Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
How does this fit into the McCann coverup?
Was Brueckner smiling as he leapt through the window carrying Madeleine?
Did Tanners faceless man have a gap in teeth as well as a moustache?
Well, thats the McCanns in the clear then. All their teeth were intact as was evident from the beaming smiles from early May to September 7th 2007

CHILLING EFFECT Madeleine McCann witnesses hiding key evidence as they are ‘terrified’ of prime suspect Christian B, cops believe

COPS searching for Madeleine McCann believe witnesses are sitting on vital information about prime suspect Christian B because they are “terrified” of him.
Prosecutors yesterday admitted they’ve unearthed “no smoking gun” during their investigation into the jailed German paedophile.
Germanman e-fit
But as fears grow nothing will ever come of the investigation into the 43-year-old, the Sun Online can reveal how officers remain convinced people are holding back key evidence .
A source close to the Maddie investigation told The Sun Online: “Many of the people who have bravely come forward to pass on information about Christian B have made clear how difficult a decision it was to speak out.
“The reality is that he is an evil man who terrified many of the people who he has come across in his life .
“But detectives are convinced there are people out there - potentially other criminals themselves who know the truth but who are too scared to speak out .
“German police will continue to try and reach out to those people as they are determined to prove what they are sure of - that Christian B was involved in Maddie’s disappearance .”
Helge Busching was the key witness in Christian B's rape trial in Braunschweig, Germany, last December.
Last week it was revealed Busching had given Christian B's name to Scotland Yard but it was not clear why he waited so long before doing so.

Manfred Seyferth, 64, believes Christian, 43, is guilty of abducting Madeleine .
Reflecting on their life of crime together, drifter Seyferth said: “We called him ‘The Climber’ because of his skills.
“He was an expert at getting into apartments and hotel rooms .
“Christian was athletic and he was strong. I saw him many times climb up to first and second-floor apartments and break in .
“He would take watches, passports, money and anything electronic that he could sell. He was a great burglar .”
Regarding his testimony against Christian B at his rape trial, Seyferth said: "When I saw him in court, he made me shiver .
"He has a cold hard face and evil eyes . I'm glad he's now in prison . It's the best place for him. He should stay there for a long time."
Seyferth said he knew that Christian was robbing holidaymakers in the Portuguese resort that year .
Christian B is currently appealing his rape conviction at the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg and a verdict is expected next Thursday.
Yesterday, police investigating the disappearance of Madeleine McCann said “everything points to her being dead” .
Prosecutors in the country are probing convicted paedophile Christian B whose mobile phone data suggests he was in the Portuguese resort when the Brit toddler vanished in 2007.
Chief investigator Hans Christian Wolters admitted there still was no “smoking gun” evidence enabling charges to be brought against the 43-year-old criminal.
However, he told Portuguese state broadcaster RTP that German cops believe Christian B is “responsible” for the child’s disappearance and that she is dead .

I wonder what was in it for Manfred Seyferth. Money, an early release if he was inside, getter of lighter on a pending sentence? Not exactly a credible witness is he?
Why have I got yet another touch of Deja vu? Remember when Wayne Hewlett sold his story to the Sun about his father who he hadn't seen in decades knowing what happened to Madeleine? He also had a camper van. The press are obsessed with camper vans, why?

