In that case the one who tweets from a Lincolnshire belfry will have nothing to fear from any of the umpteen screenshots of the libellous, hatefilled, racist, and offensive diatribe spewed out by the individual who has appropriated Dr Amaral's name for the sole purpose of defaming him, whereas the individual who has behaved in such a disgraceful, disgusting, and degenerate manner will not be surprised to receive a knock on the door from their local constabularly and a writ for libel, both of which will result in their appearance in the docks of their local civil and criminal courts together with attendant publicity which, given the circumstances, may result in their becoming known nationally for the despicable being they are.

Should it transpire the individual responsible for defaming Dr Amaral operates more than one twitter account and uses them to converse with themselves, they will also become an international laughing stock - a figure of fun in the UK and Portugal and, no doubt, across the pond where a certain hideho may elect to immortalise them by way of a commemorative video on youtube.

UltimaThule, fair play to you. You have her down to a fine art. I would love to be a fly on the wall when she gets the call from Dr Amaral's legal team.

But on another matter, one can see how thick and uneducated this out of work window cleaner's wife is. She thinks that Wikipedia is "mostly myth". She really needs to keep up with events. It has long been established that Wikipedia, despite its earlier teething problems, has now overtaken Encyclopedia Britannica for accuracy.

Michelle Chapman is thought be the first person to be prosecuted in the UK for sending herself abusive messages using bogus Facebook profiles

A woman who used fake Facebook profiles to send herself hundreds of abusive messages has been jailed for 20 months.

Michelle Chapman, from Cornwall, is thought to be the first person in the UK to have been prosecuted for "trolling" herself.

Chapman set up fake accounts in the name of her father and new stepmother; sending herself hundreds of abusive messages of 'very unpleasant sexual nature' before reporting them to the police, court heard.

She was cautioned for a similar offence back in 2009- yet police still took her allegations seriously.

Her father, Roy Jackson, and stepmother, Louise, were arrested and given a warning as a result. Her year-long campaign only came to an end after forensic Internet inquiries revealed both accounts had been created at her own address.

Prosecutor Philip Lee said Chapman "wanted to make their life hell" and sought "revenge on her father for matters in the past".

She fell out with her in-laws after attempting a reunion with his father, whom she had not seen for 21 years. But there was an altercation and she became "upset".

Chapman began her revenge by setting up a fake account for her new stepmother to send offensive messages to her father in a desperate attempt to break them up. She then spent a year "trolling" herself online.

She admitted doing actions tending or intended to pervert the course of justice by sending herself degrading e-mails between February 2011 and March 2012, at an earlier hearing.

Her lawyer, Martin Pearce, said she suffered from mental health problems and wishes "she had not done it".

Sentencing her to 20 months in prison, Judge Harvey Clark said: "People have suffered a great deal of distress as a result of your wicked behaviour."

Her husband, Glyn Chapman, said his wife was crying for help.

He added: "She is the victim, she has mental health issues and it was a cry for help. She has not had the help she needs.

"This is what you do when you're in desperate, desperate need of help - you scream out."

Chapman has been given a restraining order and her computer was confiscated.

Is that right? How do we know she is 73? She could have been born in 1973, or 1873 (which would account for the extremity of the senility).

Well, I have news for "Bob Evans". If you dealt in property, you would KNOW that the details ARE posted. I buy and sell property, and what I pay for a property is put on ZOOPLA, for example. (there are many other sites too). And when I sell that property, it's put there, for ALL to see, what I sold that property for. What it doesn't tell the public is how much it cost to update the property. So, c'mon all you "well-to-do" "pros", keep with the programme.

Let me give an example of a house in Stamford, Lincs, for example. Notice what the house was bought for and sold for, in different years:

Many tweets saying that libel trial resumes on 25 February in Lisbon, but no source given as to where this was heard. So, at the moment, despite the high number of tweets, best taken with a pinch of salt!

Yes, there isn't anything this woman doesn't know about the McCann's, or that is what she would like us to think. Maybe she's getting some inside information from her Liverpool-born hubby. Throw in a few Booths and Paynes, and goodness know what one will come up with.

Are the McCanns going to attend court? With the case being open and the McCanns being completely cleared of any involvement in Madeleines disappearance they may just pop into the police station at Portimao for that coffee that they owe them and assist the PJ with the search for their daughter. Maybe they will co-operate with the search, give the PJ what they need and answer the 48 questions. Then they may consider visiting Edgar's Hellish lair where Madeleine is being held.

No reason why they shouldn't co-operate now, it's not as if the innocent duo are likely to be arrested on arrival at Faro airport, is it?   

i think truly got it from Jerry what's his name.he tweeted a couple of day's ago that was the reason for the delay.
