Mine also ! I made a list of the words he used up to his 2nd birthday, then he used over 800 words. In the case of Rachel N's 2-year-old son, it took 6 months to make him express what helped the investigators.

I can only find photos of Amelie and her parents (on Maddie's anniversary event), but not a recent photo of Sean and his family. So maybe he has no contact with his family anymore.

There is a an article that mentions a SM of Leceister, this SM was awarded a grant for £400 which was being used to fund travel and accommodation for a sport event that was taking place before April 2024
It may be another SM as would depend how many people anre from the same area of Leicester. I found it by putting name a place into Google

If it is SM, he seems to be a busy lad, which maybe explain why he wasn’t at the anniversary where AM attended, if it happens to be the right person I say good luck to him, he is nothing to do with anything relating to this case

Unfortunately, the McCanns have blighted their children's lives. LIterally millions of people all over the world are following this case, of course. Everywhere they go their names must be recognised and they are probably asked if they are MM's brother/sister.

They must notice people looking at them and pointing them out to others. Not very nice, but how do they stop this happening unless they change their identities (a bit late now). As it is they are lumbered with all this for the rest of their lives.

I suppose the best they can do is to try and live as normal a life as possible. But no doubt it puts them under a lot of pressure and isn't easy for them.

I wonder if they have asked their parents for the truth. And, if so, if they have been told the truth.

I hope they can't remember anything at all about the holiday. Imagine recallng that your big sister disappeared and hasn't been seen since, and shortly after, your parents also disappeared. They returned from the world tour, but for a short while, the twins were without the three main people in their very young lives. I hope their minds are a total blank about the entire event.

It may be that the Twins had to be failry heavily seated on 3/5/7 because the effect of having them wake and cry or scream during the ensuing drama might have cause the Police to ask the obvious questions about
1. Child care - with an officer going to the Tapas bar to see if he could hear . . . –> Focus on the parents !
2. Why Gerry, then Oldfield, then the abductor had not woken them, but they were wide awake 'now'

They had a script to follow, the Time Line, and nothing could be allowed to get in the way of that.

Will they one day do what the Rosenbergs' sons (adopted by the Meeropol family) did ? Investigating to prove that their parents were innocent, discovering that they were not and acknowledging it with dignity?

Exactly. When you live in your parent's house or visit your family/grandparents, it's very possible that you hear something in a conversation etc.. I think the police should question them. If their mother didn't want to answer 48 questions...

If you want to keep something secret, never talk in front of Children, every parent knows this.
The twins wouldn't remember anything from around the time Madeleine was missing in my opinion.
Amalie was said to have remarked when being dressed in Madeleine's pyjamas, "Maddies jammies, where is Maddie".

Of course they wouldn't talk in front of the children and the twins don't need to answer the 48 questions, but perhaps the twins overheard a conversation by chance etc..
