Gonçalo Amaral: Respond to complaints
The former coordinator of the PJ Gonçalo Amaral is today questioned the Directory of Faro, in disciplinary action for breach of secrecy. The complaint, in January, was of the McCann.

Rich eh. How are they going to enforce that when they themselves breached that law many times over in public statements and celebrity interview?

I think you may find that the McCanns were very careful NOT to breach the judicial secrecy requirements while they were arguidos, which seemed to apply only to them and their friends - not to whoever was leaking from the PJ.

so careful they were leaking and shooting off their gob to Oprah Winnie et al, as well as the Press while the investigations were ongoing. Dont worry Chinagirl, there are plenty papers and recorded interviews evidence of their breach. Amaral defence will have a field day over that.

I think you'll find the Oprah interview took place a long time after the arguido status was lifted.

Oh well, there are plenty other evidence of breach of secrecy littered all over the papers, magazine et al. Those will be piece of cake for Amaral defence to find.

Philomena MCcann gave a television interview detailing the accusation that the PJ had attempted a plea bargain deal with kate during her interview,the lawyer for kate in Portugal later dismissed the claim as kates misunderstanding of the interview content,kate MCcann texted details of her interviews,under caution, to her PR outside the police station so her PR could spin her version to the press. Gerry gave detailed accounts of his thoughts and movements and the internal door angles during his checks and two british journalists gave purple prose accounts of kate and gerry,s movements immediately prior to the alleged abduction including the wine they drank before setting off for a night out at the tapas bar that can only have come from kate and gerry themselves,unless both journalists,including Jez Wilkins partner are prepared to declare ,under oath that they made it all up ,they might ,depends whether their devotion to kate and gerry and preparedness to distort the truth is as great as chinagirls
