When is a troll not a troll? The fore and the after..

A troll is a being in Scandinavian folklore, including Norse mythology. In Old Norse sources, beings described as trolls dwell in isolated rocks, mountains, or caves, live together in small family units, and are rarely helpful to human beings.

In later Scandinavian folklore, trolls became beings in their own right, where they live far from human habitation, are not Christianized, and are considered dangerous to human beings. Depending on the source, their appearance varies greatly; trolls may be ugly and slow-witted, or look and behave exactly like human beings, with no particularly grotesque characteristic about them.

If you think you are a troll or you show symptoms of trollerie or think you have the characteristics of a Norse myth - call your nearest helpline now, before it's too late.

You know it makes sense.

Question: How can anyone who expresses an opinion about a work of fiction or any other subject matter, fit in with any of the above?

Answer:

A word with mythological origins grossly overused and overrated - doesn't mean a thing in the real world.

Poor Jon sees HIMSELF as a victim because people are questioning his book that victimises Bruckner, for whom there is no evidence of what he's being accused of.

I shouldn't be surprised to learn Jon Clarke is trolling himself.

People, like me, would buy the book just to see what the notoriety is all about.

The same tactic adopted by the McCanns - no such thing as bad publicity! Publicity attracts attention whatever.

Careful Jon, you did get to Luz in record time and you admit that you were outside, inside, around - whatever, the McCann's apartment. Plus, you had a telephone call - you could well be the next victim.

Wouldn't it be a terrible egg-on-face moment if it transpires the review was written by Jon Clarke himself to justify his chapter about trolling?

Did Jon speak to Bjorn R after he visited the Neuwegersleben site?
Bjorn obviously never told him the painted circles with crosses were there when he first took Spiegel TV in there last year. So definitely not recently painted after the last Police search.

Does ‘Juan’ the Gardener/ Handyman at Tunnels restaurant in Alcossebre exist? Who is his friend ‘Jorge’? Or the German expat that lives nearby who knows them?

Is that the Tunnels restaurant at Alcossebre which Madeleine was seen coming OUT of, at 11am, but which doesn't OPEN until 11 am ?
The one she was seen coming out of and getting into the car – with no adults mentioned in the piece –  NOT Being carried by a swarthy man with dreadlocks,  kicking and screaming for her mother, to be locked in the vehicle !

Yes, the one that has had Video surveillance in the Car park since 2002, which ‘Juan’ asked the owner to give to the PJ at the time.

Even though he photographed the Vehicle himself. Twice.

The one with the tiny car park that gave the Witness an unimpeded view for 15 minutes. So small in fact, that the Witness could hear the Suspect talking in English on his Cellphone.

The German owner of the Vehicle B-MS 1049 was traced and has a daughter who could be mistaken for Madeleine McCann.

The caller (informant) was updated. So why did he not tell Jon Clarke, or his two reporters that two weeks after the story broke?

Why didn't Jon Clarke-Kent, Supersleuth read the PJ files for himself during his tireless research

He was too busy on his harrowing journey all around Europe.

I have just edited my Amazon review to add –


"The more people research Clarke’s ‘research’, the more holes we find.
He frankly admits that he set up the dreadful libel scandal against Nicole Kidman and Jude Law, and bought his house with the ill-gotten gains, – where Kidman donated her substantial libel damages to a charity.
He then confesses, and seems proud of setting up Robert Murat for little other reason that he has a noticeable disability, and no doubt made a lot more money selling that story (Murat was awarded £ 600,000 damages, so gross was the libel and the lies on which it was based)
And then changes the story to suit.
In his paper he says he drove to Braunschweig one evening to “interview friends of Brückner",
In the book he admits he spent the entire evening with a university journalist friend necking lagers.
He spends some pages on an alleged sighting in the east of Spain, apparently unaware that the vehicle and family were traced and eliminated in JUNE 2007.
The documents are in the PJ files, but he would have had to read them, and they do contain facts and evidence, which may be why he didn’t bother.


