I hope it comes a day when all these pictures get shown on the MSM for the right reasons.

When they are in the dock (if ever)....pictures speak a million words.....

Why waste energy looking for something. ...when you know where it is?
Use your energy on more important things, such as jogging.

IMPORTANT ADVICE # 4

When searching for a lost child, always concentrate on the most obvious or most likely places first
Thus
If you suspect your child has been taken by a Paedo****  you should concentrate on the place most likely to contain a high percentage of such people.
The Vatican, for example

Or your xenophobia and racial prejudice might lead you to think that "Swarthy foreigners" were to blame, in which case you need to go to another country, ideally in another continent
Africa for example

Ideally you should be searching a long way from where your child was taken
" />

Or you might think that she had been taken and sold to the rich and famous, so you would want to search . . .
The White House, for example.

In the photo on the right, what we can't see is a pack of cadaver dogs chasing Gerry after smelling something that definitely isn't sea-bass all over his tee-shirt.

'Quick, Gerry,' Kate implores, 'chuck it on that waste land called the 'snail,' you know, the place where you threw your old socks.'

Libel trial, Lisbon, 19th september 2013 witness Alan Pike:

SO – Did you advise the McCanns to promote news of the disappearance using the media?

AP says it wasn't his advice. The McCanns were advised by an organisation which specialises in missing people

SO – What part does excessive publicity play in primary trauma? Does it increase the stress and the anxiety?

AP – Yes it does.

Unquote

My question is: how and when? Because he says specifically 'promoting the news of the disappearance' which I take to mean the very early days.

Alan Pike was on hand very early - about six  in the morning of the 5th, having arrived on the 4th.
He told the McCs also that they seemed like model parents to him.

Lovely chap.

Missing Persons - On May 24th 2007, Paul Tuohy re-launched the charity, 'Missing People' (previously known as the National Missing Persons). The event is alleged to have been instigated at the behest of the European Commission, spearheaded by former EC Vice-President and self-appointed 'Guardian Angel of Children', Franco Frattini. The event was attended by John McCann. Paul Tuohy is an ex-colleague of Ester McVey. Tuohy says it is peculiarly ironic that they should launch at the time Madeleine McCann went missing. Patrons include Lorraine Kelly (ITV)

OK, we're talking three weeks after 3/5/07 and they're all there, McVey, Kely and a political drive to promote the charity. Former Vice president no less. I apologise for the 'Guardian Angel' .........unprintable..... Frattini. I'd like to know more about him, was he best mates with British charities?

I'm sorry I can't give a reference, it was sent to me by a member some time ago and I've been unable to find the source which I think was probably a blog which is no longer online. Added to Alan Pike's statement under oath at the Lisbon court, I feel that Missing People get more interesting by the day. Not your actual missing people of course, just the charity.

Driving up the A13 in Tower Hamlets (London) last Sunday (26th) and one of those TV screen advertising hoardings flashed up a ‘Missing People’ advert for a ‘Jack Slade, 17’, ‘missing’ from Durham since 10th July.

Having a look on the MP site and his page has been whooshed already, so presumably he has turned up, but I can find no more info on the case.

No idea what those adverts cost but they can’t be cheap.

Was an advert in Tower Hamlets really likely to aid his return/finding and I wonder whether he had already been located?

I think the adverts are 'donations' in kind from advertising companies. Kate promoted one of these a year or so ago - so MP doesn't pay for these adverts afaik.

Pointless in any case, the one chosen for the launch of this form of advertising was found before the campaign launched, she absconded within days, most of the missing people don't want to be found imo possibly having run away from a home that may be more of a threat to their health than trying to make it on their own.

I feel there's a very real danger that abused children are brought back home. I'd be interested to know whether those reporting the missing are ever checked out.

there is also this news article on the bbc, still to find:

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/6691503.stm

there is a lot coming up if you just google frattini, he has worked on the motto: eu, the guardian for missing and sexually abused children.

his background is the legal world and he was pretty high up in the italian political ranks under berlusconi.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Franco_Frattini

frattini was earlier in 2007 already active in the business of european missing children.

there is a complete industry of commissions, ngo's and charities around the world. but in reality joe public would hear of a missing kid through the police forces, or because family members start a social media campaign and from there what is ending up in the msm. it is not clear if the other parties really do something besides information exchange between each other, there is very little sign of true and active looking into a missing children at all. frattini is just another talker about this subject.

in the eu you see it a lot, some do a very lot of talking about anything that could bring status, but as soon as the get another subject, the are hardly ever will be speaking about it again.

there is also something from the guardian from the wik1 leaks reports:

11. Missing Children Alert: Frattini used the well-known case of Madeleine McCann, a missing British girl, to lay out his intention to develop an EU wide alert system for missing children. Frattini specifically and repeatedly mentioned the Amber Alert system in the U.S. as the model that the EU needed to copy. In addition, the e-Justice Portal, according to Costa, will include a list of missing children and direct users to appropriate Hague Convention resources.

the date 24 mai has more logic, because that is to be the international day of missing children.

