Are you able to enlarge on that Milo - without dropping the forum or your good self in the proverbial?

I don't think it appears unusual. Because the parents are unusual.
I'm very sure my ex wife and I wouldn't even be able to mouth the words to each other (let alone anybody else) if we had the dreaded fears they say they had about their child's anatomy.
They put it in a book.

again Basil with a brush - good to see you're still around!
It defies all common decency doesn't it? So clinical, even a pair of doctors wouldn't speak of their own child using such words - or would they. It's beyond my powers of comprehension.
The book, published in the name of Kate McCann (I wonder why not Healy?) is, in my view, a story composed around 'the situation they found themselves in' to be marketed as second only to the greatest romance story ever told .... 'Gone with the Wind'. To think, it even fits the scenario!
Anything to reach the dizzy heights of best seller.
Personally, I don't believe the image is authentic - there's no evidence to make me think otherwise. It could easily be a still captured from a video and then gone through the process of hand-me-downs, like so many other distorted images out there for all to see.

..I like it !
And it is an insult. Such arrogance to think people are so stupid they can't read between the lines and recognise a hoax when they see it.
You can fool all the people some of the time and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time.
