of the jigsaw.”

In the interest of fair play, it's only reasonable that the world be entitled to an alternative viewpoint - like the original Portuguese police investigation [circa. 2007/2008] and how British intervention scuppered the case.
The prime suspects - that was and still is Gerry and Kate McCann, not Christian Breuckner.
Let's never forget how this case has been taken down so many blind alleys, it's taken on a new life of it's own.

THIS is Madeleine McCann suspect Christian B standing in the abandoned factory where 8,000 sickening child abuse images were found.
The 44-year-old convicted paedophile and rapist was identified as the man responsible for Madeleine's abduction and murder by German police last year but has yet to be charged.
Madeleine vanished on May 3, 2007, when her family were holidaying in Praia da Luz, in the Algarve, Portugal.
The never before seen picture was unearthed by Danish TV journalists after they tracked down a now 62-year-old mysterious former ex-girlfriend of his identified in the documentary Prime Suspect: The Madeleine McCann Case which is airing tonight on Discovery Plus.
Cops searched the former crate factory at Neuwegersleben near Hannover in 2016 as part of their investigation into a missing girl.
They made the sickening discovery of child abuse images on a USB stick as well as girls' swimming costumes and kids’ clothes in a motorhome at the site.
It is thought to be the same vehicle Christian B was using in 2007, when Madeleine disappeared aged three, and that he later told friends was ideal for “hiding drugs and children”.
The USB stick was found wrapped in a plastic shopping bag and under the body of his dog Charlie who had died earlier.
Police raided the deserted property while investigating the disappearance of five-year-old Inga Gehricke, who vanished in May 2015 and is still missing. She has been called the "German Maddie".
Officers found no evidence linking Christian B to Inga and he was not charged in her disappearance.
He was jailed over child abuse images found on the memory sticks.
Christian B used the factory as his secret lair to tinker with stolen car parts and would often take pals there to drink and often spent the night there with his girlfriend identified only as M.
The woman - identified only as M in the documentary - said she had met Christian B in the summer of 2009 after he had returned from Portugal and was living in the motorhome.
She said: ''I was at a dance for over 30's - I was 52 and he was 32. I saw him and we started talking. “He told me he had camper van and that I could move in with him.''
The woman added: ''He took me to his place at Neuwegersleben and wanted me to take photos. He wanted me to do the place up. It made me wonder because it was all in ruins.
''He then started drinking more and more and he would come home at 2 and 3 in the morning. By this time I had had too much.
“He was different and I didn't want him near me. So we split up.''
Christian B is now serving a seven year sentence for the rape of a 72 year old American woman attacked in 2005 at Praia da Luz.
The three part series will be available on Discovery Plus.

The prime suspect in the disappearance of Madeleine McCann has been pictured inside an abandoned box factory where he stored child porn.
Christian Brueckner, 44, can be seen standing in the rubbish-strewn and graffitied warehouse in Neuwegersleben some time around 2009 - the same site where police would later find USB sticks containing images of child abuse.
The image shows the inside of a concrete building, stood on land that Brueckner had earlier bought at auction. Painted white walls can be seen covered in cobwebs, filled-in holes and snipped wires in the background.
On the floor are what appear to be decorating tools - pots of paint, rolls of paper, loose wiring and an electrical heater. A ladder stands next to Brueckner, while behind it are what appears to be a spare window and a paint roller, alongside other pieces of rubbish.
Danish TV journalists were shown the image by one of Brueckner's ex-girlfriends, now 62 and identified only as M, who lived with him in a motorhome near the factory for a time around 2009.
An image of Christian Brueckner standing inside an abandoned factory where police later discovered he had buried a stash of child porn has been revealed for the first time
The image will feature in a new documentary, Prime Suspect: The Madeleine McCann Case, which will air on Discovery Plus.
Brueckner's ex said she met him at an over-30s dating event in 2009 and agreed to go with him after he offered to let her live in the motorhome for free.
He later showed her the inside of the factory where he asked her to take photos of him and said he wanted her to 'do the place up'.
'He then started drinking more and more and he would come home at 2 and 3 in the morning. By this time I had had too much' and she split up with him, she told the film-makers.
The documentary also features Brueckner's friends, his defense lawyer, the German prosecutor for the case and former Portuguese investigator Goncalo Amaral.
German police searched the factory site in 2016 while investigating Brueckner over the disappearance of another girl - Inga Gehricke, known as the 'German Maddie'.
During the search police uncovered a red and white RV, and inside officers found a stash of girls' swimming costumes - despite the fact that Brueckner does not have any children.
The image was revealed by one of Brueckner's ex-girlfriends, who lived with him in a nearby motorhome for a time (pictured, the vehicle where they are thought to have stayed)
Police searching the motorhome years later while investigating the disappearance of German girl Inga Gehricke found a stash of girls' swimming costumes inside
Those who knew the convicted paedophile said he had previously bragged that he could hide 'drugs and children' inside the van.
It is unclear when exactly he bought the vehicle, a 30-year-old Tiffin Allegro, but he was known to drive it between Germany and Portugal, where Maddie vanished.
Police have previously released images and a description of another van - a yellow and white VW camper - which he is thought to have owned around the time that Maddie disappeared, in 2007.
Also during the factory search, police found USB drives containing 8,000 images - mostly depicting child porn and other abuse - which had been buried.
The drives were wrapped in a plastic bag and were in a shallow grave that also contained the body of Brueckner's dog, which had died some time earlier.
Brueckner, now 43, was convicted of possessing the child porn but not charged in relation to Inga.
German prosecutors have also said they believe Brueckner kidnapped and killed Madeleine, though have not charged him with the crime.
German prosecutors have identified Brueckner as the prime suspect in Madeleine's disappearance, but have not yet charged him and are appealing for more information
Brueckner has a long history of offending including convictions for child abuse that date back as far as 1994, and was known to frequent the Algarve
They are currently appealing for anyone who knows Brueckner and was around the resort of Praia da Luz on the night of May 3, when Maddie vanished, to contact them.
Prosecutors also claim to be in possession of evidence that Madeleine is dead, but have yet to reveal what it is.
Brueckner is currently serving a seven-and-a-half year sentence in a German prison for the 2005 rape of an American tourist in the Algarve.
He has previously been convicted of molesting a six-year-old girl in his native Germany, and has convictions for drug smuggling.
Brueckner's lawyer Friedrich Fulscher says his client has denied any involvement in Madeleine's disappearance.
Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
What exactly is the purpose of this photograph of a man in a empty factory? The face has been painted out so we cannot even be sure that this is Christian Brueckner, and what happened to not printing his full name?
As for as the former girlfriend, who had "had enough", are we expected to believe that this disgruntled former associate is a credible witness?
Why has she turned up 14 years late?
How did she come to the investigation?
Who sought her out?
Who did she contact?
Is there still bad feeling between Bruckner and her?
If she was living with CB, in a mobile home, for free we may conclude that she is not too well off. Was she offered any financial incentive?