'ONLY ONE SUSPECT' Madeleine McCann’s parents cleared with ‘no indication’ they were involved in toddler’s disappearance, say German cops
Henry Holloway
20 Sep 2020, 23:30Updated: 20 Sep 2020, 23:39
GERMAN police have said their investigation into Madeleine McCann's disappearance has shown her parents are completely innocent.
Cops said they have found "no indication whatsoever" that the tot's mum and dad, Kate and Gerry, were involved when she vanished while on holiday in Praia da Luz in 2007.
German prosecutor Hans Christian Wolters was speaking on Portuguese television as he continued to insist Christian B is their "only" suspect.
He also said that "everything" the investigators have points to Madeleine being dead, despite her parents refusing to believe it until her body has been found.
Wolters addressed unfounded allegations against Kate and Gerry as he responded to criticism of the investigation from controversial ex-cop Goncalo Amaral.
Amaral was a top inspector in the Polícia Judiciária (PJ), a police division for investigating the most serious crimes, at the time of Maddie's disappearance.
He was removed from his post over the poor handling of the case after he gave Madeleine's parents suspect status.
He has continued to act as a commentator on Madeleine's disappearance, and most recently was claimed convicted paedophile Christian B is being treated as a "scapegoat".
The disgraced cop insists that Madeleine died in an accident at the McCann's apartment at the Ocean Club and Kate and Gerry tried to cover it up.
Speaking on RTP show Sexta as 9, Wolters said: "I know this former inspector speaks a lot and comments on our work.
"We're not going to get into a war of words. All I will say is that we have carried out a very serious investigation and there is no indication whatsoever Madeleine McCann's parents are linked to her disappearance.
"On the other hand we have a lot of evidence pointing to Christian B killing her.
"Goncalo Amaral knows how he reaches his conclusions and that's not up to us to judge."
Germanman e-fit
Wolters once again doubled down that Christian B is the one who killed Madeleine, saying there are "many pieces of the puzzle" pointing towards him.
However, the prosecutor admitted there is no "smoking gun" as the 43-year-old German has still not yet been charged despite being named as a suspect back in June.
German authorities are treating Madeleine's death as a murder probe, while Scotland Yard continue to treat it as a missing persons case.
He said: "The result of our investigation does not point in any way to the possibility the suspect might have kept Madeleine alive.
"We have nothing to indicate she could be alive.
"Everything we have points to her being dead. We have no margin of manoeuvre."
Wolters added; "We are only investigating Christian B, nobody else. At this stage we believe he acted alone in this case."
Kate and Gerry have been left exasperated by prosecutors saying their daughter is a murder victim and even though they don't have evidence to charge him.
"Until a body is found and it is proved to be Madeleine’s, Kate and Gerry are not giving up hope," a family source told The Sun.
"These latest ‘she’s dead but there's no body’ theories have been repeated over the past three-and-a-half months but in all this time there appears to be no significant new development.
"It leaves Kate and Gerry on tenterhooks and in a state of limbo not knowing if there will be a breakthrough or if German officers sadly may have got wrong. It’s been another desperately difficult time for them."
The McCann pal added: ‘They want answers more than anyone but while the Met Police are still treating Madeleine’s disappearance as a missing people’s inquiry... it gives the family hope she could still be alive.
"Nothing has changed for them. They will continuing hoping until they know for sure."
Christian B is currently serving a 21-month sentence in Germany for drug offences after he was sensationally named as a suspect just after the 13th anniversary of Madeleine's disappearance.
The serial sex offender is also facing a separate sentence for the rape of a 72-year-old American woman on a waterfront villa less than a mile from where Madeleine went missing.
Madeleine is believed to have been snatched from the holiday apartment where she was sleeping alongside her twin siblings Sean and Amelie on May 3, 2007, in Praia du Luz.
Described as a "twisted loner", Christian B is understood to have been a kind of drifter around the resort at the time.
He was first linked to the Madeleine case after he allegedly made a drunken boast he snatched her while in a bar on the tenth anniversary of the crime.
Madeleine would have turned 17 this year, and the family have described the identification of Christian B as "potentially very significant".
However, cops fear many witnesses may never come forward as they are "terrified" of Christian B.
Experts have said Christian B matches the profile of a Jimmy Savile-style “paraphiliac”, who targets victims of all ages.
His ex-lawyer Serafim Vieira has described him as having "'psychopathic traits" and admitted he could be responsible for Madeleine's abduction.
Christian B had a rundown and dilapidated shack only two miles away from the McCann's holiday let.
And he is known to have owned a mobile home he boasted could carry "drugs and children".

Chief investigator Hans Christian Wolters said this week that "everything points to her being dead."
His team of prosectors are convinced convicted paedophile, German national Christian B, is responsible for the Brit toddler’s disappearance.
However, he admits there still was no "smoking gun" evidence to bring any charges.
Three-year-old Madeleine vanished from a holiday apartment in Portugal’s Praia da Luz in May 2007.
She had been left sleeping alone with her younger twin siblings while her parents were dining in a nearby tapas restaurant with pals.
If alive, she would now be aged 17.
A month after the 13th anniversary of her kidnap British and German cops sensationally revealed they had a new suspect and appealed for witnesses to come forward.
Heart doctor Gerry and ex GP turned medical worker Kate, of Rothley, Leics, declined to be interviewed but said in a statement in June: "We would like to thank the police forces involved for their continued efforts in the search for Madeleine.
"All we have ever wanted is to find her, uncover the truth and bring those responsible to justice.
"We will never give up hope of finding Madeleine alive but whatever the outcome may be, we need to know as we need to find peace.
"We would like to thank the general public for their ongoing support and encourage anyone who has information directly related to the appeal to contact the police."
In a fresh media interview Hans Wolters told Portuguese state broadcaster RTP: "The result of our investigation does not point in any way to the possibility the suspect might have kept Madeleine alive.
"We have nothing to indicate she could be alive. Everything we have points to her being dead. We have no margin of manoeuvre."
In a 13th anniversary post Kate and Gerry penned: "The investigation to find Madeleine remains open and continues, even though, in a way different to the ideal.
"We remain grateful for the ongoing efforts and commitment from all those involved in the search to find her and we hope and pray, as always, that our efforts will be fruitful.

