Keir SImmons states allegations against McCanns have been dismissed

Of course this a play on words, what Simmons is referring to is the lifting of the arguido status due to insufficient evidence and the case being shelved pending further information. The PJ have certainly not indicated anything other in recent times. As for the McCanns being "as shell shocked and devasted as in the early days"...someone should point Simmons to the Happy talk video.
