The thing is Perverting the Course of Justice CAN be proven!  In their own words they have misled the police deliberately.  Confusion is Good, so we are told.  Give the police so much to sort out they give up trying.  Except PCJ is blatantly OBVIOUS so they would not be able to sweep it under the carpet.

Tabloid trashy 'journalists', who have huge influence over their many readers, e.g. Carole Malone and Tony Parsons.

I've just read an interesting section on the Textusa site - Tourism Diet.

I've long held a suspicion that the Ocean Club, that week, was the host for a meeting of money and minds (and McCanns, Madeleine, mishaps, misinformation, medical, Murat, monitoring, message-deleting ad infinitum) and the list of newly hired staff as highlighted in the Textusa blog ssems to bear that out.

And at a time, being between Easter and the warmer Summer weather, that was pretty much low season. It was clearly to service the massive influx of guests using the resort at that time.

Guests that included some seriously rich people, obviously seduced by the great weather and elevated star-rating of the resort - NOT !!

What was the thread that bound a vast majority of these people together ??????????????

Very unusual as it was out of season.  Was it a 'meeting of minds' maybe?

Certainly plenty of characters from the financial institutions, RGN included

I can't deny Textusa and the sisterhood put a good deal of time and effort into the lengthy weekly epistles but really, it is on the whole a truck load of nonsense.  Black hats - big round tables - swingers  - meeting of minds - The Ocean Club Praia da Luz must be some size to accommodate that lot in one swingle week.  I'm fascinated to know exactly when where and how all these activities occurred in a low key family package tour destination on the Algarve. 

The Tourist Diet extravaganza is a perfect example of the Textusa's sheer unadulterated nonsense.  Why?  The temperate climate on the Algarve attracts tourist all year round but if one wishes to be precise, the summer season normally commences at Easter and begins to get really busy from the beginning of May onward.  Naturally schools holidays will dictate when families with children of school age will take their annual holiday,  most likely not until July  through to September but what of families with children below school age, singletons, couples whose children have long since flown the coop?  Staffing arrangements in any tourist destination are not left until the last minute, many work all year round with additional seasonal staff hired to cater for demand at the height of the season.  Plus you need to remember that staff work shifts which significantly affects the number of staff employed in any one capacity.

Moving on..  who are these minds that met?  Even if there were conference facilities at the Ocean Club, which I doubt, when and why did these masterminds meet?  Apart from the very fact that there is not a scrap of evidence to suggest that a meeting of minds did occur, the whole idea just doesn't make any sense.  Where is the coordination?  I've said a trillion times in the past, if any multi-million consortium is dishing out sweeteners for any reason or perhaps debating the finer detail of cloning human beings , why in the name of sanity would they choose a grotty place like the Ocean Club, Praia da Luz to entertain their clients/associates?  Where and when did the swinging parties take place?  Daytime at the indoor swimming pool with massive plate glass frontage - worse still after dark?  As I say, it makes no sense.

If you read David Payne's rogatory interview, you will see he went through great pains to explain how the group holiday came about.   The holiday wasn't organised by the 'Brain of Britain Trust' or 'Swingers of the World Unite' - it was arranged and booked by David Payne direct with Mark Warners.

Why indeed?  Not that it was 'grotty' it was just 'low budget'. That is what we all would like to know. 

Do not forget that those people WERE THERE!  There is evidence enough for that.  The Portugal Police have it.  What might be a source of proof is the Portugal Police Files.  I remember seeing a list of the names and it must have come from somewhere.


The list contained the Tapas group. but also scientists linked to the nuclear programme that GM was working on.  Businessmen, doctors, and some millionaires which to me is the most puzzling.  Why would they go to a low budget holiday resort, especially when the weather was miserable. 

Who knows perhaps it was because they thought it would not be noticed?  Who can say, but the fact is that this little girl's disappearance threw a spanner in the works.  Maybe this is the link that brought an Ambassador from GB on the next flight out so to speak.

Praia da Luz is a lovely little place actually.  I have been there but it was before this all happened.  When we were there it was summer, nice and warm and people were sunbathing on the sandy beach.  The little white houses are covered in bougainvillea and it is very photogenic. When all this kicked off the poor people were hit hard. 