YOU’LL FALL OFF YOUR CHAIR’ Madeleine McCann suspect Christian B’s lawyer claims to have new bombshell evidence clearing him of toddler’s murder
Exclusive

THE lawyer for the prime suspect in the Madeleine McCann case claims to have found new bombshell evidence that he says will clear his client.
Convicted paedophile Christian B, 43, was identified by German police earlier this year as the man responsible for the three-year-old's abduction in 2007.
But lawyer Friedrich Fulscher insists they have the wrong man.
"I cannot go into details but it is very significant and involves someone who has provided me with vital information," he said.
"When I reveal it you will fall off your chair.
"The prosecutor said more than three months ago my client was responsible but since then nothing and we haven't even been able to see their files.
"I found new details in my first trip and I have been back again to follow it up.
"I'm confident this case will not go to court and the British media will lose interest in my client."
Madeleine disappeared from the Portuguese resort of Praia da Luz in May 2007.
The latest development will bring more heartache to parents Kate and Gerry who had hoped the German police investigation would end their ordeal.
German media is already beginning to question why nothing has moved on the case after June's sensational revelations that Christian B was the key suspect.
Last week, the Sun on Sunday revealed how prosecutor Hans Christian Wolters expected no new developments until next year at the earliest.
But in an interview on Friday night with Portugese TV show Sexta às 9, he insisted they had the right man, although he admitted there was "no smoking gun" evidence against Christian B.
He added: "All I can say is this [is] like a puzzle and there are many pieces that lead us to believe Christian B is responsible.’’
Key to the case is the testimony of convicted burglar Helge Busching, who The Sun tracked down earlier this month to Corsica.
He contacted the Met Police Operation Grange unit in 2017 while he was in custody in Greece on people trafficking charges.
Mr Fulscher said: "You really have to ask why... Helge Busching waited so long to offer this information to the police if it was so crucial.
"Why did his conscience cry out ten years after Christian supposedly told him he was involved.
"It's very strange and very obvious to me and should be obvious to the police.’’
Last night Busching said: "I don't give a **** what [his] lawyer says. [Christian B] is guilty."

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
The German Media is probably wondering along with Helge B and Herr Fülscher from which Source Nick Pisa got this information...?
Helge B and Manfred S are entitled to their opinions about their Friend.
But where is their PROOF?

If you want to post a link here on CMOMM, you need to go to the article yourself, copy the URL from your browser and then paste in the comments box here on the forum. Not copy and paste your google search results.
That aside, as much as I dislike the majority of journalists - especially tabloid hacks, I don't think referencing a source such as this is very helpful..
'I'm positive this has been said, but sweet Jesus is Nick Pisa a piece of human shit'
That belongs on twitter, not here on CMOMM.

It appears it is too late for me to Delete post #169 myself.
But seeing as you have repeated it in full with bad language included maybe Admin can delete both?
Sorry if I am getting up your Nose.
How so?
Because while it appears okay for other Members to Post in other Languages, I cannot reply to PeterMac even with translation?
I was talking to the Professor, not the Prefect.

Logical defence strategy, and well timed ahead of Thursday. Think of it like poker, both sides are playing the press carefully and only one side is bluffing.

Re: Christian Brueckner: To be or not to be
How childish this is. Have they forgotten that the core of this is a little three year old child - Madeleine McCann. It's an insult to her memory so why aren't the parents screaming from the rooftops to make it stop?
As I previously said, the only winners in this game of charades is Gerry amd Kate McCann and the press.
Material evidence that Madeleine McCann is dead, say German prosecutors
David Crossland, Berlin
Tuesday September 22 2020, 12.00pm BST, The Times
German prosecutors have said that there is material evidence that Madeleine McCann is dead.
Hans Christian Wolters, the public prosecutor in Braunschweig, northwest Germany, told Portuguese television that investigators had evidence the British toddler, who was three when she was taken from a holiday resort in the Algarve in 2007, had died.
Mr Wolters, speaking to the broadcaster RTP, answered “Yes” when asked: “Do you have any material evidence that Madeleine is dead?”
When the interviewer asked him what evidence he had, Mr Wolters refused to elaborate.
The prosecutor said in June that he believed Madeleine was dead and identified Christian Brückner, a convicted paedophile, as the prime suspect.
His office has since declined to reveal its evidence, but did make a public appeal in June for evidence against Brückner, who has insisted that he was not involved in Madeleine’s disappearance.
The Sun newspaper reported on Monday that Brückner’s lawyer, Friedrich Fülscher, said he had proof that Brückner was innocent.
The prosecutor’s office wrote to Madeleine McCann’s parents in June saying it knew that their daughter had been murdered but was unable to reveal the evidence. It said Madeleine had been killed after being abducted from the resort in Praia da Luz in May 2007.
Mr Wolters said at the time: “We don’t have forensic evidence but we have other evidence.”
He could not immediately be reached for comment and it is unclear whether his office has received any new evidence since June.
Brückner is in prison in the northern German city of Kiel, serving a sentence for drug dealing. He is appealing against a conviction for rape in 2005, which carries a seven-year sentence that he is yet to serve.
German prosecutors and Scotland Yard have been following up hundreds of leads after public appeals that featured a farmhouse that Brückner rented on the outskirts of Praia da Luz. They also featured a Jaguar and a camper van that he owned.
It emerged last week that police had been looking for computer memory sticks in July when they searched an allotment near Hanover believed to have been used by Brückner. Prosecutors declined to say whether any had been found.
A separate search in 2016 of a dilapidated former factory 30 miles from Braunschweig had uncovered memory sticks containing more than 8,000 files, including images or videos showing the abuse of infants, children and adolescents. About 100 of the files were pictures of Brückner partly naked.
A Portuguese investigative TV show last week claimed that Brückner had an accomplice in Madeleine’s abduction.
