I see we still have the " it'd been left in a place too high for her to reach "
The non existent shelf ?
Funny how it got down to be photographed on the bed , along with the amazing vanishing pink blanket !
I wonder if cuddlecat will come out of retirement for the 3rd May ?
Will he have had a wash ? Not sun lotion this time , but dust from the back of the cupboard he has been consigned to ?

Don't you find it a bit weird that a retired senior 'top cop' is giving an opinion on Cuddlecat in the UK Press?

Especially a retired " top cop " who had nothing to do with the investigation and appears to know little about it !
Some people will do anything for money it seems .
Pension obviously not enough .
Just my humble opinion " as a keyboard warrior " of course

Sloppy and untrue...
What badly written trash this is.
''Cops did find any sign of DNA or fingerprints on the toy.''
Make sense of that one if you can...
A police source told the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]: “When Kate tucked Madeleine up in bed earlier in the evening she had the toy tightly in her arms as she did every night.
“So Kate was terrified when she spotted it had been left in a place too high for her to reach.”
But Kate has said it was on the bed with the pink blanket
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
And funnily enough so does Gerry
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
And on 4th May Kate tells the police ''Faced with this situation, she verified that the twins were in their respective beds, unlike Madeleine, who had disappeared. The cover was pulled back and the toys were on the pillow as usual. After searching the whole apartment thoroughly, the interviewee went back, scared and shocked, to the restaurant, to alert her husband''[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Who is this 'police source' who apparently doesn't need to check their facts? And aren't journalists supposed to adhere to the NUJ Code of Conduct?

Thank goodness for PeterMac who is a retired police superintendent and publishes his work for free, sticks in FOI requests, emails Operation Grange and hasn't changed his stance in any way because he read the files and applied his extensive experience and knowledge.
You won't find PeterMac anywhere on the media whore list.

That's two red flag story changers right off the bat.
The shutters BS
And cuddlecat up high, then they realise there's no up high.

Maybe Colin Sutton has been misquoted - again! Or maybe Colin Sutton is just a doodlebug!
I've seen some anniversaries before but this one take the biscuit in terms of bizarre and it's only the 28th April - I sense a Sunday implosion coming on.
They really do take the wee-wee don't they?

Metodo 3, whose contract expires in March, has 40 investigators working on the case, here and in Portugal and Spain.
Each has a replica of Cuddle Cat, Madeleine's favourite toy, which they are encouraged to squeeze when they feel demotivated at the size of their task.
