This is quite interesting in view of her protestations when she joined here. I once had the temerity to ask her what she meant by posting that she didn't hate the McCanns and she didn't hate Maddie.

I asked her why on earth she'd think that anyone would think she hates Maddie'.

Reactions were much as usual.

But, in view of the amazing 'Pro' Poulton is going to unmask zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz ( sorry, fell asleep there, this acts faster than Mogadon) and the above quoted post from Snook, food for thought.
Mind you, I've read the quotes several times and the logic escapes me whichever way you look at it, from the point of view of TM or any point of the compass.

What was that quote again from Kate McCann about wanting Goncalo Amaral to feel fear? Surely Poulton/Cristobell wouldn't wish the same on us? Or worse, 'terrified?

If the documentary is aimed at "haters"..Hutton was lamb (first one) sent to the slaughter by her mate. Remember what she said to the very nice man at the Sun....something along the line she was attacking the McCanns...

For the first few years it was aimed at Kate and Gerry McCann, and they could justify their behaviour by claiming their campaign was for justice for a little girl robbed of her life. Though, even then, part of them knew that their odious behaviour was unacceptable to most normal people, so they kept their identities hidden. They keep their identities hidden still, almost to the point of paranoia, the shame of exposure terrifies them, their fear of Sonia's documentary is eating them alive and they have nowhere to go with their anger.

Seriously, the womans off her troika but I believe you're right in thinking that she said more than she ought. She also had this to say in reply to a poster when asked why she declined to publish a comment..

It's my blog, I will publish what I want, but meanwhile I will point out yet again how ridiculous you are that you believe you can tell me what I can do, say or publish.

But those are very serious allegations ! It's one thing criticizing you for your theory or style, but another thing being very personal and vindictive in her attacks on you.
Her malevolent and recalcitrant behavior of posting lies and tripe is a clear sign her concern is no longer about Madeleine. Madeleine a convenient excuse for her blog of drivels.

Having mental health problem (as she claimed) is beside the point. That is sadly unfortunate and it's her personal business. Should never be a reason to excuse her petulant/malevolent behavior, or be a reason why people must handle her differently. She can't have it both ways. Either she is loony and to be regarded as such thus not to be taken seriously, or she isn't and therefore no reason why she should expect people to be reticent or mindful where critiquing/questioning her malevolent behavior is concerned.

Her oft-seen contemptuous and condescending attitude towards fellow members who dared critique or question her is legendary. An-other sign she's hiding behind 'right to freedom of expression' (abusing it) and her 'mental conditions' (exploiting it) to manifest her fascism. Every one (irrespective) simply has to zip it up when CB is on her destruction mission. If that is not spectacular own goal I don't know what is ?

Maybe not an act of goading, as such.

But I think what it illustrates is that the constant attacks and queries about CMOMM, the Madeleine Foundation and me have become a kind of warfare, being waged by people like Rosalinda Hutton and Chris Roberts - a kind of war of attrition, or guerrilla war, which they hope will wear down their perceived enemies and degrade their will to carry on seeking the truth about what really happened to Madeleine McCann.

They are almost consumed by this war of hatred. But they may have underestimated their chosen targets.

Hutton is referring to the last two paragraphs of the Madeleine Foundation constitution, which she has obviously researched. And due credit to her for the exhaustive lengths she, Poulton and Chris Roberts are going to in an attempt to expose alleged flaws or frauds - the funds of the Madeleine Foundation, whether or not I am lying about paying Carter-Ruck, etc. etc. You have to hand it to them, they work hard and incessantly at what they do.

I assume that Hutton has posted yet another blog article in which she has queried in effect: 'What has happened to the Madeleine Foundation's funds?'

She has assumed that the Madeleine Foundation is no longer in existence and has been wound up.

Her assumption is false.

The current committee of the Madeleine Foundation are happy for me to say that MF is still very much in existence, and active, with funds in the bank of just over £400. So it hasn't been wound up. If it ever is, I would trust the present Directors to pay any outstanding funds as directed by the Constitution.

Hutton, perhaps you will now tell your readers the truth about this issue. You'll have to bash us with something else now, won't you?

Name

1. The Madeleine Foundation shall be an unincorporated association.

Aims and Objects

2. The aims and objects of The Madeleine Foundation shall be:

a) to make every effort to ensure that Kate and Gerry McCann are prosecuted for their admitted abandoning of their children six nights in a row in Praia da Luz
b) to change the law in whatever way is needed in order to send out a clear message to all parents that leaving young children on their own is never acceptable, and to strive for the adoption of a ‘Madeleine’s Law’ with its key message: “Never leave young children on their own”
c) to pursue - in conjunction with others - the truth about Madeleine McCann’s disappearance on 3 May 2007, and in particular to encourage Kate and Gerry McCann and the friends who were with them in Praia da Luz to tell the truth about Madeleine’s disappearance
d) to investigate the facts behind the extent of British government involvement in this case and the reasons for it
e) to ensure that the media, in particular the British media, report this case accurately and give due weight to the opinions of so many of the general public that the McCanns are withholding the truth about Madeleine’s disappearance
f) to demand a full-scale investigation by the relevant authorities into the activities of the Find Madeleine Fund private trust and to encourage the trustees of that fund to give full particulars about its income and expenditure to the public who have donated so generously to it with the express purpose of finding Madeleine
g) to generally promote the welfare of children, in particular by ensuring that parents are aware of the psychological needs of their children and ensuring that the relevant authorities take appropriate action to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.

Co-operation with others

3. To co-operate with all other organisations and individuals, both official and private, who share all or most of our objectives and have a genuine commitment to establish the truth about Madeleine’s disappearance.

