VIDEOS WHOOSHED

It seems a number of important videos have been whooshed from You Tube.
They include the infamous one where Gerry says they didnt think they would get into the Tapas bar that night - despite all the statements saying there was a block booking and Kate's infamous book reinforcing that fact with the guff about the bookings diary lying open at the page indicating they were intending to abandon the children in an unlocked apartment every night - (did we ever discover that page in the exhibits, or the language in which it was allegedly written ?)
So it is not surprising it has gone.

Total gibberish as usual, and nonsense to boot, when you consider that they were not in contact with the rest of the group until they all assembled at the Tapas bar. So "WE almost thought about not going" is utterly ludicrous.
BUT
Who has whooshed them ?
Why - is fairly obvious - and may provide the answer to the previous question
Is concealing and / or destroying evidence like this capable of amounting to Conspiracy to Pervert the Course of Justice ?

You Tube must know who took it down, or on whose instructions it was deleted.
Does anyone out there have a copy, other than merely the URL for youtube, or has that particular clip been incorporated into another video, by HiDeHo, for example.

Help needed.
Perhaps we can make a list of Whooshed items, and examine the pattern

The transcript is certainly backed up.
I would guess that a decent backup search engine might still find them.
Or that somewhere there is someone who downloads videos, rather then viewing them on line, as most of us have been doing.
HiDeHo for example must make a proper copy of all the ones to be used before they are cut and pasted into the compilations.
I doubt you could do that with them all open and on line.
So it may all have been a waste of time and of the "Fund's" funds.

The videos are vital. Without Gerry's behaviour and facial expression when he interrupts Kate with this nonsense text [*] it doesn't have the same bearing.

NO Pamalam had trouble with the name so she has renamed it should be up and running today.

The new site name had to be changed the notdeleted words in the website name have caused problems.

It will take a while to upload the site, so a few problems will happen along the way.

It will be at least 24 hours for the site to show up on line

Up to about two years ago I used to be in the habit of downloading videos from youtube. Unfortunately I never downloaded any relating to the Madeleine case.

This incident has me thinking I should start downloading stuff again. Will they then start targeting our computers?

I don't get it.
EVERYTHING the McCanns have ever said has been saved and stored.
ALL TV interviews, videos, statements.............EVERYTHING.
I have 6 discs full of them.
Copies are stored in at least 30 different places.

I repeat, WHAT is the point of WHOOSHING anything that has already been 'saved'?

Do the Mcs seriously think that if the videos are not 'available' then what was on those videos didn't 'happen'?

FRUIT and LOOPS spring to mind!

After downloading just copy it to a disc, memory stick, portable storage drive etc.
How they gonna target those?
I will make up a time capsule and bury it.
Then the McS can start a new 'fund' to pay for metal detectors to 'search' for it.
And i think i'll bury it in PDL, Portugal.
At least then the McCanns might actually return to 'search' those lawless villages where i might have put it!
Who knows, they might even spot their daughter joining in the seach for the capsule!

If you have copies, there is nothing to stop you / us re-loading them onto You Tube ourselves is there ?
We have the technology to load them direct onto this site, and then to see what happens
It is good to see that so many people have made copies, or as Philomena might say "Dreadful that so many people are so mis-trusting as to think it might be necessary.

Ah, but that's where you are wrong!
I can leave them all alone, in an unlocked apartment because i have purchased a pair of special X-Ray glasses from the McS online store.
These special glasses let you see through the solid walls of an apartment building, giving you 'a clear line of sight of the discs' left alone on a bed.
Even at NIGHT!
And you can use them from any McMetres distance you like!
The only trouble is that the glasses frame only comes in one colour.....................BULLSHIT BROWN!
But what a bargain!
Only 3 zillion £'s a pair!

Interesting point.
Perhaps we should do a trial.
Open a thread about a particular video and count how long it takes to be whooshed.

It does, however point firmly to one conclusion
Someone (some-two ?) somewhere, is seriously worried.
I wonder if Grange follow "whooshings" as a potential Abduction of evidence ?
Perhaps we should start talking about Abduction of evidence, abductions of clues .. .

Just a thought...I assume the 'whooshing' is probably a method of stopping potentially incriminating 'evidence' from being seen by people who have not yet seen it but it could serve as really valuable information.

Could we make a list of what has ever been whooshed as maybe the whooshing would provide a very pertinent list of exactly what they don't want to be known...might it be a good way of at last, finally finding out the truth? pray2

all of the tv channels, papers, radios magazines kepted all of the niews and interviews to the McCanns, even if they were Carter Rucked. The story sounded strange right from the begin.

I recently discovered a VERY SIMPLE way of saving a youtube video.
Simply pause the video - then put your cursor up to the address bar ([You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Place your cursor just after the first fullstop (between the www and the y of youtube) and left-click once.
You should now see a flashing cursor embedded in the address. (If any part of the address is highlighted in blue just click again until nothing is highlighted).
Type (insert) ss into the address and hit enter.
You will now be taken to a website called savefrom.net and, towards the right of the page under 'Download links' you get a choice of available download formats.
Make your choice and click.

On my most-used PC running XP, the video is then stored/saved in my 'downloads' folder from where I can move it to wherever I want to file it!

Hope this helps anyone - it's quite simple and fast!

Also you can download any youtube video using Realplayer I think. I downloaded Realplayer on my laptop and now everytime I watch a youtube video a little download button pops up above the video

I also loved in that video the close forensic examination of the shutter, unjemmied, unbroken etc and very clear evidence of an extremely diligent police force carrying out their investigations properly!

But oh dear Aunty Phil gets me everytime...still can't believe that she is actually a teacher, she comes across, almost like an uneducated yob in most of her interviews..(and who could every forget her "lassie" comments)