ITALY BACKS BLAIR FOR EU PRESIDENT FRATTINI SAYS HE HAS THE ‘STATURE AND CHARISMA’ FOR THE JOB

15 ottobre 2009 - 12:58
Italian Foreign Minister Franco Frattini on Wednesday reiterated Rome’s support for former British Prime Minister Tony Blair to take the future post of European Council president envisioned under the Lisbon Treaty, the European Union’s revised governing charter which is expected to go into effect next year. Speaking to the press on the sidelines of his visit to the Saudi capital, Frattini said Blair was ”authoritative and charismatic” and that it was imperative that he be elected with broad support. ”We still need to work to overcome the reservations of some countries. What we cannot allow to happen is for a split to emerge when we vote,” the foreign minister said. In Blair’s favor, Frattini observed, was that he ”has the stature of a statesman.

He is a pro-Europe Briton, or at least a Briton who has fewer doubts about Europe, and this is important”. Under the Lisbon Treaty, which now only needs to be ratified by the Czech Republic, the president of the European Council will be elected by the council itself, made up of all heads of state or government, for a two-year term. Until now the Council president was the government chief of the country which held the EU’s six-month rotating presidency. The future Council president will not be allowed to hold any office outside the EU and it may be possible to merge this post with that of the president of European Commission, the EU’s executive arm. Premier Silvio Berlusconi has repeatedly come out in favor of Blair and on Wednesday in a letter to Il Foglio said he agreed with the right-wing daily which has come out in favor of Blair for EC president. EU leaders are set to elect a future EC president at their summit in December and, once approved by the Czech Republic, the Lisbon Treaty will go into effect on January 1.

12. Child Protection: Costa also noted that the ministers agreed to expand the role of the European Mediator for international child abductions and to support the strengthening and implementation of laws related to child protection. Hoffman

It would appear that here lies the answer why the McCanns are so well protected they were helping to achieve a goal and it did not seem to matter to them that their child was dead...they had an agenda and a wonderful future ahead of them, so why did it turn so sour ?

“At the beginning I had some reservations concerning that issue, because I had never heard about it, but I was interested careful enough to go on the internet and to consult several credible websites, including FBI and CIA sources, where I found some amazing things: the micro-chip was indeed being promoted as the ideal weapon to prevent crime. These sources added that the population should be induced into accepting this technological revolution, even if it was at the expense of a policy of deliberately promoting mass public insecurity. Well, the Maddie case fell like ‘manna from heaven’ for the promotion of the microchip, especially as far as children are concerned”.

Foreign Minister Franco Frattini spoke on the telephone today with Quartet Envoy Tony Blair.
Frattini phoned Blair to discuss the situation in Gaza. He called in particular for the Quartet to take a position that might encourage Israel to relax the Gaza blockade as soon as possible.
The Foreign Minister also asked Blair to make every effort with the Lebanese authorities to discourage ships from setting sail for the Gaza Strip. He underscored the need for humanitarian aid to be channelled through the competent United Nations agencies.

or on speaking terms about irak:

Opposition arises: words serious and irresponsible. Berlusconi will report to the House tomorrow morning, then the vote
ROME - The President of the Council Silvio Berlusconi will report tomorrow in the House at 11:30 am , then the House will discuss the Iraq crisis. The live broadcast for the intervention of the Prime Minister and to the explanations of vote. The vote is expected in the late afternoon . There will be blocking instead of parliamentary asked by the opposition. Shortly before, at 10, will meet at the Quirinale, convened by the President of the Republic Carlo Azeglio Ciampi, the Supreme Defence Council with the agenda the examination of the position of Italy in relation to the Iraq crisis. This was announced by a press Quirinale.

