Brian Kennedy: The Ups and Downs

Not such good news for Brian Kennedy; his much-trumpeted merger of Latium with Epwin has been referred to the Office of Fair Trading - as the OFT believe that the deal is contrary to the public interest, anti-competitive, and could lead to significant price hikes in the industry:

This important bit of news does not, however, appear on Brian Kennedy's website:

...which trumpeted the Latium-Epwin merger by publishing news on 12 January 2012 of this historic merger, worth hundreds of millions of pounds.

Indeed, Brian Kennedy's website does not seem to have been updated since on 10 May this year he told us about his negotiations to buy Rangers Football Club.

Maybe his failure to buy Rangers was good news for him, since the ill-stared club, run by greedy directors, has not only been booted out of the Scottish Premier Division but relegated three divisions to Scottish Legaue Division Three. Here they'll not be playing the likes of Celtic and Hearts - but Berwick Rangers and East Stirlingshire!

Better news for both Brian Kennedy and the people of Fife is that Fife is to be blessed with lots of wind farms installed by Kennedy's men:

It's a good job Kennedy got in while the going was good and before the Coalition government announced its recent cut in subsidies to renewable energy.

Less good news is that despite establishing a high-powered private intelligence unit in Knutsford nearly five years ago, and paying for some of the best and most expensive intelligence services available, Kennedy's project has not yet yielded one scrap of usable information about where Madeleine McCann may be nor about who may have taken her.

The pertinent point is whether after having spent that kind of laid out to set up a high powered private intelligence headquarter did this unit got in touch with the Scotland Yard Review team to hand over every scrape of information they gathered that might lead to the whereabout of Madeleine?

If not, questions have to be asked what the private intelligence unit intends to do with the intelligence they gathered ie if they gathered any at all.

If the Mets fails to include intelligence from the mccanns private investigators there should be a public inquiry into the METs handling of the case since the mccanns begged for donations, and claimed that the donations are used for their private investigators in their search. Thus the public has every right to know since public money is used on private search and public money is used for the review.

It is interesting to note that Rangers Football Club said in the media that Brian Kennedy was a LIAR with his proposals of his bid & falsely projected amounts and he behaved like a bulldozer in negotiations. In the land of freedom of expression(United Kingdom), it makes you wonder how he dealt with all the interfering he did in the Madeleine McCann case, interfering in a police investigation when he is just a window cleaner!! Something not quite right.....

I should really try to find the report mentioned in this extract from Gazetta Digital (mccannfiles.com) but I recall reading somewhere else that the PJ had no idea what BK was trying to convey. A lot of information on his charitable aims but nothing useful on the McCann case.
This meeting with the PJ was just prior to the two meetings he had with Murat.
All this just prior to the Rothley Strategy Meeting mid November 2007.

He stated that his concern, in that specific case, was only the truth and nothing more than the truth, no matter the McCanns, their friends or any other person was involved or suspected.
