Thought I would post this up to stop the speculation about the bones found in the fishermen's nets yesterday. With thanks to Joana.

Some people on twitter and on facebook have been speculating if the human bones found by a fishing boat in Algarve could belong to Madeleine McCann, according to a follow-up article published today in Diário de Noticías (paper edition), the bones belong to an adult.

According to authorities, human bones, belonging possibly to a "young adult or adult" were found yesterday, along with shellfish and monkfish in the nets of a fishing vessel during a routine inspection made by the Navy. The inspection was done between 6:00 and 6:30, when the fishing vessel was at work between the areas of Fuzeta and Tavira Island, six miles from the coast, the equivalent of ten kilometers.

As stated by the commander of Olhão's Port Authority, Ricardo Arrabaça, there are some "long bones of an incomplete arm, besides a pelvis bone and a leg bone, both equally incomplete", adding that "they might belong to an individual, adult who has been in the sea for a long time". In that way, it was excluded the idea that rouse immediately when thinking about the eventuality of the bones belonging to Madeleine McCann, the English child who disappeared on the evening of May 3, 2007, from Praia da Luz, Lagos. On the other hand, there is no record of disappearances at sea in that area.

The fishing boat, a trawler of Vila Real de Santo António, where no infraction was detected, had to be accompanied by the Portuguese ship Eagle to the port of Olhão for the bones to be collected. The human bones followed up from there to the National Institute of Legal Medicine in Lisbon. The case was referred to the Public Ministry.

"when the seagulls follow the trawler, it is because they think sardines will be thrown into the sea". Maybe the seagull has landed?

It can't be Madeleine.
She is in ~~India~~, a ~~hellish lair~~, ~~being looked after by a loving family and giving someone her tuppenceworth~~, in ~~America~~...
Anyway "Find the body and prove we did it" rather proves that we never will.

Its very interesting that Paulo Reis and Donol McCintrye are following this Oddityfinder Twitter who has now posted photographs of the area he/she says they picked up an image on a Google Earth Satellte.

The area is on Rocha Negra just below that area where Dannie Krugul said he found a blanket and the spot looks like an odd dead cow shaped rock anomally.

Now if memory serves me right, when researching Dannie's site, he said at one time that he was searching for a little girl who had gone missing and that he had found her under a sheepskin.

This Oddityfinder has said in past post, now deleted, that he/she followed a clue Dannie had given. I wonder was that dead cow shaped rock the clue to Dannie's report, that he never made public, we all should suspect by now Dannie uses Satellite technology to find his missing persons.

Also Oddityfinder has posted a few pics on Twitter to show the clarity he/she can get with the method used to develop these pictures, so with the presence of McIntyre and Reis I am begining to think there is more to this Satellite image he/she professes to have then we think.

If Madeleine remains are ever found, would the body be too disintegrated for a conviction?

If they are found be of any significance in this case. I am sure it will be claimed they were dumped by someone from a lawless village in the area.

going back to the op this reminds of that disgusting sun story of the black bouncer ex basketballplayer turned PI who was sure madeleine was in the usa taken by paedos, no reason or evidence given as usual, the idiot had a dossier apparently of abducted children, only one of the photos he had was of a child that was killed in portugal and their remains found there he obviously never kept up with the news

I had a discussion with him/her on Twitter.

As far as I understood the images on that profile is not THE one under discussion. Apparently she posted those images to show the clarity of the Rocha Negra (same place as where THE image is from) on google earth.

Something interesting: I found on google earth (I never knew that) that you can actually go back to a specific time and date. Lol when I found out, my curiosity took over and I went back to 2007 3rd May / 11pm. Reason being that I'll actually see some movement/people/cars around the OC and Apt 5A. Lol but I didnt see anything of significance. In fact, it looked like it was a very quiet night around that area.

right, well if someone is going to post and broadcast about info found relevant to the case on twitter facebook and the likes and then say sorry cant fill you in its secret then really they sbould put up or shut up

well done for finding pdl on google earth in may 2007, i tried it once and got no result, apparently its not searchable on that date, must try again, perhaps its changed

All I can see is a rather large shoe print. Danny Kruger is still busy with a hairbrush full of Madeleine's hair, which was just what the PJ were looking for 5 years ago and now a satellite picture is going to reveal what? If only this had all been known 5 years ago!

Nothing in particular. Oddityfinder may well be a poster here imo who finds it useful to quote him/herself in this way.

The photographs might as well be from Mars taken by the Hubble telescope. Whatever it is, it won't help us find the truth.
'Discovering' satellite images from the evening of the 3rd of May 2007 and linking these to that amazing conjurer (do have a look at the video where Danny Krugel gives a demo) Krugel is so far off the chart it's pretty well in the next universe where Oddityfinder also resides.

I am afraid you will have to go to the site and rotate this particular picture and see for yourself. I tried to post the picture by sending the rotated picture from my mail but it seems to now appear as a small postage stamp without the image. I am obviously not saying it is Madeleine but it looks like a body lying on back with the head positioned your top left hand corner. I was interested to know if anyone else saw it? Perhaps it is the same as clouds in which one can sometimes see many forms which are obviously not real.

I leant my head to the left so that the left of the picture appears as the top and this is what I see. To the left of the dark patch the face of a Spaniel puppy. To the right a dog's face with a blaze down its muzzle, then the legs. It looks like two dogs lying together. To me the dog's faces are perfectly clear. It's probably one of those pics where we all see different things, although this wasn't apparently the one sent to authorities.

What makes our members think that oddity is a poster here, is it the writing style?

ETA The terrier looking dog has his chin on the Spaniel's chest. The more I look the better the detail appears.

I see they are both "postage stamps" now. After I posted up the second rotated one the first and second one were showing but now they are both "postage stamps". Perhaps I am not allowed to post these pics from Oddity. To me it looks like a body but I think it is very subjective as to what one sees. I saw what looks like a body lying with the head in your left hand corner, body straight across to mid right hand side. I shall look for your Spaniels!

Do we have any idea of scale? Is it 0.5m by 1m, or 20m by 40m? My brain isn't good at pattern recognition, I can't see a body, or dogs, just pixellated bluriness.
