No, they never have been there to help find Madeleine McCann,they are there pushing their own agenda,making excuses,"Too many Crooks spoiling the Broth"?
They are there trying to cover there own smart alec backsides,still to this day stating the Portugal PJ got it wrong!

If the Metropolitan Police Service can get away with what they have in the Un-solved 31+ years Murder of Daniel Morgan, (Rupert Murdoch,his employees, No connections,Leveson)there is No way they are going to solve the Madeleine McCann case,i'm sorry but that's the way I feel over the UK Police involvement and the UK Establishment,collusion D-notice,National Security,Dunblane,Thomas Hamilton?

I make no excuses for bumping this video, the first McCann interview after the Portuguese archival process of the investigation into the disappearance of Madeleine McCann, in September 2008

The commencement and subsequent convoluting legal action, the McCann v. Amaral damnation, is far too extensive and tedious to easily summarise so I'll stick to basics..

Gonçalo Amaral's book and subsequent documentary, based on the PJ investigation, was so traumatic to the McCanns mental and physical wellbeing and so destructive to their personal and professsional positions, they were forced to take legal action to - in short, shut him up! As time progressed, this claimed personal trauma and grief became stronger and stronger both through the law courts in Lisbon and the media. In latter days, the McCanns and their legal team even tried to get the Lisbon judge and law court to believe the testimony of a fake psychiatrist with tales of suicide thoughts, fear of their safety and that of their remaining children's future.

The legal action taken (with heavy hearts - splutter) commenced after the Portuguese judiciary archived their investigation, which gave rise to the 'source close to the family' that the McCanns were no long arguidos. This of course we all know to be total codswallop.

So, bearing that in mind, this video was filmed in September 2008..

On the subject of 'letting them get on with it', I'm bumping these two videos again, as an important reminder of Gerry McCann's total contempt for anyone or anything that stands in his way..

If he would just drop the attitude I think people might find him more personable - or even believable. He needs to understand that whilst it's acceptable for the parents of a missing child to do everything in their power (?) to find their child, primarily this was/is a police investigation, not the Gerry and Kate Show. You don't get to dictate how an investigation proceeds, on the contrary, you assist the investigation by answering questions and cooperating fully.

Gerry McCann's motivation and objective is apparent through every recorded interview - lead and control !!! Pity he can't control his own arrogance and contempt.
