AAAAGGHHH!

Surely, surely the Portuguese can see what's happening. Perhaps they'll insist - like the searches - that any analysis will be done under their control by their officials with SY merely observers.

That way, SY also foot the bill.

Problem is, that way the British may not get the results 'they want' nor control over the samples. In my opinion.

Hmm. Also looking like the Portuguese weren't intending to conduct their own tests after all. Damn.
