Not sure if this is anything you havent seen before, but it is a statement from CM.
The primary objective of the fund, a not-for-profit company, was to help efforts to find Madeleine, but it can also provide financial support for her parents to cope with the stress, he said.

I can see that the No Stone Unturned Fund has had a change of address. It is now:
10 Queen Street Place
London EC4R 1BE
There are more than 20 businesses listed within this postcode
Anyone interested, here is the link:

Thanks for posting the link.Google.Gaspar.Statements wrote:[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
So it looks like end game for the fund - despite the limited company's specified exemption from transparency (legal, not moral), there is an apparent deficit of cash in the bank in excess of 500,000k (that's half a million in pounds shillings and pence) between the accounts for the previous year this laest audit.
Question is, have the fund administrators been spending lavishly on the 'search' or has a tidy little sum been relocated in anticipation of some forthcoming expense.
Can't say I'm surprised, I doubt if anyone is foolish enough to donate anymore and all other avenues for income dried-up long ago. Has Kate McCann the audacity to publish an epilogue?

'Cash' has gone, but £490k has been moved into 'Fixed Assets'.
We have no idea what this relates to (property maybe?)but the value is still there and hasn't been spent on the search.
We also have no idea what they received and spent last year, but anything they did receive (if anything) has been spent.

£490k moved to 'Fixed Assets' - nice and tidy rounded sum, £70k apiece to keep buying the silence of the Tapas 7

1. Income into the Fund...from any sources...e.g.>>>
* Donations
* Libel awards
* TV appearances
* Sales of writsbands and posters etc.
* G & K's fun runs and bike rides
* Community fund-raising by community groups
* Wealthy benefactors
2. Expenses from the Fund...from any sources...e.g.>>>
* Metodo 3
* Kevin Halligen
* The McCanns' lawyers including Bates Wells and Braithwaite
* The McCanns' mortgage
* Website
* Goods purchased
* G & K's hotel and travel expenses
3. Any statements at all about the Fund, how much there is in it, what it is being used for etc.
It would also be useful to have, alongside that, information about benefactors who said they would support the McCanns - what quotes do we have about them, do we have details of what amounts they contributed and what for etc.?
In return I undertake to compile an article covering all the above and publish it here.
This thought was triggered by Jill publishing an article on another thread about GMcC collecting 2,300 euros from a fund-raising jazz concert, something I had never come across.
Maybe it was used to help Madeira lawyer Marcos Aragao Correia be paid via Metodo 3 for two high-profile searches of the Arade Dam for Madeleine's bones?
What about the fees received for selling bogus stories to the press and other fees from The Sun?
What about the expenses of Antonio Jiminez Raso? Surely the bribes paid to all those witnesses to falsely claim that they had seen Madeleine weren't funded by him? Maybe they were included in the fees he received from the press once he had secured a storyline for them.
And what about Kates' novel? "All royalties to the find Madeleine fund" clearly stamped on the front cover, yet all we see is donations from Kate.
Re: FIND MADELEINE FUND - NO STONE UNTURNED - All reports here
What about earnings from the 'bums on seats' daytime studio sittings for days/months/years on end - including an appearance on the Oprah Winfrey Show.
Although realistically the amount of money they've raked in from whatever source can never be accurately quantified, one thing is certain - not one farthing has ever been spent 'searching' for little Madeleine McCann. Not by the parents nor their friends nor their family nor their private detectives nor their lawyers nor Operation Grange nor their network of paid employees. Unless of course you include bogus private detectives hired to arrange sightings across the globe to keep the show on the road.
Indeed it was only the Portuguese police, under the supervision of Goncalo Amaral, that showed any genuine concern for finding Madeleine and they've taken his money as well.
Why? Well I can only surmise that it's because they know Madeleine is not a findable little girl that was taken from her family by an abductor on the night of 3rd May 2007. So what have they done with the vast income accrued over the years? A cheapo website - good quality wristbands - posters - Egyptian cotton T-Shirts? Nah, that would only account for a few hundred quid - not millions. Even the long term campaign appears to have been funded by wealthy benefactors.
An open question..

I was looking at this thread made me take another look at the "fund"
Section 5 stood out
(5) If Madeleine's Fund isn't a charity who is regulating it?
The directors regulate Madeleine's Fund and they aspire to follow best practice policies and processes used by charities. The directors have reviewed its operation against “Good Governance: A Code for the Voluntary and Community Sector”. This sets out best practice requirements for charities.
The Fund also has:
What on earth do they mean by "whistle blowing?"

- risk management
- whistle blowing

What on earth do they mean by "whistle blowing?"

Maybe they mean the shills they pay, like the ones on [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]?
Like the ones that followed TB around the internet.
And the ones that hounded Brenda Leyland to death.
I wonder how much they spend on their whistleblowing activities.
I wonder what price they put on Brenda's life?

Re: FIND MADELEINE FUND - NO STONE UNTURNED - All reports here
Wouldn't it have made more sense to just pay private investigators to investigate all leads, you know leave no stone un turned ? there wasn't a person in the world that didn't know Maddie was missing or what she looked like, just from the news alone, why not spend that money on actually investigating possible paedophiles, child killers, kidnap gangs ? There must be detectives who are specialised in these cases, surely to god that would have made more sense than whats been done in this campaign, highlighting Maddies disappearance ? Leave the news to do their thing and meanwhile pay for as many investigators in Portugal and surrounding Countries. I'm baffled as to how they spent so much money on websites, posters and t shirts when they didn't need to, its like ADVERTISING for a show thats already sold out.... Now translated into English, at a cost of £100,000, the files are yielding new leads for the private detectives, they tell the documentary makers.

Re: FIND MADELEINE FUND - NO STONE UNTURNED - All reports here
Looks like this is late unless it’s just tied up in a ‘Bank Holiday’ backlog (used to be the ‘annual return’, just changed a bit):
(They managed to register Linnett's resignation last week)
Confirmation statement
First statement date 15 May 2017
due by 29 May 2017
………………………………………….
‘This guide tells you about the confirmation statement that replaces the annual return. Your company must deliver a confirmation statement to us at least once a year, even if the company is dormant. If you don’t do this, there could be serious consequences. The registrar might assume your company isn’t carrying on business or in operation and take steps to strike it from the register. If the registrar strikes a company off the register, it ceases to exist and its assets become Crown property.
If your company’s in operation, the company, its directors and any other officers could be prosecuted because they’re responsible for ensuring they submit the confirmation statement on time. Failing to do this is a criminal offence.
The requirement to file a confirmation statement applies to all companies, including small companies such as flat management companies.
You should read this guide together with the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and the relevant regulations which are available to view on the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] website.
The guide covers the following topics:
Confirmation statement: This is a statement you must file with us confirming the information that we hold for your company is up to date.
People with significant control: Your company is required to keep a register of individuals or legal entities that have control over them. This information must be provided as part of your confirmation statement.
Share capital: A company with share capital must deliver a statement of capital with the confirmation statement. This is only necessary if there’s been a change in the statement of capital since the last statement was delivered to the registrar.
Company registers: A private company may choose to hold certain information on the public record at Companies House instead of having to update the information in its own company books (e.g. register of directors). This information can be updated alongside the confirmation statement.
Legacy filings: annual return. Existing companies are required to file an annual return for return periods ending before 30 June 2016. The confirmation statement replaces the annual return for periods ending on or after this date.
Quality of documents and further information. These chapters will give you some useful information about how to access the documents you’ll need to send to us. It also points out some of the general quality requirements all documents must meet.’