I will however say this, “The book is worth buying if anyone wants to understand the depths to which Tabloid journalists will descend to make money for themselves as they trample over the rights and privacy of their victims, and wish to see how facts are never allowed to get in the way of a good story”

Jon Clarke – shrivelled up Editor of the Olive Press in Spain is now trembling in his boots! He has failed to get the Rip Off truth reports removed from this site, despite investing thousands with lawyers trying to do so. He even goes so far as to say on this site that he questions the purpose of this site. If that is the case, why did he use this very same site a few months ago to attempt to discredit me and his competitors Michel and Steve Eusden of the Euro Weekly News. The Rip Off Report owners have stuck to their guns and left the truth on the internet for all to see. Good on them. Now it can be revealed that Nigel Goldman has signed a deal with a leading media group in the UK to tell his side of the story. This media group has thoroughly researched everything that has been published by Jon Clarke, and has come to the conclusion (again) that Clarke publishes his articles on the flimiest of evidence, and the bulk of which is lies. Emails (proof to this publication) between Imogen Calderwood and potential suppliers of information contained such lies as ‘why would anyone believe a convicted fraudster – we can publish what we like and he can do f%$k all about it!’ (proof to this publication) You only have to look back to November 2011 when Jon Clarke described Nigel Goldman in the Olive Press as a ‘leading figure of Marbella business’ – a view he seems to have changed rather quickly, no? Why? The victims you have written lies about are ganging up against you now, and soon, when they find your true location, will be coming to pay you a little visit to serve legal documents against you and Luke Stewart Media SL. There is no doubt that this is the reason behind the cancellation of the Beach House luncheon recently. Good on them for not refunding the deposit paid by Clarke for this event which was cancelled at the last minute, despite him begging by email to do so (proof to this publication). If any clients of the Olive Press are still awaiting a refund of the 10 Euro ttickets he pedalled through Pay Pal, may I suggest they turn to Pay Pal or their credit card company and demand a refund as is their right. Mr Jon Clarke, whatever may happen to me for giving poor investment advice for a short period of time, I will ensure that you get 10 times that dished out to you for publishing a string of lies about me and stating that I never replied to your request for interviews when, as you well know, no such interviews were ever requested. I trust you enjoy the media coverage your toe rag ‘newspaper’ and your ‘journalists’, especially Imogen Claderwood and Tom Powell are about to receive courtesy of the UK Press, who until now, you thought you had in your pocket. Your pockets are rapidly becoming less deep.

According to the Olive press’ own publications, this is how the Brückner did it in Alcossebre sightings came about.

The Daily Mail rang Jon to ask him to dig into Brückner roughly two weeks after the story broke. The DM reporter had found Micheal Tatschl on Facebook, and wanted Jon to interview him in Orgiva.

Tatschl had already left Spain, and was back in Austria, so had to be interviewed on Skype. Jon went to Orgiva and asked around the commune based there. 

Jon then sent two reporters to Alcossebre, who spoke to Juan the Gardener, and his friend Jorge. In their reports it states, as in most Sun and Daily Mail reports on the subject, that it was not known what the outcome of the Red Alert and Vehicle checks were.

Clarke ‘digs deeper’ into the Maddie case…

Attempts to fudge the phone call time and the arrival time by saying he had a Subaru Impreza , boy racer, very fast,
but still says 7 or 6:30 for the phone call.   = 0600 or 0530 Portuguese time

He arrived at, say 0945 Portuguese time, and admits a half hour relaxed coffee break. and that he left half an hour after the call
Arriate - PdL is 404km, 250 miles.
He gives himself 3 hours and 15 minutes.   
Average speed therefore of 124 kph, which is more than the maximum on a motorway
or 76 mph, including the track to start with, then the winding road up the gorge, then the Seville ring road.
If we remove the non M-way which amounts to at least 125km, we have 270km of M-way.

So the claim is 125km at average 100 kph, = 1h 15m, plus 30 minutes coffee stop,, which leaves 250km in 2 hrs
average speed 125kph, around 80 mph.
Hmmm. I know the tracks and the winding road up the gorge, and the Seville ring road.
Average speed 100 ?   My personal view is - not convincing.

If we take the 0530 time for the phone call we have to lop another half hour off
which gives us 125k at an average of 100kph and then 250 km in 1H30M,  = 170kph = 110 mph

But NOW says he went unto the apartment up the stairs and "asked to speak to the parents"
Is he in fact now implying that he means the Payne's apartment ?
If so all the mumbled stuff about "I Think they may have said Hi and I think they said XYZ"  might make sense as he was ushered out of the way
by the rest of the Tapas 7 and the Police minders.

But that it NOT what he has said elsewhere,
He has said clearly on several occasions he went into apartment 5A
