Come come: nice, childloving people, as witnessed by their showing a picture of a half naked child titled black and blue: they want to raise our awareness of little children being bludgeoned black&blue, who (these children) then are kindly invited to stand up and pose for an artist of sorts, who then draws their picture for the Missing Childrens benefit gala to display and sell.

Bludgeoned child being sold to raise money for one-man charity, just these days looking for a PA to that one man, which PA is to be paid to the tune of 30.000 a year.

A lot of money.

Maybe this PA has to look at a lot of bludgeoned missing people while she's at it?

Who are the people behind Missing People? Who are their governors, board members or whatever they call themselves? Who makes their decisions and who are they accountable to ? Of course I will now need to research on-line to find out. How many ordinary subcsribers will take the time to do that? Charity imo is now in danger of becoming a dirty word.

If MP are as blatant and brazen as this, then it is the middle finger to society. It is another aspect of a new order being foisted on us. I can't believe what I'm seeing. That Natasha Law image is incredibly disturbing. It shows a very young girl, in a submissive pose, shoulders slumped in misery, and wearing next to nothing. Who the heck would want that in their house? Why on earth would a charity that is supposed to be fighting for missing, vulnerable people condone such an image? It's sick

Call me old-fashioned. I know that times have changed, also with regard to evening dress [in "my" time, it was important to know whether the occasion requested a knee-length strepless "cocktail" dress or a full-length "gala" dress], but a blue dress above the 45-year-old knees combined with black panties and boots ... Pity! Are there any photos of other guests at this gala?

I thought the same! The dress is Monsoon btw. Noticed it a few weeks ago hanging forlornly on the rail - in that respect it has remained much the same on the wearer. Hell, I scrub up better than that for a pub meal.

I suspect this is someone who has given up.

I feel like I am living in a parallel universe. I found the sample drawing of the young girl nauseating , the fact that the proposed lot was to be entitled 'Blue Black' breathtakingly crass. Such incredibly inappropriate lots for the auction. Can you imagine the press furore if this were a primary school auction ?Where is the quality control here? I'm sick to death of our 'Emperor's New Clothes' culture. Some things are just wrong. IMO. Which obviously counts for nothing...Yes .. WHO went?

I woke in the night and the same thoughts ran through my mind. I can almost believe in David Icke's lizards at times like this! It would explain an awful lot and I really do mean "an awful lot" I lay awake and conjured up the faces of people who are ordinary and nice, kind and helpful.