FRATTINI - The day policy had been burned by the statements of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Franco Frattini, on the imminent war on Iraq during the broadcast "Radio too," statements that raised a political fuss . The foreign minister said that US-led military action against Saddam would be "legitimized by UN resolutions that already exist" and that Italy will give the US military the use of military bases and overflight airspace . "If the UN is not able (to impose disarmament) .... better to say that the previous resolutions are in place and these resolutions constitute a title of legitimacy (for the attack). " After the vehement reactions of the opposition, Frattini is back on the subject: "We will bring to Parliament a proposal for a decision and Parliament will decide, it is still a commitment that the government has already taken in two or three occasions. "

Minister Franco Frattini (Olympia)

The UN - Frattini said he wasdisappointed because the UN Security Council failed to reach a consensus to vote on a resolution explicitly authorizing military action against Iraq "When taking the vetoes we do? let Saddam Hussein continue for another 12 years or we note that on the basis of 16 UN resolutions violated is the time to act? ". The question whether Italy will grant to the US use of military bases and overflight airspace Italian, Frattini, calling on bonds of alliance, he replied: "Of course, I believe that if the opposition had been in government, would We did what we did . " Even (French President Jacques) Chirac has authorized overflight of US military aircraft because it has admitted that there is a constraint Atlantic that must be respected. " Frattini reiterated that Italy will not send its troops to the Gulf to participate in military operations but it could intervene in a multilateral framework after the conflict to contribute to the reconstruction and security of the country.RESOLUTIONS INVADE - Frattini is convinced that "the minimum legitimacy to act 'against Iraq exists and is given, besides in UNSCR 1441 , also from I nsieme of the 15 resolutions adopted within the UN Security Council in recent years on the question of Iraq . 1441 -he recalled ministro- says that "Saddam Hussein has violated 15 previous resolutions" and that "if you lose the last chance, will face" serious consequences. " Moreover, they are still in force the previous resolutions: for example, the 678 provides that "the use of any means" and that justified the bombing of Baghdad in 1998 "under the D'Alema government and without causing any scandal." " It's not a war, then, it is an international police action justified by the repeated violations committed by Saddam Hussein. " "But just to meet the sensitivity of Italian culture, the government will not send its troops to Iraq." TONY BLAIR - Frattini speaks also of British Prime Minister Tony Blair is "leftist modern" , he says, "which is on the side those who fight international terrorism. " And again: "Making decisions is unpopular task of a leader and Blair is proving to be a true leader by sending 27 thousand soldiers in Iraq.We owe friendship and respect. " THE EUROPEAN UNION - The European Union must try to find a common position on the Iraq crisis: this Frattini said, about to leave for Brussels where he will attend the Council of EU foreign ministers. According to the minister needs to be done, "the attempt to recover the points that unite us" in Europe.Or "the will that disarmament is effective," that "after Saddam Hussein in Iraq there is a democratic state and that the path is accompanied by international organizations, and UN and EU," and that "the alliance between Europe and the US can not be questioned ' . "On these points - said Frattini - having noted the divergent strategies I think we should find a common position."

thumbsup  I've been convinced all along it was something to do with Blair much more than with Brown!  Not forgetting the European plans for a  EU DNA database and who better to promote that than a honest to goodness Doctor who has had a child abducted!
I've heard talk of Gerry being first in line for European Representative of Amber Alert - still, none of that seems to be working - why not one wonders?

Re: Missing People. Important advice

Does anyone 'know' if a KM/MP 'backed', SYP, CRA 'alert' was 'sent out' about 'missing' Conley Thompson?

If NOT, why not?

He was a 7 years old child, 'missing' from home.

Blood and cadaver alerts
dismissed by UK Government

Retired DCI Gonçalo Amaral: "The English can always present the conclusions to which they themselves arrived in 2007. Because they know, they have the evidence of what happened - they don't need to investigate anything. All this is now a mere 'show off'."

Retired murder DCI Colin Sutton: "I would also like to make the point that Operation Grange was so restricted from the start as to be destined to fail."

Assistant Commissioner Mark Rowley made public on national TV that Operation Grange is a complete fraud.

Ex-DCI Andy Redwood had a "revelation moment" on BBC's Crimewatch on 14th October 2013 when he announced that Operation Grange had eliminated the Tanner sighting - which opened up the 'window of opportunity', in accordance with their remit, to allow the fake abduction to happen.

Despite "irrelevant behaviour" from blood and cadaver dogs in the McCann's apartment, on Kate McCann's clothes, and in the car they hired three weeks after Maddie disappeared, Ex-Chief Inspector, Ian Horrocks, said: "The thought that Kate and Gerry McCann had anything to do with the death of their daughter is frankly preposterous."

Gerry McCann called for example to be made of 'trolls'. SKY News reporter Martin Brunt doorstepped Brenda Leyland on 2 October 2014. She was then found dead in a Leicester hotel room. Brenda paid the price. She paid with her life.

Ex-Deputy Chief Constable, Jim Gamble QPM, congratulated SKY reporter, Martin Brunt, on twitter for doorstepping Brenda Leyland on behalf of Gerry McCann.
