So Sonia Poulton has broken her Twitter silence at last - and has spoken.

She has used her speech on Twitter to use the words of former member here 'The Slave' to attack this ever-popular forum as 'a cesspit' - quoting 'Blacksmith's identical set of references to us, using the very same word.

Apart from that, there's not much, except that she says she was a bit 'naive' to promise making a documentary nearly a year ago that, well, she hasn't made yet.

I can only grab a picture of her post, maybe someone else (if they want to) can bring us a more readable version of it.

Apart from that, I offer no further comment. This post is to let Sonia Poulton speak for herself:

That's not naivety, it's tantamount to brazen effrontery - or, if you prefer, crass stupidity with a copious dash of conceit.

Reading between the lines, this latest statement would appear to be a precursor to total abandonment of the project, without (hopefully) losing face. Still no doubt the faithful will be taken in hook line and sinker, it is after all but a phishing trip isn't it?

Wonder what she's been focusing on to necessitate a long absence from twitter - the mirror?

NB: I note the B'smith ( offtopic

) is wiping the slate clean. Disassociating for some reason?

SP says her documentary started because of Brenda Leyland which was wrong.

Then says she's doorstepped 4 people for the documentary.

Why is her doorstepping not wrong then?

What if her doorstepping causes someone to be tipped over the edge?

I've seen this same attitude in the past, outrage about the possible reason for Brenda Leylands death and by the same token condoning the hounding/stalking/doorstepping of McCann supporters. Gross hypocrisy!

What a waste of time and effort is one forum/website slagging off another! If you don't like the arguments, put up your own counter arguments, or leave the website alone! The ability to argue in words online without getting stupidly abusive is obviously declining fast.

As for La Poulton and others using the word 'cesspit' about this site it, is 'ludicrous'... Now where have I heard that word before? Oh yes... better say 'ridiculous'. In what way a 'cesspit'? Whatever can be meant? La Poulton is not all that hot on the meaning words, though. She has obviously never lived in a rural area and seen an open cesspit... Perhaps she doesn't know what one is.

Don't anyone come back and tell me her use is metaphorical... There has to be a suitability and a clear close match for effective use of imagery!

Sonia,knows what a cesspit is she writes for the proprietor/owner of one and paid by them no doubt to peddle their train of thought towards the Truth?
Anyone doubting a cover up, take a look at the Daniel Morgan,Murder 10 March 1987 and the henchmen cronies connected to Rupert's clan, not forgetting the Hills Borough tragedy, which they tried to cover up Police involvement and Stephen Lawrence Murder,seconding under cover Police to spy on an innocent Lawrence Family?

Ha ha. Cesspit? What Ms Poulton is really complaining about IMNSHO is that people on this forum question her motives and her competence. I think that if you put yourself about online claiming to be a journalist, and film maker, and are being touted around as 'Sky's Social commentator' you must expect your writings, and your statements in interviews, your qualifications and a whole lot else claimed by you about yourself to be closely examined by others. This is especially true if you say you are making a revelatory film about the McCann case that will surprise everyone, and if that film's launching is ever delayed.

Me? A couple of video clips of her 'debating' with highly qualified and experienced medical researchers was enough!

A side issue... She has the gall to run down 'national treasure' Katie Hopkins who self consciously creates an outrageous persona expressing extreme views on social issues mostly for effect, and to throw a cat amongst the pigeons of what she might describe as the 'liberal elite'. (Hopkins, unlike A.N.Other is not a bear of little brain. She can also stand the heat. She does not need to get out of the kitchen. She expects to be criticised. It rolls off her.) I think Sonia, a woman of immense self-belief but apparently limited insight, would really like to be a celeb of the faux royalty type, like a couple of others I could mention, who are above criticism.

I have read everything I could that she has written about herself. I have listened to more than enough footage of her dotty unscientific views, whether on nutrition, medicine or what-have-you. I shall not give credence to any film made by her, though I might be amused to watch it.

Does that make it ok?

What I have changed though, is reference to the proper journalist, Jenny Kleeman, from the title of this section of the forum. I wouldn't want to tar them both with the same brush.
