If Judge Tugendhat is a wise and fair judge, he will throw this ridiculous application by the McCanns against Mr Bennett out immediately! The McCanns have wasted enough taxpayers money and enormous donations to "the Fund" on suppressing opinions, when it is their reprehensible actions on that fateful holiday that caused the catastrophe that befell their child. This recent stunt of theirs is yet another blatant example of their bullying narcissism. Hope this Judge will turn out as wise as the 3 wise judges.
I hope he will overturn mccanns' impositions on Tony, and rescind the undertakings in entirety as that was a breach against TB's human right.
