Re: MADDIE TENNIS TWIST Gerry McCann played tennis with ‘Tannerman’ on the day Madeleine went missing
It may be that there's "noooo eveeedence" that Madeleine died as Mr McCann has so often purported, but where is the evidence that she was abducted? They only had Tanner's story to hold this up. If this doesn't work, the opportunity for an abductor is infinitesimally small. Rich Hall was right in mistrusting Grange, as is Tony Bennett in homing in on this one. It doesnt prove anything but it completely demolishes the ONLY plausible story the McCann's were able to come up with. This surely is good news for us truth seekers staring us in the face?

Yes, that's him I believe.sallypelt wrote:Whenever I hear the words "Porton Down" it sends shivers down my spine. Is the above Paul Weinberger the same person, who it is claimed, was a director of a company called Diasolve Ltd at 7-7c Snuff Street, Devizes, Wiltshire?Jill Havern wrote:Didn't Totman and his fellow worker at Porton Down, Paul Weinberger, travel together to Praia da Luz and have apartments three doors down from Gerry McCann on that holiday?
It'll be funny if he comes forward as Smithman, having also kept his clothes and the child's pyjamas all this time
Imo, we should look into more in detail what professions the OC guests had.
We have medicals from Porton Down and a bunch of Doctors/medical experts and there's also people from the pharma company Pfizer on the guest list.
Have a strong feeling that this was not a co-incidence.

I can vaguely remember Paul J Weinberger being mentioned on this forum a while back. I found this bit of information about him, interesting. I don't know how accurate it is, but I will post it as a reminder what has been said about his past employment:
Paul Weinberger is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Diasolve Ltd, which makes a variety of medical devices. Both he and his wife are its sole Directors: https://companycheck.co.uk/…/DIASOLVE…/directors-secretaries
Even more significant, he is a standing member of NICE - the National Institute for Clinical Excellence - and sits on their Diagnostics Advisory Committee. And he was former Chairman of BIVDA - the ‘British In Vitro Diagnostics Association’, and is still on its committee.

The Ocean Club guest list for the period the McCanns and their friends were staying there, has been discussed over and over again in the past to the ninth degree. Nothing concrete was ever deduced, only supposition.
I doubt there is anything sinister about like minded folk heading for the same type of holiday resort. It's generally a grape-vine link, much like you will find gays hear a destination is 'gay friendly' so they flock there like birds of a feather. More so these days with the internet as a handy source of research.

I'm not really up to speed with the said 'Textusa' theories Verdi. I get your drift though. I don't see a problem with people choosing to engage in such activities in their private lives. Long as they keep it private and among the adults. Just because it's not for me thank you....eeeew! I can hear myself being called old fashioned again

Yes, it has been discussed over the years and I believe a further discussion and research is needed because this is the only confirmed red line we have and we knows what people and resources they sent down to pdl immidiately and it was not because of some swinging party.Verdi wrote:Mark Warner Holidays 2018

Hi Verdi, they could have been on the"Magical Mystery tour",did cliff's Red Bus go past Elm Guest House, where Zack is now claimed to live at?Verdi wrote:Basil with a brush wrote:Wonder how many sets of keys come with each apartment.

Seriously, would anyone claim to live in a house with a very"Tainted past History",they(Council) even knocked down Fred and Rose's Home, yet Zack claims to Live where, i would hazard a guess someone just pays the council tax bills etc, possibly to keep a lid tightly screwed down,so to say!

There needs an explanation. I've read that Totman told his story to the police in May 2007 and heard nothing more. Do we know which police? If Portuguese then why isn't his statement in the files, and if he made it to the british police did they "lose" it for a while like the gaspar statements because it would have instantly killed off Tanner man?

I doubt that Totman would have told the police in May 2007 but if he did, the UK police wouldn't have upset the McCanns by killing off all the evidence of their abduction claims. The Portuguese Police saw through Jane Tanner and never took her statement seriously anyway, so why would they need an explanation of something that the know did not happen in the first place?

The team of 'sources close to the family and/or close to the investigation' have been drip feeding the public with little tasty morsels to maintain the interest for eleven years.
Why else would they stock-up with a bastion of PR pundits and a UK government media manipulator, if not to feed the public via the media?
It's a big game and it works everytime. I can just picture them chuckling over their cornflakes every morning when they scour social media. Big gun PR pundits know exactly how to hit the spot - they concentrate their energies on the tabloids knowing full well the type of reader, it speaks for itself.

Verdi, agreed, but this guy blows the abduction theory out of the water. So if this is just a PR stunt I don't see how it helps them. If he told the police in May 07, then there will be a record, maybe Tony Bennett's foi will clarify.

Re: MADDIE TENNIS TWIST Gerry McCann played tennis with ‘Tannerman’ on the day Madeleine went missing
No more than DCI Andy Redwood's revelation moment back in October 2013, when an unnamed person came forward to say he thinks he might have been the person Jane Tanner allegedly saw on the night of 3rd May 2007.Marco wrote:Verdi, agreed, but this guy blows the abduction theory out of the water. The emphasis then shifted to the publicised efits, drawn up between the McCanns private detectives Oakley International and the Irish witness Martin Smith - still at large I believe.
I doubt this person did report himself (that's what it amounts to) to either the PJ or the UK police, anymore than the many other 'sightings' planted by the McCanns machine. It's just a game to fool the public - it works every time.

