It's no mystery on this forum that I really can't stand Twitter, it's all a big punch up to me, however I've just seen a tweet from someone posting up the photograph below.

I lived in Crete when Madeleine McCann went missing and I didn't see a single poster at Chania airport, in any shop nor in any hotel foyer. Not one.

So was 'Team Crete' relying on the more UK tourist hotspots close to Heraklion? Those places that are more aimed at the 18-30 holiday and the older folk who love the island and go to the quieter spots around that area? I flew into Heraklion airport (it's a pain in the arse to get from Heraklion airport to Chania) and didn't see a single poster.

I'm a bit miffed as to why there would be a 'Team Crete'. Am I being asked to believe there were holiday reps seriously handing out stuff to holidaymakers about Madeleine at their welcoming parties whilst trying to flog them tours?

Am I being asked to believe that Cretans displayed photographs of a missing child snatched from a holiday apartment to their incoming guests?

I have to make an observation that to my knowledge this is poppycock.

I looked up the meaning of poppycock (a term I've always used) the other day. It means puppet poo.

In the several years after Madeleine's disappearance I never saw one single poster of her.

Has anyone read Blacksmith's latest post? It has sent someone on Twitter into a right spin. For those who read the McCann hashtag on Twitter, they would have had to endure quite a bit of filth from "two" people on there. Now that this person has been the topic of Blacksmith's latest blog, the "law suits" are flying all over the place rotfl

If anyone wants concrete evidence of someone with a serious mental illness, just read McCann Twitter hashtag. It's pure entertainment cheerleader

It's a pity that the the #mccann hashtag has become a source of entertainment for some. The real issue behind the hashtag, Madeleine, being hidden by accusations, bickering, point scoring, irrelevant spamming etc. Deliberate? I would say so.

There is more than a bit of 'filth', obscenities, profanities and scatology in many of Blacksmith's posts, one of the many reasons I avoid him like the plague or the death cap mushroom.

A wise move. Apart from the filth he and his twitter 'friend' exchange, always tagging McCann, he is wont to post pictures of his naked self. Although he may sometimes appear reasonable, he advertises the group supporting Kate and Gerry's innocence, that Hutton now frequents. He is a fantasist, promoting as fact that he is a trader with an expensively stocked champagne cellar. Some bright tech traced the picture of said cellar and it is in fact in Germany. And yes Pat is correct. He is most insistent that SY will be announcing arrests any day. I think that alone proves how unstable he is.

It was clear at the time it was set up that candyfloss's forum was a co-operative venture between candyfloss and Cristobell - and as we all know there was a stream of negative comments about CMOMM, Jill and myself emanating from that forum, which both of them encouraged.

Candyfloss immediately linked to Hutton's blog knowing that Hutton was using that platform to attack us all over here, sometimes on an almost daily basis. Now some of the people who supported candyfloss's forum and supported Hutton, like 'RussianDoll' and 'tigger', are beginning to regret it as Hutton's bile and venom is turned on to them as well.

Can anyone spot the DELIBERATE lie? Look at how this person twists what is actually said. To say that Lee Rainbow is saying "the OPPOSITE" is totally false. What he is saying is, under article 277 of the Penal Process Code (I take this to be Portuguese law) there is no evidence to prove the McCann's guilty. HOWEVER..........given the absence of DECISIVE EVIDENCE to prove the contrary SUCH A SCENARIO HAS TO BE EXPLORED.

Now this is the person who keeps repeatedly tweeting that other people lack "comprehension skills", she really needs to take a good look at herself.
