I was reading some blogs by the late Ben Salmon who was a member here. In his Blogs were links to various other articles which mentioned MI5/6 and the BBC etc. I can't do links to put here but they were rather intriguing. Ben was an amazing guy who uncovered much. I will try to find them for another read though.

Any looked at the bar receipts at Kelly's?

There are three separate ones for 8.00(euros).

The same round of drinks I think. The timings are interesting.

The only problem with my theory is that 4 euros for a drink seems pretty steep in 2007.

Doubles? I think it's shorts as the first two are minutes apart.

They say they 'consumed SOME drinks" (Martin) OR "had a FEW drinks" (Peter)
SOME and a FEW is more than one each, and usually more than a "couple" or even "two or three"
More likely "quick one" then "the other half" then "the same again" and then "one for the road"

Martin and son Peter say there were there for an HOUR, they just get the start time wrong
The idea of Wife/ Mother and daughter-in-law and five children sitting silently seething whilst watching Grandfather and father/uncle having one drink, without having one themselves is 'not in accordance with any family dynamic I have over experienced or observed'

These are real people in the real world.
The till roll does not identify the customers, but it must be wrong to select items before 2150 and ignore the later ones

Irish family dynamics Peter.

The kids had their fill at the restaurant and 2 or more adults having ones for the road.

Their drinks must be on the roll somewhere.

TV screens for entertainment.

Some of the other items may be for the kids women but the 8 and 4 euros ones strike me as a round.

If it's doubles then the 4 euros might be two singles.

What I saying is that his could be evidence they were there much later than they said.

I'm not convinced, the bar bill for 9-39 at 13-75 seems more logical to me.
Why would they go into a bar and keep jumping up and down all the time ordering drinks when they could just order once?
A few drinks or some drinks is just that, there were a few of them ordering.
It doesn't mean they had more than one each in my opinion.

Perhaps they didn't drink much, because some of them were going home the next day, but they made the last evening together last as long as they reasonably could?

Let's not forget Peter's wife Sile was ill, so I can't see them sitting in Kelly's bar for long.
Sile wouldn't have been drinking alcohol either as she was pregnant.

Whose to say they weren’t getting drinks on the house especially when it was PS last night,
Especially if they were regular customers, friendly with the staff

It’s not the first time I’ve been on holiday frequented a bar and for tax purposes only so much has been actually rung through the till

If she was feeling real poorly, surely they would have went home directly after the meal
rather than frequent a bar, unless feeling came over really quickly,

Imo he took those steps between G5 and G6 (0'17") but coming from the left, which is the passage between the 2 buildings when you take the alleepath between Tapas complex and patios.

That is one hec of a walk carrying an almost four year old child. However the cemetery that Bernt Stellander promotes is more likely if only because of distance and the chance of being seen at night if indeed the removal from 5A happened at night. I did use to favour the area around the church silly old me thinking that the McCann's being God fearing Catholics would in desperation have chosen somewhere holy.
Oh silly old me, the cemetery is holy and consecrated ground. The removal from there to the Rocha Negra could also have included a bag full of the consecrated ground from within the confines of the cemetery.
