The main story is bad enough, but just look at what is being considered as Perverting the Course of Justice

before changing his evidence H had seen an account of W's testimony .

Now think Gerry and Kate's and the entire Tapas group's statements and subsequent changes, the impact of photos - curtains trapped behind bed, not whooshing - telephone logs deleted, It is all there. and according to this is capable of amounting to Pervert the Course.

Have they perverted the course of justice?

What if, for example, those two e-fits were NOT drawn up by the Smiths, what if they are NOT of the same man, and what if DCI Andy Redwood and the Met Police LIED about this in their recent FoIAct answers? >>>>

Another case, reported in my local rag, of a young man who entered a police van alive and breathing, but who "fell unconscious" in the back of the van, and subsequently died. I predict yet another whitewash. This was in a quiet commuter town in West Sussex.

well indeed, but with Grange it is a question of IF, and ONLY IF

With the McCanns Gerry admits in his second statement that his first one was false. "Contrary to what he said in his first . . ."
Kate admits - by implication - in all her TV interviews and Whooshing curtain scenarios that her first statement - curtains WIDE OPEN - was false.
She is also contradicted by the photographic evidence of the curtains jammed tight behind the bed and the chair
The entire group colluded, and admit doing so, in the preparation of all three timelines, and alter crucial parts to arrive at the third version
Kate admits that Gerry was giving her tactile signals during the making of her statement
The entire group admit that they had a 'secret' meeting in Rothley BEFORE their Rogatory interviews
Some of them admit during their Rogatories that they have had sight of their partner's statements.

Not a lot of wriggle room there.
