The story of the forensics is appalling of course -since they did match probability analysis in terms of finding a match within the whole of the UK population, not in the boot of a car hired by the McCanns used by less than 100 people probably over a number of months!

Bloody hell, couldn't sleep, went to check the forum on my mobile, totally gobsmacked, then couldn't post as couldn't log in on my mobile then I got into a weird forgotten password loop and got LOCKED OUT OF THE FORUM ALTOGETHER!!!!

Now I've had to get up and follow this on my laptop so I'm now well and truly awake just as you lot are all going to bed, AAARRRGGGHHH!!

But at least on my laptop I was able to stay logged in!

I did notice when I was watching the Crimewatch programme that when the camera panned to K & G for their interview that Kate had a look of complete horror on her face. She sat with her mouth open for a few seconds as if she'd seen something shocking. I wonder now if that could have been the e-fit that they've kept hidden since 2008 and they hadn't known if was going to be shown on the programme, but Kate caught a look at it before the interview began. She was looking to her right so whatever she saw Gerry had his back to it.

I haven't got the stomach to sit through the CW programme again but I remember the look on Kate's face, and thought it was weird at the time.

I got really excited about it until I read the young man was seen in a ROMA camp....

A lot of light coloured children are born in the Cyprus, courtesy of the Military..... big grin

As followers of the case since 2007 we ALL KNEW about this sighting, and was excited about it. It was ZAPPED from the face of the earth without doubt, so was the Mirror forum as we were discussing it, and so was Mr Amaral.

All because Mr Smith said he thought it was GM carrying the child.

Zapped gone forever............

I did think the sighting was zapped or CARTER RUCKED, i have said it someone on this forum.

So I was right it was carter rucked.

Now the McCanns have the gall to say Mr Amaral has hindered the search for their daughter, when they themselves have had hidden one of the best bits of evidence yet.

And yes when it was shown on crimewatch i had a WTF moment your kidding are you SERIOUS this is not knew....and I have seen those Efits before lol.

I am beginning to seriously think that Mr McCann has in the past played eye spy with my little eye, and that is why he is so close to government, and perhaps why he used MI5 ex agents in the first place lol......

Well I must say this is rather flabbergasting!! It now makes sense the timing of the Libel Trial with Amaral. Now this is in the public domain, the Judge will have no option than to find in Amarals favour, and he can then sue the McCanns for defamation, vexatious litigation and wipe the floor with them.

To find that the McCanns had some sort of legal writ preventing the disclosure of "evidence" and subsequently went flouncing round the world proclaiming they would do anything to get Madeleine back makes a complete mockery of everything.

Because it is stated the report by Oakley was "hypercritical" of the motley crew of ~~child neglecters~~ intelligent doctors, their own reputations were clearly more important to them than finding their daughter. Although we already knew that. Despicable.

This once again brings up the issue of the Fund being fraudulent. Appealing for money to help the search when the public were incontrovertibly being misled is a very serious crime.

The McCanns could theoretically be done for fraud, perverting the course of justice, defamation, wasting police time (SY had to get written permission for this latest bit of info, wasn't freely forthcoming), and probably some other crimes too.

I hope they get the book thrown at them, and a heavy one at that.

So Oakley were whooshed, along with the Smith sighting, all those years ago. Sunday Times have managed a public service with this article; there must be some higher means that made it possible. I can't believe what I'm reading [well, except I can believe it!] - but threatening to Ruck Oakley is beyond belief.
