Yesterday Rupert Murdoch's Sun made money once again by giving prominence to yet another 'medium' who claims he thinks he knows what really happened to Madeleine McCann.

Of course, he supports the abduction theory. That was the secondary purpose of the Sun article.

1st aim - make more money from Madeleine's disappearance
2nd aim - maintain the abduction theory at all costs.

The Sun's story appears to be based solely on Winger having issued a YouTube video with his crackpot theory NINE MONTHS AGO - in November last year.

Yet one more illustration of how base our tabloid press has become.

’I know what happened to Maddie’ - Clairvoyant’s shock claim

A PSYCHIC detective claims to have solved the Madeleine McCann mystery – and he fears the worst.

Clairvoyant Michael Winger says Madeleine was snatched from under her Dad’s nose by a kidnapper.

He believes the abductor then attempted to hand the little girl over to people traffickers, but when his bid failed he killed her and buried her body by a lake.

Winger, 33, who is known in Norway for investigating crimes, said he came to his conclusions after getting “a lot of images in my head”.

Police are still investigating the disappearance of Madeleine, who went missing in Praia d Luz, Portugal, in 2007, when she was just four.

She vanished while her parents Kate and Gerry were eating nearby with friends.

Dad-of-two Winger is convinced a man, who he thinks was Turkish, snatched her after spying on the family for several days.

He said: “He wanted to take a girl and drive her north of Portugal to deliver her to some people.

“I believe Madeleine was taken and the abductor was in the same room at the same time as Madeleine’s father was inside the bedroom just checking everything was OK.”

Speaking in a video posted on YouTube, he adds: “I think he was ready to attack the father but he did not see him.

“The abductor took Madeleine, carried her outside to a car...this man was going to deliver Madeliene but other people said it was too dangerous and they could not take her – you have to get rid of her.”

Winger, from Eidsvoll, Norway, reckons the abductor turned back and drove to a lake in central Portugal where he killed and buried her.

He says he drew an image of the body of water and surrounding roads and believes it closely resembles a reservoir called Albufeira da Barragem de Santa Agueda.

He added: “It is not a circle lake – it looks like a hand with fingers. I Googled Portugal and we found it. The roads I also drew beside it are also correct. I think this is where we should look.”

Winger, who says he was inspired to investigate the case because he has young children, added: “Perhaps one day I can go and search for Maddie, that is a dream for me to do, to help out and to give her mother and father answers.

“I believe she is not among us anymore. That is only what I think.”

Winger has contacted Scotland Yard with his claims. They have refused to comment.

Before people start saying "but what about..." they need to ask themselves did he start out fake and become genuine or did he just get smarter?

I do not wish to be cynical but good luck in your search in the aforementioned dam Michael Winger, whilst your at it Clarence could do with a refreshing dip, "no water boarding though" as this may ascertain the truth of his involvement in the Madeleine McCann disappearance, Abduction Claim again?

Maybe he read the Arade Dam tale and a few dodgy statements and got confused over time.

:nevermind:The Sun got a story and the ~~psycho~~ psychic got his few minutes of fame.
