Mine also ! I made a list of the words he used up to his 2nd birthday, then he used over 800 words. In the case of Rachel N's 2-year-old son, it took 6 months to make him express what helped the investigators.

How do you know that Sean has no contact with his parents anymore? (if that is what you mean)Justice for Maddie wrote:How do you want to interview 1-2 years old toddlers, who can barely speak and express themself? But I can imagine that the twins heard sth. in a conversation between Kate and Gerry when they were older. Didn't Sean ask Kate if they hid Maddie's body? He has no contact to his parents anymore.
Another question: How reliable is the old lady from the apartment above? I still believe that Maddie died earlier (Sunday,Monday).
Do you know since when?
Is there a reliable source for this information?

Re: Bernt Stellander interview
I can only find photos of Amelie and her parents (on Maddie's anniversary event), but not a recent photo of Sean and his family. So maybe he has no contact with his family anymore.deepeepee wrote:How do you know that Sean has no contact with his parents anymore? Re: Bernt Stellander interview
Someone has posted photographs of Madeleine's siblings and then people are having a good old chat about them.
Bloody disgusting.

Re: Bernt Stellander interview
They must notice people looking at them and pointing them out to others. Not very nice, but how do they stop this happening unless they change their identities (a bit late now). As it is they are lumbered with all this for the rest of their lives.
I suppose the best they can do is to try and live as normal a life as possible. But no doubt it puts them under a lot of pressure and isn't easy for them.
I wonder if they have asked their parents for the truth. And, if so, if they have been told the truth.

You are joking, I hope. The twins were just two years-old.
Liz, I agree with you on this. Please no more photos or speculation about them as young adults.

1. Child care - with an officer going to the Tapas bar to see if he could hear . . . –> Focus on the parents !
2. Why Gerry, then Oldfield, then the abductor had not woken them, but they were wide awake 'now'
They had a script to follow, the Time Line, and nothing could be allowed to get in the way of that.

Will they one day do what the Rosenbergs' sons (adopted by the Meeropol family) did ? Investigating to prove that their parents were innocent, discovering that they were not and acknowledging it with dignity?

They have heard and seen a lot in the last 17 years don't you think?

Exactly. When you live in your parent's house or visit your family/grandparents, it's very possible that you hear something in a conversation etc.. I think the police should question them. If their mother didn't want to answer 48 questions...

To be questioned for what reason, in case they might have heard vital information during their childhoods? No way is that going to happen.

The twins wouldn't remember anything from around the time Madeleine was missing in my opinion.
Amalie was said to have remarked when being dressed in Madeleine's pyjamas, "Maddies jammies, where is Maddie".
