That was an imbecile question that got an imbecile response.
I don't see what they aim to achieve with that. It's a fact that the UK government has put a shrewd amount of money on the SY paws, now they only have to produce reports to seem to have developped any sort of work.
Is anyone expecting to see SYs crawling in the Algarve mountains, especially when they are known to be forbidden to operate?
