According to the Telephone Directory in Braunschweig there is only one Person matching Ralf H, and he is not 56 Years old.
The Braunschweiger Zeitung lists may Police Missions today under its Bluelight section.
This is not one of them!

New Madeleine McCann suspect's house raided by armed police 17 years after disappearance
Armed police stormed a German home searching for a man who could have information on the mysterious disappearance of young Madeleine McCann.

Police have stormed a home in Germany searching for a man who could have information about Madeleine McCann's disappearance, 17 years after the incident.
Armed police in Germany have been spotted at an allotment hunting for a man said to have connections to paedophile and top Maddie suspect Christian Brueckner. They descended on the small house on the Kennelblick allotment in Braunschweig, Lower Saxony last week.
It’s reported that officers spent an hour outside the property owned by a man named as Ralph H - a 56-year-old is alleged to have worked closely with Brueckner.
The Sun reports up to 10 armed police officers in riot gear were seen outside Ralph H's home in the community garden - and neighbours described the scene as “frightening”.
Brueckner is a prime suspect in Madeleine's disappearance in Portugal in May 2007 and both men rented neighbouring allotment homes on the site - and Brueckner allegedly grew and sold marijuana together.
One source told The Sun: “We must find him to ask him about missing Madeleine McCann.
“He's not at home, he doesn't answer the phone, he's apparently disappeared.'
Prosecutor Hans Christian Wolters said: “He's a neighbour who could be interesting to talk to, but we can't give out any details on operative matters,” reports MailOnline. The publication contacted Mr Wolters for comment. He said: “We do not comment on possible witnesses or other details regarding the investigation into the Maddie case.”
Ralph is reported to have said of Brueckner: “I know exactly the sort of crimes he got up to and what he did on the dark web.”
Police did not have a search warrant so weren’t able to enter the house that has a high level of security.
Brueckner is currently behind bars after being convicted of raping a 72-year-old American woman in the Algarve in 2005.
The horrifying incident took place just a few miles from where Madeleine disappeared two years later.
He is currently on trial in Braunschweig for three rapes and two sexual assaults alleged to have been carried in Portugal between 2000 to 2017 and the case is set to continue tomorrow.
Brueckner has repeatedly denied any involvement in Maddie’s disappearance.
His lawyer Mr Fulscher said: “The greatest challenge for the court in these proceedings will be to free itself from these ulterior motives when investigating the procedural truth and assessing the evidence with regard to the accusations levelled.”
We'll be bringing you the very latest updates, pictures and video on this breaking news story.

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
HCW confirms it is 'Fake News'!
The "Sun" report definitely has it all.
The tabloid also quotes the Braunschweig public prosecutor Hans Christian Wolters: "He's a neighbour who might be interesting to talk to," he is said to have told the Sun.
When asked by News38, the whole thing sounded somewhat different. Wolters emphasised that he had not said that to the Sun.
As always, the Braunschweig public prosecutor's office does not comment on its investigations into the Maddie case, Wolters said. But he added: "Irrespective of this, I am not aware of any operation. I can rule out the possibility that there are currently any high-profile operations in the Maddie case.

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13196467/Madeleine-McCann-suspect-Christian-Brueckner-returns-court.html
Under cross examination from Brueckner's lawyer Friedrich Fulscher, Post said he had given media interviews on his relationship with the man German police say is the 'prime suspect' for 'snatching and murdering Madeleine.'
But he added: 'I didn't say it was him but I can indeed say that I think it could be him but these are assumptions based on no evidence.'

Precisely. In a nutshell. The entire case is summed up. I hope Clarke was in court and can write this up in the OP.

Braunschweig - Day four in the trial against Christian Brückner (47), and again there was a ruckus. Now the prosecutors are back at it!
The two prosecutors responded to motions from the defence, and made serious accusations against the lawyers of the man who allegedly abducted and murdered little Maddie McCann (then 3) in 2007.
Defence lawyer Dr Friedrich Fülscher (39) had requested that two texts written by the accused and found on a USB stick during a search in 2016 not be admitted as evidence. The reason for the search has alledgedly been faked in order to find evidence in the Inga case.
In addition, the files had only been created four days after the USB stick was seized.
According to senior public prosecutor Vanessa Beyse, the search was necessary: There had been a stench of decay on the defendant's property. The police officers did not know whether they would find human or animal remains.
In fact, they dug up Brückner's dead dog - and a Lidl bag with data carriers containing child pornography and the controversial texts. "Undoubtedly pure coincidence," says Beyse.
The public prosecutor's office requested that all motions by defence lawyers Dr Fülscher (r.) and Prof. Bock (l.) be rejected.
The accusation that the text file was only created after the seizure really got the prosecutor annoyed.
The defence "seriously believes that some officer had invented the story after the seizure and stored it on the USB stick".
In fact, Brückner had already had the text, in which a first-person narrator describes how he abducted his mother and daughter and abused them in the most disgusting way, in his email inbox years earlier. The defence's accusation is a "deliberately defamatory and slanderous allegation against state investigating authorities".
For his part, Brückner's defence lawyer Dr Friedrich Fülscher (39) rejected the accusation that he had accused police officers of having written the text. He was concerned with the date the file was created, not the text itself.
There was also an explosive response to a second motion by the defence.
The defence wanted to hear an expert witness who questioned an expert opinion from 2019.
In it, a hair on the bed of the raped American Diana M. (then 72) was attributed to the defendant, which earned him seven years in prison. The public prosecutor refused to question the witness - and quoted from the testimony of an ex-con who was in prison with Brückner. He claimed that Brückner had bragged in prison about two rapes he had committed in Portugal. One of them was a woman aged around 70.
The prosecutors also rejected two further motions by the defence.
An ex-BKA officer who claims to have bugged Brückner's cell and Senior Public Prosecutor Beyse herself were not to be heard as witnesses, according to Public Prosecutor Ute Lindemann. Both matters had nothing to do with the current trial - but with the investigations into the Maddie case. With the motion, the defence "only wants to find out whether there were investigative measures in other proceedings, the results of which the defence would like to know", said public prosecutor Ute Lindemann.
The court must now decide on the motions. The trial will continue on 3 April and should last until the end of June. As a precautionary measure, Judge Uta Inse Engemann asked all parties involved to name available dates by the end of October.