Re: MADDIE TENNIS TWIST Gerry McCann played tennis with ‘Tannerman’ on the day Madeleine went missing
G4M - Totman (next to block 5)
G4L - Weinburger
G4O - O'Donnell/Wilkins
Don't forget that Redwood clearly states that Tannerman/Crecheman/Totman had just PICKED UP his daughter from the night creche so he was literally walking in the opposite direction that he should have been back to block 4. There's no case what-so-ever for: 'I walked the long way round;' or 'I turned down the wrong street in the dark.' To be walking the way he was, Totman had just passed (or been in) block 5 and had just passed (or been in) block 4 (where he was staying).
Dr Totman - why not send us an email just to explain why you were walking away from block 4 at around 9.15pm on Thurs 3 May. If we did not know better it could be argued that you are now the prime suspect as the abductor of a 3 year old child. Robert Murat was made arguido despite strong denials he was anywhere near 5A that night. You've admitted to the world that not only were you near the 'abduction' scene but you were carrying a small girl (you say your daughter) - just in the same time frame that a small girl was reportedly taken. Surely that warrants a full and clear explanation.
Also, if Totman did cross the top of the T-junction carrying his daughter, surely he stopped for a second or 2 before crossing to check for traffic coming up in the same direction as Jane? Didn't he see Jane or Gerry or Jes Wilkins? He knew them all from tennis. Has he been asked? Even if he didn't recognise them he MUST have seen 3 figures - unless of course he walked straight out into the road without looking; or, Jane and/or Gerry and/or Jes weren't there; or, he wasn't there himself. Take your pick.
It can only be (IMO):
- threats to self or family;
- financial reward;
- belief that a higher good is being served.
Everyone embroiled in this case must be supremely confident that nothing is going to happen to them for being economical with the truth and they must all have reason for it.

Re: MADDIE TENNIS TWIST Gerry McCann played tennis with ‘Tannerman’ on the day Madeleine went missing
Has Totman said if he was Crechedad or not?
Not that it really matters (in one sense) given Tanner saw no one, apart from maybe Gerry and Jez.
Come to think of it, no one saw any child-toting "suspect" that night, did they? That includes The Smiths.
I'm more inclined to go with those who reckoned they saw Murat hanging around near the Ocean Club that night.

Re: MADDIE TENNIS TWIST Gerry McCann played tennis with ‘Tannerman’ on the day Madeleine went missing
@Mark Willis - let's hope that Tony's FOIA clears up who is being stated as who in the zoo. 'They' will have to be careful what they say or they are going to end up with 3 or 4 different men all walking around carrying young blonde girls in pyjamas. That's the problem with porky pies - keeping it simple (and believable).

The PJ did not believe Tannerman was an abductor
Redwood did not believe Tannerman was an abductor, and morphed him into Crecheman
Wall does not believe Tannerman / Crecheman was an abductor, and has allowed him to reveal himself as Totman
No one believes Smithman was an abductor
So the only thing they have left is a single photo, and only three people believe it is not a forgery

No, but several people still maintain that Smithman was Gerry McCann, either carrying Madeleine's body, or, even more bizarrely, another young child, possibly a child of one of the Tapas 7.Jill Havern wrote: No one believes Smithman was an abductor.

They were photographed and the photo handed to a press agency, who released it on 8 May, as the search for Madeleine continued. The McCanns held up these same pyjamas at two press conferences on 5 & 7June 2007. How could Madeleine have been abducted?"

If Portuguese then why isn't his statement in the files, and if he made it to the british police did they "lose" it for a while like the gaspar statements because it would have instantly killed off Tanner man?
I think Totman will have been questioned, and ruled out, by the Portuguese police early in the investigation. After all, there must be a record of the time he collected his daughter from the night creche on 3 rd May.
The Portuguese are still holding several statements that they haven't released to the public though.

Re: MADDIE TENNIS TWIST Gerry McCann played tennis with ‘Tannerman’ on the day Madeleine went missing
Thanks Suzy I didn't know that there were files not released, I wondered if there were any night creche files etc.
Maybe now that the msm is behind the McCann's (thro fear or favour) it gives them from Matthew oldfields "check" to Kate's visit a longer abduction window that they calculate helps them overall.
Incidentally, speaking of Matthew my hunch is that he was asked to go and check "the kids" and screwed up the plan by not reporting anything wrong (as he didn't see maddies bet empty. My gut tells me nobody knew of any problems in the T7 other than Kate saying that the kids were unsettled the night before. K & G wanted to be together at the table when somebody else raised the alert. Distancing behaviour. Just a thought! Sorry I meant Gerry check...

The poster didn't say 'there were files not released', the poster said 'the Portuguese are still holding several statements that they haven't released to the public though'.Marco wrote:Thanks Suzy I didn't know that there were files not released, I wondered if there were any night creche files etc.
That aside, I believe too much emphasis is put on documents missing from the PJ files released into the public domain - it's almost as though if the files don't reveal what the reader wishes, then they conclude the documents were held back for a sinister reason. Not so, there are any number of reasons why particular information is not released for public consumption in any criminal investigation, even in the UK, which doesn't follow the Portuguese judicial secrecy policy.
As regards witness statements specifically, it should be remembered that many interviews were informal and not recorded, therefore they wouldn't be in the PJ files. In addition, when you consider just how many holiday makers, Ocean Club complex staff, local residents etc. would have been interviewed informally revealing little or nothing to further the investigation again, these wouldn't be included in the investigation documentation.

Yes...it's all getting very convoluted, isn't it? When you try to manufacture "evidence" I feel you're on a hiding to nothing. This case must be an all time winner in that respect. False alibis, created scenarios etc.skyrocket wrote:@Mark Willis - let's hope that Tony's FOIA clears up who is being stated as who in the zoo. Keep it simple? Always. Trouble is the simplest is the truth - and we're have never had that from the Tapas 9 nor are we liable to get any.
