Last year CrimeWatch released the e-fit of Redwood's new main suspect.
The following day TM released the picture of a dead black man as Their main suspect.
You couldn't make it up.

I love the look on Kate's face as it is revealed that the Tannerman story, on which they had relied for many years, was now officially trashed.,
and she realises she is holding the hand of the man on the e-fit screen behind them.

You'd almost think that they are following that bit of advice Holmes gave to Watson "when you eliminate the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth"
