Sick trolls target Madeleine McCann's brother and sister with online abuse

Trolls have targeted [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] twin brother and sister 11 years after she vanished.
Photos claiming to show Sean and Amelie McCann, 13, as they look now were put on social media in recent weeks. The vile trolls also posted details of their school.
Madeleine’s parents Kate and Gerry, from Rothley, Leics, have been hounded by online stalkers for years.
But this is the first time the twins – who were two when their older sister vanished in May 2007 – have been targeted.
A source close to the couple said the posts, which have since been removed, were “utterly reprehensible”.

They added: “Going after two minors like this beggars belief. It is shocking.
"What goes through someone’s mind to go after two children with online abuse?
“Kate and Gerry have done everything they can to protect the twins from any unwanted attention."
A spokesman for the couple, who last night joined a prayer vigil in their village on the 11th anniversary of Madeleine vanishing, said they would not dignify the posts with a comment.
Sean and Amelie were asleep in the same room as Madeleine when she disappeared from the family’s apartment in Praia da Luz.
The twins turned 13 in February and marked the occasion by wishing their big sister would come home.
A family friend said at the time: “The party will be tinged with sadness because Madeleine is not here to join in the fun.”

Wasn't it Kate and Gerry who posted details of the twins' school? Are Kate and Gerry considered to be sick trolls now? Stephen Birch was also going after the twins', saying he was going to notify the teachers about Madeleine's body hidden under the Murat driveway. He also posted Sean photo on his facebook page, but that was last year or the year before, so is this regurgitated news?

Yes, I think that this is just an old story churned out now in an attempt to get sympathy for the McCanns.

Hahahahahahahahahaha ! 11 years of courting the media . . . . ruined the twins lives more like. No one would have known they even existed if the Mc's hadn't been on breakfast TV so often.

Madeleine's twin siblings have been used as and when it is deemed suitable to garner public sympathy. According to sources/friends of the family/never directly from the parents' mouths with the exception of Kate saying her son was distraught by hearing a radio broadcast on a school bus re Goncalo Amaral, these children are portrayed as fundraisers in school and living in a home with a shrine/untouched bedroom belonging to their sister. These children's lives have been discussed by their own mother on Lorraine Kelly's sofa -remember the petrol station drama.

These children go to a senior school that is apparently keeping a place for Madeleine should she be found (as if she's going to come home, hit the ground running and take her A levels).

It's my opinion that these children are exploited by their parents as and when it suits their media campaign.

These children deserve better than that.