Powers

4. The Madeleine Foundation shall for the purpose of advancing its aims and objects have all such powers as its Board of Directors or its General Meetings shall from time to time decide. See also Paragraph 16.

Membership

5. (a) Membership shall be open to all those aged 16 or over who support the aims and objects of The Madeleine Foundation as set out in Paragraph 2 above.
(b) Membership shall be open to anyone in the world wherever they live

Power to refuse or terminate membership

6. The Board of Directors shall have power to decline membership to an individual without giving a reason, and shall have the power to withdraw a person’s membership for conduct which brings or tends to bring The Madeleine Foundation into disrepute. A person whose membership is withdrawn shall have the right of appeal to the Board of Directors.

Membership fees

(a) The initial membership fee shall be £____ , which shall entitle the member to membership of The Madeleine Foundation until further notice.
(b) membership fees shall be determined from time to time by the Board of Directors

8. The Board of Directors reserves the right, however, to call on members for further membership fees should that prove necessary.

The Board of Directors

9. The members shall at their first meeting elect a Board of Directors of at least four and no more than twelve members to run The Madeleine Foundation.

10. At each Annual General Meeting, a Board of Directors of up to twelve members shall be elected. Postal or e-mail voting will be accepted in the case of those who for whatever reason who are unable to attend the Annual General Meeting.

11. The Board of Directors shall have the power to co-opt up to four additional members of the board, with full voting powers, whose terms of office will last until the next Annual General Meeting.

12. The Board of Directors shall appoint from within their number the following officers:

a) Chairman
b) Vice-Chairman
c) Secretary
d) Treasurer
e) Minutes Secretary
f) Media Relations Officer
g) Webmaster

13. The Board of Directors shall have the following powers:

to replace any officer or member of the Board of Directors if the post or position becomes vacant for whatever reason

to dismiss an officer or member of the Board of Directors for conduct which brings or tends to bring The Madeleine Foundation into disrepute

to co-opt up to four additional members to the Board, with full voting powers, whose terms of office will last until the next Annual General Meeting.

14. The quorum for the Board of Directors shall be three members.

15. Decisions of the Board of Directors will be by majority vote, with the Chairman, or acting Chairman, of the Board having a casting vote, which s/he must exercise in favour of the status quo where applicable.

16. The Board of Directors shall have the power to pay expenses, employ staff, open bank or building society accounts, buy or rent accommodation, appoint trustees and form sub-committees.

Annual and Special General Meetings

17. (a) the first Annual General Meeting shall be held on or before 31 January 2009
(b) Annual General Meetings shall be held annually thereafter.
(c) the date of the Annual General Meeting shall be decided by the Board of Directors
(d) the Secretary of the Board shall give all members at least 21 days’ notice of the time and place of the Annual General Meeting.

18. Any member may move any resolution at the Annual or at a Special General Meeting. Priority shall be given to those who submit resolutions at least 21 days in advance of an Annual or Special General Meeting.

19. The Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Media Relations Officer and Webmaster shall present reports at the Annual General Meeting.

20. One tenth of the membership, or the Board of Directors, may requisition a Special General Meeting, giving the reason they wish to hold such a meeting, again giving 21 days’ notice (in the case of one tenth of the membership, such notice to be given to the Secretary).

21. All decisions at General Meetings, including any motion to amend this Constitution, shall be by simple majority vote, with the Chairman or acting Chairman of the Meeting having a casting vote which s/he must exercise in favour of the status quo where appropriate.

Dissolution

22. The Madeleine Foundation may only be dissolved following the proper calling of a Special General Meeting for that purpose.

23. Should The Madeleine Foundation be dissolved for whatever reason, the Board of Directors shall pay any remaining funds into any other organisation which is actively and successfully working for the better care of children by their parents.

When I looked at the article supplied and had seen Mr. Bennett's name at the bottom, I thought that I had been duped, but it was only when I had read the article "properly for the first time" and the Madeleine foundation's commitment, was in fact/sought to find the truth of what actually happened to Madeleine McCann in Portugal 3 May 2007, was a source of relief, especially where SP, RH are concerned.
I had no inkling of the Madeleine foundation and at first thought it involved the Official Madeleine McCann fund set up by the parents, special legal team after their daughter's disappearance from apartment 5a Ocean Club apartments.
Perhaps the fund should have been named as "Alternative" so as to determine the causes. Sorry if I am wrong on this issue?

Sadly, it's no longer about a harmless spat between the two individuals TB and CB.

CB has taken it beyond that by her malicious lies.

She could not understand how the pros can turn against her but at the same time see TB as the victim of hers. She plain refuses to believe the pros are taking the side of right principles and not persons, and that wrong is wrong no matter who perpetuates it. She therefore came to the conclusion that TB must be a plant and is actually a pro and she even expands her allegations to all sorts she can conjure up.

She is a just a very dim person, even though she made up all sorts of attributes and qualifications about herself. Someone boasting it instead of proving it speaks volume about their intellect.

I thought Hutton was bragging about being the 'chosen one' within minutes but I'm blowed if I could find anything to confirm - still can't get to grips with this twitter thing, it's all Greek to me. Rosalinda Cristobell-Hutton was published in the Sun on 21st January. Speedy work eh? Judging by the exchange of tweets and mutual re-tweeting prior to that date, the pair were already working in tandem which indicates to me that Hutton was a pre-arranged volunteer.

For someone who brags she has so many accomplishments and qualifications to be unable to hold down jobs and be reduced to writing tripe and lies on blog...something is definitely not right.

On numerous occasions she has bragged about regularly being sacked because of her rebellious nature and penchant for causing trouble - just for the fun of it apparently!

Can't disagree with the self evaluation but it doesn't quite accord with the declared CV does it.