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
So far I've watched about ten minutes of this Discovery+ 'mockuaplenty' about Christian 'he who can't be named' Breuckner - over dramatised and a trifle boring but okay if you like looking at the tip of an aircraft wing, although Snr Amaral gets a few seconds. Confirmation of his words later ...
Meanwhile, within the first couple of minutes it is said that the German authorities believe (have evidence?) Christian Breuckner abducted and murdered Madeleine McCann! That in itself runs contrary to the files released into the public domain following closure of the Portuguese investigation.
If I may remind .... there was no evidence to suggest abduction and the trained dogs seconded from the UK alerted to the scent of blood and cadavar within the apartment occupied by the McCann family. Of course it's possible that a burglar or chance child abductor (paedophile?) entered apartment 5a, murdered a child and then left carrying the corpse but extremely unlikely and then there is the question of evidence and other niggling questions about opportunity, motive, accomplice/s, time span, ingress/egress, witnesses, environmental conditions - to name but two.
Maybe if I'm persistant, all will be revealed later in the series.

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
Maybe, if anyone else has bothered to watch the Discovery+ 'Prime Suspect: The Madeleine McCann Case', it might be worthy of a thread in it's own right. As it stands from my perspective, it's fit only for the trash can.
Haven't progressed very far because I keep losing connection, at 14 minutes enter .... Sandra Felgueiras! Has this woman got no scruples when the disappearance of a three year old child is the focal interest? I despise anyone who tries to make money or career progression through tragedy - what d'yer reckon Clarence? Do you think it despicable?
On with the show ..... what utter nonsense and I'm only 25 minutes in. The agenda, as anticipated, is against the Portuguese police investigation. Surprise surprise - nothing changes. Unlike the world leaders in police investigation and law, the British and German, the Portuguese are somewhat backward - beer swilling sardine munchers some might say. They allow people like Christian 'he who can't be named' Brueckner, slip under the radar.
So far the main witness, aside from the ex-girlfriend, is the gummy traveler Manfred Seyferth.
If I've got it right, don't quote me, Manfred the Man with accomplice, visited the secluded villa said to be occupied by 'he who can't be named' to steal some of the diesel stolen by wotshisname. It is there they happened upon the video camera containing incriminating footage of rape and forced underage sexual activity. I won't go into detail at this juncture - it is quite explicit. Suffice to say it's enough to tickle the tonsils.
Add to the mix someone, the name and profession escapes me, has lost the ability to blink, his eyes look like they're about to leave the sockets.
Check ....

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
Another definite distortion of the known timeline of events.
Brückner never told the Court about his address in PDL.
He told them he was living in the Blue Bedford Van which was later crushed as he did not pay the impound charges.
Brückner told Manfred to clear out any evidence in the Attic, but he and Busching ripped him off. That is when the Videos and Gun were found. Busching threw the Gun in the Lake near the Commune he was living at.
The Landlady on going to the Property found in broken into and empty. She reported Brückner as a missing person as she did not know that the reason why he was not paying his rent was that he was in Jail.

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
I cancelled my tv licence - fed up with watching propaganda on every channel including the adverts - so won't be able to watch this documentary on tv.crusader wrote:I wish I did have Discovery+, I read and watch everything I can related to Madeleine.

But I've just seen you can subscribe to Discovery+ on Amazon, so I might give that a go as it's a free 7 day trial.

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
I'm not sure the production is worth splashing the cash, it's more about he who can't be named than Madeleine McCann - perhaps all will be revealed in a later episode. So far it's only a reiteration of tabloid reports over the past eight months or so - if you believe that you'll believe anything.
The funny thing is, the images purported to be Christian B are fuzzed. Funny because his mug shot - and name, have been plastered across the tabloid headlines for months. I guess they have to keep it quasi legal!
10/10 for dramatic effects, 0/10 for factual content .... so far.

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
I see there's another one listed - 'The Madeleine McCann Mystery', aired 4th June 2020.
That don't work either.
I'm going out to poke someone with a sharp stick.

The Discovery+ bar stays at the top but the rest of the screen is black. If I jiggle the cursor the title appears along with the play button - but it don't work - then the screen goes black again.
I'll try again later. It's probably 'the virus'.
Take that!