Just for the record the whole village turned out to search for Madeleine, even though it was cold and dark, unlike the parents who waited until dawn.  How did they think a little 3 year old would have faired on her own?  Airports were told to look out for her, cars were stopped and searched, ports were watched too. Wells were checked and there was a house to house search.  To say the police did a bad job I believe is libellous!  They can prove that they did what they did to find her, can anyone prove that nothing was done?  No, they cannot.

Just one 'flaw', imo, all the 'searchers and police' were 'looking for' a child, who, from the 'out of date photograph' they were 'given' by the McCan'ts and their friends, would NOT have been 'recognised' by anyone from the 'resort'.

Which, of course, all comes back to, WHY weren't the 'searchers and police' GIVEN Madeleine's 'image' from 'the last photo', which KM tells us 'was available, because it was in my camera, taken just HOURS before', to 'use' as 'reference'. Even JW would NOT have 'recognised' Madeleine, from the 'photo' of Madeleine, 'aged 3'(?).

NOT, that JW/B O'D even 'bothered searching'......for one single minute! (Jez 'went back to bed' when 'told' his tennis 'buddy's' child HAD 'been abducted'!)

When asked to supply holiday photographs why did GM send black and white images which were unrecognisable?  Some clever person managed to reverse image some of them so we could see what they were of.   If you are frantically trying to find your daughter,   why would you do this?

WHy would you 'lie' to your 'relatives/friends' in the UK that 'the shutter, in the kids room, had been forced/jimmied/broken into/SMASHED', as a means of entry, for the nasty 'burglator', when upon inspection, within minutes, the 'shutter' was found to be 'perfectly intact'?

And then 'TELL' your 'relatives', when they arrive in PDL that 'actually, the nasty burglator 'entered' through the deliberately, consciously, left unlocked patio door'

So true.  Also liars over egg the pudding and exaggerate and you can spot it a mile away.  Put that together with body language and hey presto.....result!



Why tell people that you could see that the bedroom had been broken in to and the shutters were hanging off on the way back from the Tapas restaurant when the children's bedroom with so-called 'jemmied' shutters was on the other side of the building, or that you could watch what was going on in the apartment so the children were safe, when the photo shows exactly where you were sitting, and that was with your back to the window and it had plastic blinds?  Not possible, as the Portugal police noted.  Why say it was like sitting in your back garden when it clearly was not?  Lies, and more lies to cover up lies.  No wonder there were so many contradictions.   Anyone else would have been arrested on the spot so why are these two walking around free?

Why would any abductor struggle past the two cots with a child in his arms to climb through a damaged 'jemmied' window when the door at the side of the bedroom was left unlocked?  Would they be that stupid?  Are we stupid to believe the fairy story?

He didn't!  The black and white/grey scale images contained in the PJ files are copies of photographs.  This subject has been discussed extensively on the forum in the past - a CMoMM member, a bit of a boffin on the subject of photography, concluded that the file copies are most likely photocopies.  I agree with that reasoned explanation.  When I have a moment I will try to locate the relevant thread for you.

The subject of Madeleine McCann photographs is a minefield in itself but off topic as regards the theme of the thread.

Here is my tuppence worth........

If the Gaspar statement is true (and I suggest that the reluctance by UK Police to share makes it highly likely that it was) then the fact that GM seems unperturbed by DPs alleged suggestion is not something that a real father of that child would counsel.

It is on record that a Portuguese magazine suggested that GM was not Madeleine's biological father (at some point IIRC a Birmingham man was put forward) though I also believe this might well have been challenged.

In addition, the refusal of the family to release Madeleine's medical records also beg the question as to what they might reveal.

I think that the whole McCann holiday started off in a bad way (Gerry's filmed remarks on the bus) and that G&K had a volatile relationship her only solace perhaps being the children, HER children.

I believe that there were a number of instances throughout the first few days that made a bad situation worse (think quiz mistress, lots of tennis for Gerry) and these issues were the straw that broke the camel's back. KM snapped and something happened to Madeleine.

It suited GM to assist in the cover up, likely being the key facilitator. DP would have been a willing ally.

All in my opinion and based on the evidence as available.
