How dare they say no one was proactively 'searching' for their daughter Madeleine when they did absolutely nothing themselves. How dare they say the official police investigation coordinated by Dr Gonçalo Amaral had jeopardized the 'search' by false accusations.

May I remind Messrs McCann they had every opportunity to prevent the PJ investigation from being shelved - all they had to do was ask but they didn't do that did they? In fact they were relieved that the nightmare was over.

How dare they attempt to suggest the Portuguese authorities had abandoned their child Madeleine. How dare they attempt to suggest the world had left them abandoned, stranded and left to fend for themselves.