So how then did Brückners Email Text from Years earlier get put on a USB Stick four days AFTER it was dug out of the Dogs grave?

Braunschweig.
The case surrounding the disappearance of Madeleine "Maddie" McCann is currently causing a stir again. While the main suspect Christian B. is currently on trial for other sexual offences, it is said that an important witness has now emerged in the Maddie case. A house has even been surrounded by the police. This was reported by the British newspaper The Sun, among others, and German media jumped on the bandwagon.
RegionalHeute.de enquired with the Braunschweig public prosecutor's office. Senior public prosecutor Hans Christian Wolters, who is in charge of the case, was unable to confirm the rumours, however.
According to him, there are currently no searches or similar measures in connection with the Maddie case. He had only just spoken to the police investigating the case shortly before we made the phone call. He was not aware of any such operation. He also could not explain where the statements in the media had come from. However, the issue would continue to cause great emotion, especially in England. As usual, the public prosecutor's office does not comment on details relating to the investigation into the Maddie case.

Video here: https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/26790269/germany-fbi-madeleine-mccann-christian-brueckner-van-clues/
A VAN uncovered by The Sun is being probed by the German FBI for child-snatching links to Madeleine McCann suspect Christian Brueckner.
The BKA is bidding to trace the white Mercedes Sprinter we revealed parked at the sicko’s woodland lair after Maddie vanished.
Brueckner is believed to have had a white Mercedes van in Portugal at the time the tot was abducted, in 2007 - although it is not clear if the vehicles are one and the same.
Feds want to examine the Mercedes - shown to have belonged to the convicted paedophile - amid hopes it could still contain DNA or crucial clues.
An employee at the garage which took the van when Brueckner was finished with it said: “We cleaned it and repaired it but it wouldn’t have been wiped of all DNA.
“There could still be hairs and other traces of anyone who was kept inside.
“Due to data protection issues we cannot give you exact dates or further details of the client.”
An official request has been made to the Rosier dealership in Braunschweig, which leased the van to Brueckner between 2014 and 2015.
“We are onto this now and appreciate the tip,” said a BKA source. “We are getting in touch with the Rosier garage today.”
Prosecutor Hans Christian Wolters said: “I know that the white Sprinter information has been passed on to the BKA."
As well as any links to Maddie, it is now thought Brueckner owned the vehicle at the time German Maddie, Inga Gehricke, vanished in forest in Saxony-Anhalt, in 2015.
Brueckner was initially looked at in connection with the disappearance in 2016 and 2020 - after he had an accident an hour away before the case was dropped.
Little Inga Gehricke vanished on May 2, 2015, from a family picnic in a wooded area of Wilhelmshof.
Like Maddie - who went missing in 2007 - she disappeared leaving almost no clues, sparking the largest missing persons search in German history.
The only clue was the sighting of a ‘white Sprinter van’ driving down a track through woods at the exact time.
The case however, remains open and he hasn’t been officially discounted.
At the time of her disappearance, Brueckner, 47, was living on and off at his derelict factory in Neuwegersleben, just 90 kilometres away.
He was unable to give an alibi for the day and the day before he had an accident in nearby Helmstedt, just an hour away.
A friend of Brueckner’s told the Sun: “He drove around Europe with it and even took a girlfriend to Portugal and Spain with it.
“I went in it a few times with him, even to the box factory, and he used it all the time to move his stolen goods around.”
Brueckner was known to store vehicles at the factory in Neuwegersleben.
He bought the lot in former communist East Germany in 2010 and is believed to have also lived in a trailer there.
A 2016 police search uncovered disturbing images and videos on memory cards in a Lidl plastic bag there beneath the corpse of one of his dogs.
Clothing including swimwear in children’s sizes were also found.
Multiple sources confirmed at least two other vehicles had come back from Portugal with Brueckner.
The owner of the scrapyard, who did not want to be named, previously told The Sun on Sunday: “German law requires that you keep all records for at least ten years.
“But the thing is, none of the police divisions came round to ask us anything, which you could say is surprising.”
Brueckner is in jail in Germany for rape and also now on trial for other rape and child abuse charges which have emerged as part of the Madeleine investigation.
He denies any involvement in Madeleine’s disappearance.

Why on earth would a garage employee say this?
“We cleaned it and repaired it but it wouldn’t have been wiped of all DNA.
“There could still be hairs and other traces of anyone who was kept inside.

Auto Haus Rosier has only been Registered as a Business in Braunschweig since the 01.10.2015. They first moved there from another location in February 2016.
Brückner rented the Blue roofed Hut in the Kennelblick Allotment from Oct 2013-April 2016.
So it would have been impossible to sell him a Van in 2006 to drive to Portugal in.
